The hotel is a complete scam. We were accommodated in a different apartment, nothing like the pictures. There were no even one cup in apartment, the shower was not working, and even there were no spa robes. It was not possible to go out on the terrace because the roof is 1 meter from the floor. The breakfast was very poor - no variety at all. I would definitely not go there again.

The hotel from the outside looks nice but the rooms are in poor condition, the shower runs out of hot water. The food was tasty but at times it felt dry and without any flavour. If you plan on staying with friends don’t. There are other places in Bansko way better

Incredible hotel! The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was cleaned everyday and was really warm. Super close to the centre of the town! We loved our stay there!

Excellent hotel, I would like to recommend for vacation during summer and winter. Hosts are simply great. Breakfast was tasty and delicious. Room is comfortable and very clean. Great location near cicty center.

really nice budget place to stay at. close to the city centre. the pool wasnt working and breakfast is pretty ok. staff are amazingly nice which makes it a great stay.

The hotel is nice and from my understanding it will go through a massive renewal. The manager was amazing. Very friendly, nice and helpful. I am looking forward to come here in the winter as well for winter holidays.

Nice hotel, very clean. We had also a very good expirience with half board meals. Rooms are very big and warm during the whole day. Real recomendation for families with kids
