Great hotel. Very clean, cozy.

Worse was bathroom, because of which I needed to change the room, because during shower water goes all around the bathroom. But fortunately, receptionist was very supportive.

Alexan was very helpful and informed! We enjoyed talking to him.

Rooms are ok but definitely not great. The hotel is equipped with 2 restaurants. Food is great. That's the greatest advantage of the hotel. The second greatest is location - hotel is situated at downtown's pedestrian area.

I had a clean, modern room, nice shower and view to the river. No fridge to keep things cool.

Note the panoramic restaurant is for large group booking only. They are also refurbishing some of the floors and areas are closed, it could be excellent in the future

I had the most wonderful stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Staff are extremely helpful in every aspect. It helps that they are bilingual as my Bulgarian is minimal 😢. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling for business or travel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just each floor must have fire exit. The lady at the restaurant she was so positive energy and I have forgotten my credit card she found me at that moment and she was running better than atletics For the next time if I have chance I will visit her and congrats to her

The soundproofing was poor, and they had a party until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Although I complained, they said it was a scheduled event, so the noise continued past 2 a.m. They offered a free late check-out as compensation, but if I had known, I wouldn’t have chosen this place. (They said it’s party season, but partying until 2 a.m. at a hotel seems unreasonable.) I appreciate the staff...

The 11 o’clock checknout is a bit unusual. I would also expect the swimming pool and the spa center to be open

Big room, accomodating 4 persons, very close to Danube where you can take a relaxing walk and to eat/drink something on the terraces over there. În front of the hotel there are up to 10 parking places and several on the street belonging to municipality. Nice staff.

Big and nice room. The bathroom was large and even had a tub. The breakfast was a nice bonus. It had everything you would need to start your day. The personnel was nice and spoke English. Overall satisfied with the stay.

I liked the fact that the hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. I could also see the River Danube and the country of Romania from my window. My room was ok except that it had two single beds whereas I prefer a double bed. The breakfast was simple, nothing to write home about. The staff were fairly courteous and helpful. It met my needs and I will go back.

My room didn't had a balcony. You have to order coffe at the breakfast. I am not sure it is included in the breakfast

The hotel is nicely decorated, rooms not very spacious but enough for a night, walls are thin if you are not lucky to have quiet or no neighbours at all! What I disliked was the washing machine of the establishment doing laundry at midnight and even now in the morning! The room is clean but a bit dated and small for 2 people. The Location is very good and it has working a/c and you can darken the room in the night if you want to. The Wifi is fast and reliable, you can easily stream 1080p videos

Perfect, central location and free parking (I think five spots available). The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and relatively quiet (we faced the back, which may make a difference), and laundry was doable for a reasonable fee.

The hotel is located on the main pedestrian street, 100 meters from the central square. Rooms are big, but have a tiny window, which barely lets any daylight in. Breakfast is of poor quality served at the lobby bar. For my dismay the eggs were peeled. No dedicated parking, so if you come by car be prepared to leave you car far from the hotel or at a paid parking. The price is way more expensive than...

the hotel is not very nice, I lived in room 119, the smell of tobacco from the ventilation is terrible. the hotel is beautiful but meets three stars and most importantly the hotel does not have its own large Parking lot, the car can only be parked on the street

Very nice waitress. Nice location, near to the train station and city centre. The prices was fair. The food.....well you must be careful with your choices. I’ve eat duck hearts, very specific dish that must be prepared very carefully. Mine was not disaster but on the edge to be raw and lived. The deserts was excellent. I’ll definitely come back again.

Very pleasant hotel ! Happy to see the chance of furniture on the terrace. But please, put a little waste bin next to the coffee machine. I never know where to leave the papers from the sugar.

Nice and cosy, this is a typical English style hotel all the way over in Ruse. The owner/manager is a a very polite lady who will make sure you have everything you need, will serve an amazing breakfast and will give you her advices on your stay in the town or your journey ahead.
