Super comfortable hotel. Rooms are new and very clean. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Location and views are amazing. Food is good. Overall very family-friendly and positive place. Totally recommend.

A luxury hotel with all the necessary amenities. An excellent spa centre with no extra cost and a great restaurant. We had also enjoy an amazing massage at a very reasonable price. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We stayed one night only, but wish we were for more! Wonderful recently renovated apartments with all you need. Its not that close to the center, but its a plus because its really quiet!

We visited the Garlic Restaurant in the Hotel, Excellent food, a little more expensive than Bansko prices.

We shared a baked cheese and a pork knuckle.

Both were very well cooked and very tasty.

We had some issues with the shuttle from ski lift to the hotel but polite staff of the hotel fix every thing in a matter of minutes!
Also they can provide transfers from Sofia to Bansko and back!!! Yang man at the front desk was specially helpful, don’t remember his name, he make sure we get every thing what we needed!!! Also restaurant Is very good in side of the hotel!
And overall Entry E give you exactly what you want it’s a winter holidays in the mountains!!!!
