Good hotel, garden and friendly staff.

Very careful and attentive staff. Housekeeping is fair and will try to meet your needs but are hindered by a shortage of supplies and direction. The director runs a tight ship, but if he is not there it falters

The food selection is good at first, but the rotation kicks in. The waitstaff can be surly, rude and ethnocentric. Despite that Svetopolis is worth the stay and how else will they learn to improve ?

The stuff is friendly , exceptionally helpful and professional. The meals are amazing, delicious and mouth watering. Clean and warm pool , in general whole spa is extraordinary relaxing

Excellent. It was almost perfect. The only problem is that they trow you out of the pool or sauna around 7:40 pm even though is supposed to be open till 8:00pm

Spa was totally worth it if you ignore the jacuzzis. Amazing heated loungers and a boiling hot pool. Sauna was great even if the steam room didn't seem to be working

I have never been to Pavel Banya before,and Iam so fortunate I have chosen Antique Hotel. The location is great ,the room is well equipped with essentials , and most importantly clean and neat

With no hesitation I recomend this hotel and spa to the tourists who want to go to Pavel Banya. Definitely, I will come again!

Hotel is two years old and very well kept. Clean rooms and really nice bathrooms. Breakfast was simple but great. Hotel is very close (5 min walk) to cafes and eateries

Impressive cleanness and interior design. Everything seems brand new - shiny and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious, the reception, spa and restaurant service were impacable

Overall, our short stay in "Rose" family hotel was a quite pleasant one. Surprisingly satisfying also, I would say. We wished we could stay longer. Maybe next time - and why not pay a visit to a swimming pool or a spa

"Rose" family hotel succeeds where almost all others fail - in delivering satisfyingly functional, elegantly simple and aesthetically arranged dwelling spaces for a completely decent price

All the usual electrical appliances are available. Everything is obviously clean and well maintained. Outside is a small courtyard with a very nice shed and - let's call it - a vine pergola (the bulgarian word is "asma")

The lobby is spacious, yet cosy with a large wooden kitchen barcounter and a lovely fireplace. The rooms are simple, yet quite nice. All rooms are with their own, separate bathroom

There is not even a single one of those interior elements that just pokes your eye every time you look at it. And that's quite rare even for higher class hotels in Bulgaria

Very clean, very quiet, very good and large doublebed, very good breakfast! We reach the hotel on a saturday, late in the evening, we found a free room and we managed to eat in the hotel restaurant at 21.30.

Very good location and a guest parking with access control. I was presently surprised by the size of the room! Everything I'd need was available, a large working space, a meeting table, a large and comfortable bed

This hotel offers well equipped, clean, spacious rooms. It is centrally located but conveniently positioned in a quiet street. It is at a walking distance from the Historical Museum “Iskra” and the Rose Garden

The bathroom was also generous of space and it included a bidet. Breakfast was somewhat simple but without any remarks. Not really stylish, even old fashioned, but yet completely satisfying hotel

Great value for money, beautiful rooms with everything you need, good WiFi and free parking, good location (walking distance from everything in town) a perfect place to stay when visiting the region.

They offer free car parking just few metres from the same hotel. The breakfast buffet is varied and of a good quality

I wasn't planning on staying in Shipka but I was getting pretty tired. Did I ever get lucky finding this hotel. Super friendly owners, large rooms, pool, sauna, steam room, good food. I would absolutely stay here again

Owners are friendly and speak English. Safe motorcycle parking, pool, bar, restaurant, sauna, infared sauna. They even have a market in the town center for all your needs

Lovely couple running a family run business. They couldn't do enough for us. We had a lovely room and balcony just outside our room. We stayed 2 nights and only intended staying for 1

Off centre hotel, small family establishment, rooms are large enough, furniture is old and worn out, no mini bar, and no toiletries, cleaning is carried out once in two days.

Somewhat good hotel, spacious rooms but not enough electrical sockets. You can't charge a phone or plug in a lamp near the bed. Great location though!

Went for a wedding. Did not sleep there. The staff is polite, and pleasant.

Small, cozy and clean family hotel. The owners are very warm and friendly, there is a lawn with small pavilions where one can sit and enjoy the babble of the river and a drink with friends.

The nature around is fantastic. This is a good place for relax, however the building/rooms are kind of oldish. We were hicking and it was not a big deal. We had some issues with the hot water tho.

Good room for the price. Sadly the restaurant was closed and we have to drive to the town for dinner.

Excellent pools, the outdoors semi-Olympics pool allows good swimmers to enjoy swimming and sun tanning at the same time. Breakfast is unbeatable, numerous choices and good quality.

New, clean and nice hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinner are amazing with variety of options to choose from and very delicious. My only cons is the staff - most of which seems to be under training.

In the summer of 2021 we were there, 2 couples, for a hike to Paradise Hut. Clean, quiet and well maintained place.

We liked the patio a lot. The host was very helpful, he recommended a great local pub. The room was big and the air conditioner was a plus. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and family.

The rooms are huge, clean and clutter-free. The owners are very cheerful, polite and ever so helpful! It’s a bargain for what you get- makes a great stop if you’re doing a road trip around the country

Staff were really helpful and friendly - English spoken where the Bulgarian escaped us - and the issues mentioned in the less favourable reviews in the "Hitr Petr" listing had clearly been ironed out

Best french fries we have ever had and I hate french fries but we ordered them for the kid and then I ended up eating them. It is worth coming back to the region just to stay at this place

Behind this Mac Hotel is a privite Hospital "Saint Ivan Rilski " New Hospital !There is Radiology Department with MRI Magnetic Resonance for diagnosis of MSS - joint, Cervical spine all spine and joints

5 kms away from central market in Gabrovo. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The theme is green colored and the rooms are decently spacious and well designed

Also if you have joint replacement it is NOT contraindicated to go there! There is also excellent physiotherapy center Physical therapy. Internal medicine, Nephrology

The view from the window is very serene. The restaurant served a delicious complimentary breakfast and I almost always had risotto for dinner because it was made so well
