The hotel is nicely decorated, rooms not very spacious but enough for a night, walls are thin if you are not lucky to have quiet or no neighbours at all! What I disliked was the washing machine of the establishment doing laundry at midnight and even now in the morning! The spin cycle makes the whole backyard with the little patio in front of the rooms vibrate like crazy!! Very loud and annoying as...

The room is clean but a bit dated and small for 2 people. The Location is very good and it has working a/c and you can darken the room in the night if you want to. The Wifi is fast and reliable, you can easily stream 1080p videos

Perfect, central location and free parking (I think five spots available). The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and relatively quiet (we faced the back, which may make a difference), and laundry was doable for a reasonable fee.

The hotel is located on the main pedestrian street, 100 meters from the central square. Rooms are big, but have a tiny window, which barely lets any daylight in. Breakfast is of poor quality served at the lobby bar. For my dismay the eggs were peeled. No dedicated parking, so if you come by car be prepared to leave you car far from the hotel or at a paid parking. The price is way more expensive than...

It was a pleasant! The staff was really friendly, great location (near to the city centre), awesome accommodation. It was very tidy and clean. The rooms were already warm when we arrived, unlike most hotels where we have stayed. Loving this place!

the hotel is not very nice, I lived in room 119, the smell of tobacco from the ventilation is terrible. the hotel is beautiful but meets three stars and most importantly the hotel does not have its own large Parking lot, the car can only be parked on the street

Very nice waitress. Nice location, near to the train station and city centre. The prices was fair. The food.....well you must be careful with your choices. I’ve eat duck hearts, very specific dish that must be prepared very carefully. Mine was not disaster but on the edge to be raw and lived. The deserts was excellent. I’ll definitely come back again.

Very pleasant hotel ! Happy to see the chance of furniture on the terrace. But please, put a little waste bin next to the coffee machine. I never know where to leave the papers from the sugar.

I loved the hotel, the room, it is nice, very clean. The staff is very polite and I felt welcomed, which is important for every guest. The hotel is situated at less than 5 min walking from the city center and same distance from the Danube riviera. Parking available near the hotel.

Nice and cosy, this is a typical English style hotel all the way over in Ruse. The owner/manager is a a very polite lady who will make sure you have everything you need, will serve an amazing breakfast and will give you her advices on your stay in the town or your journey ahead.
