The room is clean but a bit dated and small for 2 people. The Location is very good and it has working a/c and you can darken the room in the night if you want to. The Wifi is fast and reliable, you can easily stream 1080p videos

Love it! Beds are comfy! Staff are lovely! Food is awesome, I recommend it to everyone that is going to Bulgaria!

Nice hotel with good location, it is very close to Ruse centre. The rooms are big and comfortable with big glass wall baths.

The hotel is nicely decorated, rooms not very spacious but enough for a night, walls are thin if you are not lucky to have quiet or no neighbours at all! What I disliked was the washing machine of the establishment doing laundry at midnight and even now in the morning! The spin cycle makes the whole backyard with the little patio in front of the rooms vibrate like crazy!! Very loud and annoying as...

A spacious and quiet hotel. The staff is kind and professional I was very satisfied There is also a common open area for cigaratte smokers.

Greater than expected. Nice modern deco, gentle tenants, good breakfast, calm even if I'm not convinced by noise insulation, very decent price, and my bedroom was small but confortable and well equiped and the bathroom was perfect

Perfect place to stay in Ruse. Not far from the center, directly at the Danube. Nice restaurants and bars are near around. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is new and clean. Breakfast is good.

We had great experience in Residence House Ruse. The only minor problem was there was no parking (but we easily found place on the street nearby).

We stayed 1 night, it is located in the heart of the city, near to it aprox 50m has 5 parking spot. Only got 3* but I gave 5* because of the cleanness and the room measurements. Big room, with all you need.

Very pleasant hotel on the main pedestrian street. Staff was very kind, they also gave us a free room upgrade. The bed was really comfortable. The included breakfast is basic. You can hear some noise from the street below. We recommend and would visit again.

Just perfect. At the very heart of the town centre. You' ve got fruits, drinks and vine as a welcome compliment. The beds are most comfortable.

Breakfast is not satisfying, upper floor rooms are quite good but other floors not good. 3rd floor rooms are designed very bad, even area of room big, bathroom is incredibly small!

It was a pleasant! The staff was really friendly, great location (near to the city centre), awesome accommodation. It was very tidy and clean. The rooms were already warm when we arrived, unlike most hotels where we have stayed. Loving this place!

Not every staff member speaks English. Old furniture but locations is good, just outside the centre but close and free parking.

For the money u pay basically u can not find a better place to stay in Ruse!! ❤️ ❤️ clean, quiet location, breakfast 🍳 which surprise me how good it was! Definitely recommended!

the hotel is not very nice, I lived in room 119, the smell of tobacco from the ventilation is terrible. the hotel is beautiful but meets three stars and most importantly the hotel does not have its own large Parking lot, the car can only be parked on the street

Very nice waitress. Nice location, near to the train station and city centre. The prices was fair. The food.....well you must be careful with your choices. I’ve eat duck hearts, very specific dish that must be prepared very carefully. Mine was not disaster but on the edge to be raw and lived. The deserts was excellent. I’ll definitely come back again.

Very pleasant hotel ! Happy to see the chance of furniture on the terrace. But please, put a little waste bin next to the coffee machine. I never know where to leave the papers from the sugar.

Decent place. Some rooms are much bigger than others. Room 104 is larger than 110 for the same price. Buffet breakfast.

Very lovely owner, makes her own cheese and bread for breakfast, wish we could have stayed for more than one night! She also kept our bags after we checked out until we left in the afternoon, which was extremely helpful l!

Nice and cosy, this is a typical English style hotel all the way over in Ruse. The owner/manager is a a very polite lady who will make sure you have everything you need, will serve an amazing breakfast and will give you her advices on your stay in the town or your journey ahead.

Good location and rooms. Clean and tidy. Great breakfast for a very reasonable price. The hostess was incredibly helpful. Certainly recommended.
