Every-time we spend the night in Ruse, we choose Riga. That being said, it could be a much, much better hotel if it had better management.
For us, it is super attractive because:
- location, on the banks of the river;
- views are amazing, especially the sunset;
- it is an iconic building, with its high rise, brutalist architecture;
- PET FRIENDLY;
Not so great:
- it is obvious that management is...
Is a nice hotel I will recommend for more good breakfast (very poor at the moment)better pillows at the room and please more clean windows at all the places!! Thank you !
Note the panoramic restaurant is for large group booking only. They are also refurbishing some of the floors and areas are closed, it could be excellent in the future
It's location was awesome!! You can see and walk through the beautiful Danube River, so you should stay there
Amazing staff - especially on reception. Always smiling, with positive attitude and makes you feel welcome. Makes your stay and mornings on a working trip pleasant. The hotel itself is very tidy, renovated and the river view is a plus. If you’re traveling for work I would highly recommend.
Perfect place to stay in Ruse. Just have in mind that out side the season in Sunday not all restaurants are open

Big room, accomodating 4 persons, very close to Danube where you can take a relaxing walk and to eat/drink something on the terraces over there. În front of the hotel there are up to 10 parking places and several on the street belonging to municipality. Nice staff.
I have been going there for years and now the rooms have been renovated so I was very happy with my accomodation.
This hotel surprised me in a positive way. Rooms are very good, Ceiling is 3 - 3.5 meter high since this was a huge private house 100 years ago. Higiene was good. Restaurant is OK. Big and nice room. The bathroom was large and even had a tub. The breakfast was a nice bonus. It had everything you would need to start your day. The personnel was nice and spoke English. Overall satisfied with the stay.
I liked the fact that the hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. I could also see the River Danube and the country of Romania from my window. My room was ok except that it had two single beds whereas I prefer a double bed. The breakfast was simple, nothing to write home about. The staff were fairly courteous and helpful. It met my needs and I will go back.
My room didn't had a balcony. You have to order coffe at the breakfast. I am not sure it is included in the breakfast

Worse was bathroom, because of which I needed to change the room, because during shower water goes all around the bathroom. But fortunately, receptionist was very supportive.
Stayed for one night on business trip. Exceptional service at the reception! Nice and rich breakfast, spacious rooms, perfect location in the heart of Ruse!
Rooms are ok but definitely not great. The hotel is equipped with 2 restaurants. Food is great. That's the greatest advantage of the hotel. The second greatest is location - hotel is situated at downtown's pedestrian area.

The room is clean but a bit dated and small for 2 people. The Location is very good and it has working a/c and you can darken the room in the night if you want to. The Wifi is fast and reliable, you can easily stream 1080p videos
Love it! Beds are comfy! Staff are lovely! Food is awesome, I recommend it to everyone that is going to Bulgaria!

The hotel is nicely decorated, rooms not very spacious but enough for a night, walls are thin if you are not lucky to have quiet or no neighbours at all! What I disliked was the washing machine of the establishment doing laundry at midnight and even now in the morning! The spin cycle makes the whole backyard with the little patio in front of the rooms vibrate like crazy!! Very loud and annoying as...
A spacious and quiet hotel. The staff is kind and professional I was very satisfied There is also a common open area for cigaratte smokers.
Greater than expected. Nice modern deco, gentle tenants, good breakfast, calm even if I'm not convinced by noise insulation, very decent price, and my bedroom was small but confortable and well equiped and the bathroom was perfect

Clean, new, good smell, very good service and quite. Believe me you won’t find better option.

My stay here is perfect every single time. The location is very good, the hotel is nice and clean, the staff is extremely polite and friendly, the breakfast is great! I would say this is the best hotel in Ruse.
I loved the hotel, the room, it is nice, very clean. The staff is very polite and I felt welcomed, which is important for every guest. The hotel is situated at less than 5 min walking from the city center and same distance from the Danube riviera. Parking available near the hotel.
Make this the end of your journey! A beautiful gem tucked away within walking distance of the city center.
Perfect place to stay in Ruse. Not far from the center, directly at the Danube. Nice restaurants and bars are near around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is new and clean. Breakfast is good.
We had great experience in Residence House Ruse. The only minor problem was there was no parking (but we easily found place on the street nearby).
Charming hotel! Recommend this place. Classic architecture and modern design. Kind staff. Clean and cosily.

We like this place, perfect location. The rooms are big enough and very comfy. The staff is nice and we will surely come again.
We stayed 1 night, it is located in the heart of the city, near to it aprox 50m has 5 parking spot. Only got 3* but I gave 5* because of the cleanness and the room measurements. Big room, with all you need.
Very pleasant hotel on the main pedestrian street. Staff was very kind, they also gave us a free room upgrade. The bed was really comfortable. The included breakfast is basic. You can hear some noise from the street below. We recommend and would visit again.
Just perfect. At the very heart of the town centre. You' ve got fruits, drinks and vine as a welcome compliment. The beds are most comfortable.
Breakfast is not satisfying, upper floor rooms are quite good but other floors not good. 3rd floor rooms are designed very bad, even area of room big, bathroom is incredibly small!
The staff is very helpful and so warm-hearted. The location is perfect even no need to walk . The rooms are very luxurious and comfortable. I can really confess that is the best hotel i have ever stayed. Thanks for the all staff

Stands up for its price. The only problems are the lack of dining tables in 3-person rooms and the lingering dampness in the bathroom, which the fan struggles to deal with.
For about 40lv per night for a double room you get plenty - TV, fridge, big bathroom, kitchen corner, etc. Can also be rented by students. Good service for the price!

The bathroom has problems with ventilation. Beetles run along the walls. The refrigerator is working very loudly.
The receptionist is absolutely childish, with all his appearance he showed that we were not of interest to him and were only wasting his time. He refused to help with breakfast ... Although we arrived at 22.20, after a difficult journey across the whole of Bulgaria.

Compared to other hotels in Ruse up to this price range, this is the best solution, I do not want to advertise other hotels but it is worth it. I do not know what other people are writing, very kind woman at the reception, our rooms were clean and tidy, the air conditioner was working, in two words, for 60 leva I was pleased!

It was a pleasant! The staff was really friendly, great location (near to the city centre), awesome accommodation. It was very tidy and clean. The rooms were already warm when we arrived, unlike most hotels where we have stayed. Loving this place!

Old furniture but locations is good, just outside the centre but close and free parking.
For the money u pay basically u can not find a better place to stay in Ruse!! ❤️ ❤️ clean, quiet location, breakfast 🍳 which surprise me how good it was! Definitely recommended!

The room was good for me as I went by myself. Bigger rooms are available. Air-conditioning brilliant. Bed comfortable. Food very good. Some staff don't understand English others do. Always willing to help. Only stairs. I would come vack again.
