Excellent hotel with a very good location. The rooms are clean and cozy, there are parking spaces in the yard. The welcome is cordial, the attitude is kind with attention to every detail. For the time I spent there, I had the feeling that I was not at a hotel, but visiting close friends. Be sure to visit - you will be enchanted!

Uau. Unbelievable place. At the edge of the forest. Very calm, perfect for family holiday. The Vilas are with everything necessary inside. The restaurant is very very good with perfect kitchen. You can taste home made dishes and home made drinks. Will visit again definitely.

It pretends to be more than it is. Let's start with the good things: It's very clean. It's close to the ski slope and the lift station. The bathrooms are well made. Then there's the not so good stuff: the interior is on the spartan side. Certain items are worn out. The lighting is dim. The heating (centralized, with no option to set temperature per room) is only barely enough. The parking space is...

Overall, I think the fee is too high for what you get. The positive is that the apartments are very warm. If you are a family with children you will like it because the apartments are spacious, but if you are only two (or solo), it is better to head to a hotel.

We spent four days at the hotel. + good breakfast (eggs, bread, muffins, cereal, etc.) + the receptionist was very kind and helpful, simply awesome + the apartment was clean and warm + 3 min away from the lift with a shuttle which which picks you up from the hotel; we left our ski equipment at Kamelia ski wardrobe for 5 lv per day

The hotel and room were very clean, the staff were all great, the facilities (pool, spa) were well kept and the water was warm, the food at the restaurant was great. No complaints at all. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful, quiet location, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds- we had a 2 bed apartment with kitchen facilities and a sitting room with a balcony. Good quality toiletries were provided also a good selection of teas, coffee and soft drinks free of charge. Breakfast was excellent and dinner reasonably priced.

This is an oasis in the Forrest! The rooms are huge, so comfortable and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and speak English well, and the surroundings are just stunning.

The best hotel I've ever been anywhere!!! The rooms are spacious and more than luxurious. TVs support paid programs like youtube,prime,netflix and so on. The spa is well arranged. The hotel is located in a peaceful environment among forests and has a small complex as well as a children's corner. The restaurant is open until 24 o'clock. Hardly recommend.

Amazing hotel! Low prices, pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant's interior is cozy and nice. There's a fireplace and the tables an chairs are very comfy. The food is incredibly delicious. The ski tracks are just 5 mins away from the nearest lift. Strongly recommend!

Good hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean. The location is great. You can have complimentary coffee in the lobby which was very nice! However the water pipes were very noisy in our room. On the terrace there were three A/Cs, thankfully nobody was using them, otherwise we would not get much sleep. Nice hotel, near to the center you can find everything

Good place for one night. Bed is corrupted and noisy, pillows are not usable, in bathroom bathtub was broken, shower broken too, wall are thin and you'll hear all neighbors. There's no such breakfast... Restaurants near are good and this is only thing that saves good impression about Smolyan.

One of the best places around Pamporovo and Smolyan Lakes area. If you are looking for good service, quality food and a bit of personal touch, this is the place for you. A bit remote from the noise of Pamporovo and the city but close enough to the ski slopes and the beautiful mountain!
