We celebrated baptism here, absolutely satisfived, the food was amazing and service impacable, many thanks to server Milen, He was so professional and friendly, with smiling face all the time. Recomendations.

Absolutely amazing experience in that lovely hotel. We were celebrating family event and was perfect. Hotel is very beautiful, clean and tidy. It was perfectly organized, food was delicious and we had one amazing celebration and great memories. I would like specially to thank to Milen our waiter who was polite, smiling, very professional and provided everything we needed and asked for. Thanks to all Teodora palace people for making such an amazing celebration for us.

Nice place.. Nice people.. But the bathroom is a lake after a short shower

I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The staff were friendly and my room was large and comfortable. The location is conveniently located near the border and outside the city and has good parking. Breakfast was basic, but i would have enjoyed more coffee. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was very tasty.

Very close to Dunav bridge, in the Industrial zone of Ruse, good service.

Bad bathroom (theres no light over the shower). Slippery floor. The location of the hotel is awful, it's difficult to enter and leave.
Only positive thing is the restaurant food which opens after 19:00.

there is nothing special about rooms for this price per night.
the service is good, but this is the poorest possible location in Ruse, if you are visiting the city.
especially if there is a line of trucks at the bordet and the drivers horning consistently during the night, because they are nervous.
if you are very tired, in the middle of the night, you can stay for quick sleep, and nothing more.
the hotel has 2 conference rooms but they are nothing special as equipment.
during the weekends there are quite noisy wedding party's.

Good place to stay overnight. Nice restaurant with delicious food and very good service. Bathroom needs some upgrade, especially the shower (the shower drain at the center of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient).
