the structure itself is very nice but not all the rooms are up to the 4 star standard, in some rooms on the top floor there is a continuous noise coming, it seems like something like a fan or a compressor running. however the rooms are nice, a little bit old but cleanliness is good, the towels are nice and soft, if there is a party in the internal restaurant the music is loud and it becomes difficult...

This hotel is really weird, in my opinion it had too much art and adornments to be able to discern a concrete style. It was kitsch in a bad way. The spa was not the best, the jacuzzi was not hot and the stream bath and the sauna were tiny. The food and the service in the restaurant were good.

The hotel is right outside of the city. It is very clean and has a parking lot. It offers the right quality for the price required, but does not have a restaurant at the location (the Perla restaurant in front was closed when we stayed there). It is perfect for one-night transitions to Greece.

From outside it does not tell you too much. You might even ignore it due to some deserted buildings. But inside is Ok and prices are fare. I paid 50 Eur for night and got an apartment with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms (1 big + 1 small), 2 bathrooms, big kitchen, terrace, a lot of closets, electric oven, washing machine, 1 refrigerator + 1 bar refrigerator, air conditioning, 2 TVs and list could go on...

Relatively clean hotel, but there is much to be desired. The room has no air conditioning and a fan, at air temperatures in Teteven 35 g is absolutely necessary. The contacts are almost crazy. The pool is clean, but there is no maintenance around it, besides for a fee children come from the surrounding houses and it is quite noisy. There is no internet, although it is supposed to be. Good continental breakfast, friendly staff. They have parking places in front of the hotel. We only stayed for a night but it would be suitable for longer stays as well.

The rooms was in perfect condition, cleaned and well sanitized. The staff is pretty friendly. The food is tasty. I really recommended it.

A fabulous view of the river, a great choice of food and really friendly service including good advice about the food. There's an English menu too. The food we had was some of the best we've had in over the last 2 weeks in Bulgaria and very good value, at less than £15 for a 2 course meal with drinks for 2 people. Brilliant!

Its a place to stay if you've come to play golf, or possibly if you're on the road to somewhere else. Nice enough, and the restaurant was certainly fine, which is good because there's not much else around. Room was great, pretty big and warm enough. Its a short car journey to Pravets golf course if the main big hotel isn't open or costs a bit much.

What a great place! We have always admired it from the highway on our way to and from Sofia. Glad we finally decided to check it out! Nice modern facility with everything you could possibly need or want. Our 1 night option included dinner and breakfast. Not sure if they have other options, but that was perfect for the price!

The house is in a quiet and peaceful place. It has a large yard with lots of greenery and trees. If you are a fan of coffee, the owners will make and serve you a wonderful coffee. For breakfast you can enjoy a delicious homemade pie. There is a barbecue that you can also use. The stay left us with the feeling that we are at home. I recommend.

The house won us over with a wonderful garden, cozy places to relax and a beautiful view, impressive, handmade furniture by the host and spacious rooms. What we liked most of all was the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the hosts.

Clean, quiet, antique furniture, nice garden, nice veranda of one of the rooms with a nice view. Not maintained enough. There is a barbecue in the yard, kitchen equipment. Clogged siphons. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Small TV, no good Wi-Fi signal. There is no parking.

My partner and I stayed here just for a couple of days and we rested really good. The hotel makes you feel comfortable and like you are at home.
