I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room/apartment is clean and spacious. The large pool is a highlight as you can swim in it, compared to other hotels that are too small. Two years ago, they had issues with too much chlorine in the pool, but this is solved now. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. Parking is easily accessible. The location is just a short 5-minute walk to the ski lift. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Great place for families, the pools are clean and nice, the room are convenient and well maintained. The staff is nice and helpful.

The staff isn't polite/kind, grumpy faces wherever you go.
The hotel is pretty far from gondola, pools are okay and spa is nice, but I hate waking up to those mad faces staring at you without saying good morning.

Very nice pool and spa center. Clean, well maintained, nice lockers, large main swimming pool, kids corner, aqua gym, bubble baths and more. Highly recommend to come with kids or to relax.

Great value for money, especially for a 3 star hotel. The kids had fun in the playground, pools, basketball court and the ping pong room. The room size was fine and the service was really good. The only downside is the breakfast.

This is excellent hotel with great and welcoming staff. We're family with 3 small children, we've been travelling for a week and a half all over Bulgaria. 7 Pools Hotel was a significantly better value for money than all our previous stays. There are two big pools, and number of jacuzi and hot tubs. Children's school has a water slide, which was a big hit. Who took an apartment with two separate rooms and the kitchen. Everything was nice clean and warm. Breakfast was excellent, despite quite reasonable price. There were even childrens snow slides that we talk to bansko ski.

Very dusty rooms, broken toilet bowl, remains of dirt in the bathroom. Kitchen unequipped to cook, dirty dishes in the dish washer from the previous clients. Overpriced for no reason at all.
Interesting SPA, but with a very rude and non English speaking quy.
Poor breakfast, nice coffee and very polite and helpful quy at the dining area. Olga was helpful.
