Compared to other hotels in Ruse up to this price range, this is the best solution, I do not want to advertise other hotels but it is worth it. I do not know what other people are writing, very kind woman at the reception, our rooms were clean and tidy, the air conditioner was working, in two words, for 60 leva I was pleased!

Nice hotel with good location, it is very close to Ruse centre. The rooms are big and comfortable with big glass wall baths.

Wonderful place in almost every aspect, but a tad on the snug side.
We suddenly needed a place to stay on our way, so we found this hotel by chance. Which actually has apartments. We were in the hotel part, the room was special, the bathroom was in the corridor of the room, I've never seen anything like that. The rooms on the ground floor have garden access. We arrived at night and got a room without a reservation. The accommodation has hotel rooms with hotel services (e.g. breakfast) and apartments in the neighboring building. We chose an apartment, which was very comfortable and nice. It has a separate entrance from the street. The apartment also has a large comfortable terrace. We had a great stay at Arletti Hotel! The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a baby high chair available at breakfast—it made things so much easier. Would definitely recommend!
