The parking lot and the road next to it are not suitable for low cars. There was an almost empty bottle of liquid soap in the bathroom and we had to ask for more. There was only 1 large towel per person. Dinner and breakfast were included in the price of the room, respectively we received 1 mainly for dinner (we chose between kavrma, moussaka and patatnik), and for breakfast - omelet or mekitsa with...

Rooms were very cold. Heater wasn’t turned on. Parking is terrible. Not suitable for low cars. Views are amazing. Food is great.

Amazing place with incredible views. The owners are very friendly and hotel is new build in traditional old style. Hotel have a beautiful rooms and very nice equipped kitchen and BBQ porch on the back of the house. Love this hotel.

4 1/2 stars: We had fantastic 9 days at this hidden gem 💎 seems very isolated and that's a great asset. We visited in the summer, but I am sure the winter season is just as good - they have a nice spa area with 2 Jacuzzis, an indoor pool (and an outdoor for the summer), steam and Turkish bath, saunas etc. For the non-winter seazon there are tourist paths / tracking in the area for single-day tours...

Splendid panorama over Pirin mountain. Rooms are excellent. Restaurant at the hotel is also very good. The pool area is a huge plus.

I loved this place. The house is very well maintained. You can feel the old Bulgarian style. One of the best things about this place is the homemade breakfast that the owner prepares for the guests. A friendly host that offers a cosy house. The garden was great and the breakfast was perfect - homemade banitsa (cheese pastry), homemade yoghurt and berry juice.

Great place! Located in a quiet area, it is a complex of 3 big houses with green grass around them. Each one of these houses has 3 bedrooms on the second floor, each one with bathroom. On the first floor there is a big kitchen, great fireplace, a dinning area and a living area....with big French windows. The good thing is that the villas are spacious, great for big company of people with children and pets. Nicely located houses with beautiful view and nice big windows. One open space on the base floor with modern kitchen and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The houses are build with materials from the area. A lot of stone and wood. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. In the winter the houses are a bit difficult to keep warm. The area is a bit remote. There are some restaurants around but not many...

We spent 2 nights at Bohema SPA during the week, and it was so calm and quiet that we love it! Beds are comfortable, the curtains can leave you to sleep longer during the day, no one disturbing you! Breakfast was with a menu - several variants which all were tasty and nourishing. The best of all was that you can use the pools non stop during the day and night! There are also bikes and tennis table...

The hotel's rooms are well appointed. The mineral water in the pool is great! It is nice and worm. Staff are friendly. My only advise would be to make more of an effort towards upkeep of the place.

Very good atmosphere and clean rooms. Nice personal and beautiful views. Very good hotel for the price, and the location is good.

We stayed for 4 nights in a very nice family room. The room was huge and had a nice modern feel. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and the food was very good and reasonably priced. We even asked if it was possible to make a birthday cake, with only a days notice and the chef produced us a very nice cake.

It was magical! Perfect facilities, perfect staff, everything was great! Strongly recommend it for families with kids. Our kinds loved the place :) We will definately be back!

The restaurant is really good. The food is tasty and a good value for money. Breakfast is included and is very good. However the bathroom was unadequate at best. If you don't slip on the fancy floor you can electrify yourself turning the shower on, because it is pointing straight to the built in hairdryer. If you miss that opportunity as well you can injure yourself using the bathtub that isn't attached...

Small family hotel, very clean, polite personnel. We had cosy room with beautiful view - green all around. If you are looking for quiet vacation it is the right place. There are outdoor and indoor pool, clean mineral water. The spa is pretty small with not many options. The sauna didn't work now because of COVID-19 (!!!). Positives: mineral water and bathtub in the rooms so you can have your own spa...

The place is superb! The location is near the end of the town, but it is quiet and extremely cosy! The service is great, very polite and fast. The kitchen is very tasty, the portions are big. The prices are normal for the type of the place. The Spa complex is not very big, but is extremely clean and offers different attractionns. I strongly recommend this place!

The girl that gives us the bracelets to the swimming pool was very nice to us ,very polite and its was nice experience. The swimming pool bartender made the best cocktails i’ve ever drank. The woman at the reception with the glasses was very polite and nice as well.

The spa is ok, we enjoyed the steam and salt room. The outside pool is quite cold so we couldn’t really use it. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We had dinner here the first night - the salads were nice but the rest was very mediocre so we didn’t eat there again. Our room was the one on the website with the red floor. It’s comfortable and spacious. There was a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo...

Spacious, bright, and clean rooms with an amazing view. Nice taking a dip in the hot mineral pools. Some improvements could be made in the restaurant (some dishes great and others not so great for the price), but overall a nice and relaxing stay. There are also a few things to see in the nearby villages - a 650 year old Sycamore tree on Garmen and the villages up the mountains like Leshten and Kovachevitsa...

Very comfortable and cozy. We had everything we needed for a prefect relaxed stay - starting with kitchen and barbecue appliances and finishing with the soft and hard drinks and snacks we had access too. The hosts are kind and gave us great advices about what to do and where to go. The only regret was that the spacious pool running on natural warm spring's water is open only from May till end of October...

We were guests of the hotel and restaurant during the Easter holidays and were charmed by the friendly and kind attitude of the owners. Our room was nice and clean, and the food in the restaurant was delicious and affordable. All this contributed to a wonderful holiday. We would love to come back again!

Very kind and responsive hosts, clean and cozy. Spacious and bright rooms and wide terraces. And in the garden it is green and cool. They cook deliciously and the portions are huge, and the prices are normal.

Quiet and pleasant place. Clean rooms, helpful people, beautiful flowers, fresh grass... I'd vote with five stars, but the water in the pool isn't mineral.

The house itself is quite new and clean. The breakfast was delicious and home made. Most of all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with everything, the SPA was open pretty much 24/7 contrary to most hotels where they close in the evening. On top of that the price per night was also quite low. Would recommend this place definitely to most people

Wonderful place to be with the loved ones.. and perhaps by your own. You have the privacy and yet, the sense that someone cares for you. Clean, neat and tidy with a SPA center, where you come from brand new.
