Spa was totally worth it if you ignore the jacuzzis. Amazing heated loungers and a boiling hot pool. Sauna was great even if the steam room didn't seem to be working. Includes some ice water to dunk in and even pull over your head. Shuts at 7pm so just make sure you leave time to check it out. The hotel is modern, cute and cozy! It has a great cafeteria area and the food is pretty good considering it was included in the price. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful and friendly. I was just disappointed with how dirty both jacuzzis were. You could visually see brown dirt inside both and at one point the rooftop jacuzzi wasn’t even hot. The hotel is basically in the center of the village. Very well maintained and the owner is super super friendly and nice, definitely recommended.

I had never been to Pavel Banya and in a few minutes I agreed with the owner, Kolyo Kavrakov, to reserve a room for us. The man is super cool, the hotel is cozy and very comfortable, especially since he allowed us to take our dog. It is next to the pools of Marconi and Diana Mar, right in the center. Clean and tidy hotel, from which everything is at your fingertips. We recommend with both hands!

A very good choice if you need a TV as a second monitor to do a little work, and the hotel with the pool is across the street, and it costs you less than other outside visitors.

Great family hotel! The owner Alexander is there 24/7 and will accomodate any request! From great wine to american ac outlet transformer. Clean rooms,great breakfast yammy food at the restaurant! A+++

Hotel Alexander is a great place to stay - the owners also work there and everything is made with a thought for the clients. The breakfast is great as well as the food on the restaurant. The spa area is clean, not crowded and it is open for hotel guests from 14:00 till 18:00. This is an excellent place to stay!

The "Rose" family hotel belongs with that one particular kind of establishments that is so extremely rare in the modern Bulgarian resorts - both seaside and mountain alike. The kind that is stylish but simple, aesthetic, yet also basic, functional instead of pointlessly complicated. Just a hotel well done. Lacking any plastic decorations, tasteless furniture, preposterous stock photos in cheap frames...

If you are a bulgarian citizen it might be a fair chois, but otherwise I do not recommend this guest house because the owner speaks only bulgarian language and it might be very frustrating to discover that none of your requests were understood.

Clean and tidy with a good location, the only disadvantage was the broken shower. No pool

The location is ok, central, but the owner doesn't speek English and the check in limit hour is a bit to early.

Beautiful setting in the small town of Pavel Banya. Quiet with excellent restaurants and good spa facilities. Well known in Bulgaria. The room was ample with one double and one single bed, too much for just myself, ensuite bathroom, minimal cooking facilities though.

We were in the restaurant. Inside was very nicely furnished, clean but empty. Outside with lots of table. There are tables around the DJ desk and around 3-4 at the entrance before the court hall. Family restaurant - because kids help out serving. Otherwise no kids menue, no kids chair, no changing table in the rest room, no toys or anything for kids. The Menue is very divers and all of the dishes...

The hotel it is on the way to be three or more stars. It is nice and we'll equipped. The relax area is well made and comfortable. With a few options. We particularly liked the steam shower and the sauna. It was rather relaxing.

Very good place situated just in front of the mineral spring complex.The restaurant ofer very good dishes at responsible price and also there is a parking lots.

The hotel was so cute, very clean and the room was very nicely decorated. The food at the restaurant was very good as well. The only thing that was a bit strange is that in the evening there was no one at the reception and we wanted to ask a question.

Good hotel with two perfect restaurants. If you want to have a party with DJ - visit the contemporary restaurant. If you like to see the Bulgarian traditional atmosphere - visit the tavern.

Impressive cleanness and interior design. Everything seems brand new - shiny and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious, the reception, spa and restaurant service were impacable. The only small disappointment was the fact, that the water in the pool is NOT mineral.

Rooms are good, spa centre is good enough for the price, but working time is not ok.

Hotel is two years old and very well kept. Clean rooms and really nice bathrooms. Breakfast was simple but great. Has a good pool and spa area. Very nice staff/management. Hotel is very close (5 min walk) to cafes and eateries. Would recommend.

Nice clean room. But they don't know if they have rood-service or not;)) so one day we've received our coffee, the next day - we haven't;)))) And SPA works only till 6 p.m., so we have paid a bit more and enjoyed great SPA in another hotel;)))

Very nice place. Our room, although small, was very clean and tidy. The house has a wonderful backyard with tables and barbecue. We had a great time.

Quiet place, has an indoor barbecue, suitable for large companies.

Super place, has parking, clean rooms, has a yard with a slide and a house for children to play on them. It has a kitchen, stove, microwave and charcoal barbecue, electric grill, coffee pot. Convenient location near center.I recommend for a weekend break.

House owner was very helpfull. He take us to a short town trip by his car and showed us what is available around.

Absolutely recommended, everything is very OK, the hosts very cool. Except that they missed toilet paper for the room the first day, everything else is at a much higher level than the price, and the dining and living area to the house, the small details in the hallway, the slippers, overall very satisfied
