This place was a big disappointment for us. We specifically booked this hotel because websites propose it when you select "parking" as a filter. However, there are just a few spots in front of the hotel. The only one available was dangerously close to another car. Nice location, parking on the street, free of charge. Rooms are nice, bathroom is not well sound proofed, I was hearing my neighbor when both were in. Nice restaurant, I have had some good sweets at the waitress recommendation. Bar with pool on the roof of the 3-rd floor.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Staff are extremely helpful in every aspect. It helps that they are bilingual as my Bulgarian is minimal 😢. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling for business or travel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A convenient stay near the border for crossing into/out of Romania. Hotel is rather dated but basic enough for an overnight. Room was huge, the bed was not comfortable though and pillows were flat. The breakfast made it up for that. Good spread of breakfast which was tasty.

Great choice in Rosa, large room, new facilities, clean and quiet. The bathroom was little bit strange due to toilet position but everything else was good. Location is everything in Rosa.

Great hotel. Very clean, cozy.

Worse was bathroom, because of which I needed to change the room, because during shower water goes all around the bathroom. But fortunately, receptionist was very supportive.

Alexan was very helpful and informed! We enjoyed talking to him.

It's a good hotel for a short stay. The building is old and the height of the room's ceiling attests to that. But it's renovated and everything is nice and clean. The hotel is located close to the river but not far from the center either. Good breakfast with eggs to order. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Perfect stay in Ruse! I love this city and the beat hotel is Anna Palace. In the city center, 2 min walk from the pedestrian street, shops and restaurants as well as the Danube River. The rooms are completely renovated, large and comfortable bathroom. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially the girl at breakfast. We would stay again.

The hotel is in the city center in a quiet and peaceful place. There is free parking. The building is historic and the interior is very impressive. The staff is very helpful, they guided us to many attractions of the city. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was very delicious. Thank you

This is literally the only place we stay when we are in Rousse. We've already been here twice this year and are hoping for a third. On our latest visit we had 3 rooms - 5 adults and a 2 year old baby - and everything was just as excellent as we remembered. Can't wait to be back here.

The room is clean but a bit dated and small for 2 people. The Location is very good and it has working a/c and you can darken the room in the night if you want to. The Wifi is fast and reliable, you can easily stream 1080p videos

I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The staff were friendly and my room was large and comfortable. The location is conveniently located near the border and outside the city and has good parking. Breakfast was basic, but i would have enjoyed more coffee. I also had dinner at the restaurant, which was very tasty.

We had a great stay at Arletti Hotel! The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a baby high chair available at breakfast—it made things so much easier. Would definitely recommend!

The bathroom has problems with ventilation. Beetles run along the walls. The refrigerator is working very loudly. Stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. We arrived at the hotel during the early evening and it’s fairly easy to find as it’s right in the middle of the city, facing onto the main square. Check in was okay but not the quickest. We left our passports with the staff whilst we went up to the room before heading out again and some people’s still weren’t ready 10 minutes...

The hotel is quite oldish, but the rooms are large and clean. It is a convenient place to stay in Ruse, in the center of the city. The park in front of the hotel offers a nice view. The breakfast is regular, nothing special but quite varried. They have free parking for the guests.

The room was very large, clean, and comfortable. Check in was very easy, and even though reception isn't manned 24/7 the manager communicated well and proactively. There is a nice communal kitchen and library downstairs, plus an outdoor sitting/ smoking area. Located just next to the Regional History Museum and a short walk from the center of town.
