Lovley hotel..great service everywhere specially in Spa..I whave god time there and medical treatment...food was god room clean ..thank you for everything..Mr Maerkov

Very careful and attentive staff. Housekeeping is fair and will try to meet your needs but are hindered by a shortage of supplies and direction. The director runs a tight ship, but if he is not there it falters

The food selection is good at first, but the rotation kicks in. The waitstaff can be surly, rude and ethnocentric. Despite that Svetopolis is worth the stay and how else will they learn to improve ?

The stuff is friendly , exceptionally helpful and professional. The meals are amazing, delicious and mouth watering. Clean and warm pool , in general whole spa is extraordinary relaxing

Excellent. It was almost perfect. The only problem is that they trow you out of the pool or sauna around 7:40 pm even though is supposed to be open till 8:00pm

Spa was totally worth it if you ignore the jacuzzis. Amazing heated loungers and a boiling hot pool. Sauna was great even if the steam room didn't seem to be working

I have never been to Pavel Banya before,and Iam so fortunate I have chosen Antique Hotel. The location is great ,the room is well equipped with essentials , and most importantly clean and neat

With no hesitation I recomend this hotel and spa to the tourists who want to go to Pavel Banya. Definitely, I will come again!

I was just disappointed with how dirty both jacuzzis were. You could visually see brown dirt inside both and at one point the rooftop jacuzzi wasn’t even hot. If this could be fixed, the hotel would really be 5 stars!

I had never been to Pavel Banya and in a few minutes I agreed with the owner, Kolyo Kavrakov, to reserve a room for us

The man is super cool, the hotel is cozy and very comfortable, especially since he allowed us to take our dog. It is next to the pools of Marconi and Diana Mar, right in the center

A very good choice if you need a TV as a second monitor to do a little work, and the hotel with the pool is across the street, and it costs you less than other outside visitors.

Clean and tidy hotel, from which everything is at your fingertips. We recommend with both hands!

The hotel is basically in the center of the village. Very well maintained and the owner is super super friendly and nice, definitely recommended.

Perfect conditions and quality. Excellent medical services. Little bit expensive for the regular Bulgarian citizens, but... The health has no price. :)

Overall, our short stay in "Rose" family hotel was a quite pleasant one. Surprisingly satisfying also, I would say. We wished we could stay longer. Maybe next time - and why not pay a visit to a swimming pool or a spa

"Rose" family hotel succeeds where almost all others fail - in delivering satisfyingly functional, elegantly simple and aesthetically arranged dwelling spaces for a completely decent price

All the usual electrical appliances are available. Everything is obviously clean and well maintained. Outside is a small courtyard with a very nice shed and - let's call it - a vine pergola (the bulgarian word is "asma")

The lobby is spacious, yet cosy with a large wooden kitchen barcounter and a lovely fireplace. The rooms are simple, yet quite nice. All rooms are with their own, separate bathroom

There is not even a single one of those interior elements that just pokes your eye every time you look at it. And that's quite rare even for higher class hotels in Bulgaria

The "Rose" family hotel belongs with that one particular kind of establishments that is so extremely rare in the modern Bulgarian resorts - both seaside and mountain alike

The only small disappointment was the fact, that the water in the pool is NOT mineral

Hotel is two years old and very well kept. Clean rooms and really nice bathrooms. Breakfast was simple but great. Hotel is very close (5 min walk) to cafes and eateries

Impressive cleanness and interior design. Everything seems brand new - shiny and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious, the reception, spa and restaurant service were impacable

But they don't know if they have rood-service or not;)) so one day we've received our coffee, the next day - we haven't;)))) And SPA works only till 6 p

Super place, has parking, clean rooms, has a yard with a slide and a house for children to play on them. It has a kitchen, stove, microwave and charcoal barbecue, electric grill, coffee pot

Very nice place. Our room, although small, was very clean and tidy. The house has a wonderful backyard with tables and barbecue. We had a great time.

We stayed here during early July. Nice, small hotel in the middle of town. Breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable. Also, it was very reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend it.

Very good location and a guest parking with access control. I was presently surprised by the size of the room! Everything I'd need was available, a large working space, a meeting table, a large and comfortable bed

Great location. Very helpful stuff. Large and comfortable rooms. The only funny thing is that you have to pay for the sugar/coffee/tea bags- service that you get for free in every hotel I was till now.

The bathroom was also generous of space and it included a bidet. Breakfast was somewhat simple but without any remarks. Not really stylish, even old fashioned, but yet completely satisfying hotel

The chicken wings were delicious as well as the chicken burger or the chicken tenders. There is also some bulgarian dishes, like casseroles. Deserts are delicious, homemade! Draft beer very cheap

We were so surprised that the food was so good in a small town like Shipka, that we came twice! The service was fast and super friendly and the prizes are very good value for money

We are here for 2 days for the Rose festival. We booked in advance for the room. I higly recomend to stay here. The room is clean, no smell, everything is in order

The receptionist Dany, beautiful girl, very fluent in English. Although Kazalnak is 11 km away, I recommend the place for it's quietness

I wasn't planning on staying in Shipka but I was getting pretty tired. Did I ever get lucky finding this hotel. Super friendly owners, large rooms, pool, sauna, steam room, good food. I would absolutely stay here again

Owners are friendly and speak English. Safe motorcycle parking, pool, bar, restaurant, sauna, infared sauna. They even have a market in the town center for all your needs

A really lovely hotel, perfectly placed for exploring the local attractions of the rose valley, the valley of the Thracian kings, and the Shipka and Buzludzha monuments up the mountain

Well sorted hotel. Beautiful view and tidy rooms. The two pet turtles are a joy to watch in the morning with coffee.

Lovely couple running a family run business. They couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely room and balcony just outside our room. We stayed 2 nights and only intended staying for 1

It is different than all the other hotels I'be visited. A bit more communication with customers won't hurt. Didn't know when and where the breakfast will be, so I missed it :) Definitely I don't mind to visit it again!

A great place to relax with family and company. Large house with a swimming pool. The kitchen has everything to cook, a grain coffee machine. Close to the center of the village

Off centre hotel, small family establishment, rooms are large enough, furniture is old and worn out, no mini bar, and no toiletries, cleaning is carried out once in two days.

Somewhat good hotel, spacious rooms but not enough electrical sockets. You can't charge a phone or plug in a lamp near the bed. Great location though!

With a slightly dated style adding to the charm we had so a great stay. It's so well run, very clean and with the most fabulous pool....I look forward to going back.

An old place, but it's renovated and is kept clean. Too expensive for what it has to offer, but otherwise good and comfortable, rooms are with decent size

The nature around is fantastic. This is a good place for relax, however the building/rooms are kind of oldish. We were hicking and it was not a big deal. We had some issues with the hot water tho.

Another reason we are definitely coming back are the massages! Greatest masseuse ever!!! The pool area is big and although it seems crowded, there is plenty of space, which will improve with the opening of the outdoor pools

The SPA area is crowded at times, but is was all about the timing. I believe that during the week it is more relaxing. Thank you for the rally relaxing and enjoyable weekend! We are looking forward to our next visit!

The rooms were very specious and very comfortable, what might be a minus for some people is that the mattresses were firm. And our biggest gratitude is towards the people who were animating our son in the kids room

In the summer of 2021 we were there, 2 couples, for a hike to Paradise Hut. Clean, quiet and well maintained place.

We liked the patio a lot. The host was very helpful, he recommended a great local pub. The room was big and the air conditioner was a plus. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and family.

I stayed two nights, the hotel is superb, professionally run by dedicated staff, everything was great from check-in to checkout! The hotel has great recent history, the hand carved wooden ceiling display made by the best from woodcarver Tryavna is worthy of the visit alone

Situated within of a forest, Edelvais (Edelweiss) is a modern mountain hotel with clean, well-maintained rooms and friendly and helpful staff. It's about 15-20 min walking distance from the Buzludzha monument.

Underrated and undiscovered gem, very close to the Buzludja monument (which should give a clue to the hotel's credentials), there are many hiking and biking trails in the area also, Katunite trail is just one

I just had a delightful Sunday lunch! A fresh mountain trout grilled on the barbeque, simple but excellent. And a very nice spot on the balcony, perfect for a hot summer day

The Buzludzha monument is at walking distance which makes for going there early in the morning/evening when there aren't any other tourists

Staff were really helpful and friendly - English spoken where the Bulgarian escaped us - and the issues mentioned in the less favourable reviews in the "Hitr Petr" listing had clearly been ironed out

Best french fries we have ever had and I hate french fries but we ordered them for the kid and then I ended up eating them. It is worth coming back to the region just to stay at this place
