Comfortable beds, good powerful warm shower and very clean! We visited the spa, it was a very small pool and a little cold but perfect for us! The different steam etc rooms were good. There is a restaurant, it was very busy but service (except our 2nd pizza) was quick! So order everything as early as possible. I would take the trip again just for the pork on bread dish. We were just for a day, but it was wonderful. Room was very clean and cozy, underfloor heating in the bathroom. It was brand new. The corridor outside was a bit smelly from a new carpet, but room was not. Pool is rather small so mostly for kids really, but the sauna and the spa as a whole was great. I must say that this is the best hotel in the town! I've spent 3 nights (2 people and a pet). I like the idea that is pet friendly hotel and also the staff were very kind to me and my dog. The rooms were very comfortable with high quality bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is located on top location. The only thing I didn't like was the SPA, because the pool was muddy and the saunas were not very well...

Wonderful garden and traditional interior of the restaurant, god location for a starting point to numerous hiking trails, biking routes, natural ad historical sites in the locality.

We visited the bar to have a coffee........We waited a long time for our order to be taken and we got annoyed by the fact that many people after us sat down at another table and were served before us......otherwise the place is nice and the coffee is good!!!

Beautiful, quiet location, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds- we had a 2 bed apartment with kitchen facilities and a sitting room with a balcony. Good quality toiletries were provided also a good selection of teas, coffee and soft drinks free of charge. Breakfast was excellent and dinner reasonably priced.

This is an oasis in the Forrest! The rooms are huge, so comfortable and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and speak English well, and the surroundings are just stunning.

The best hotel I've ever been anywhere!!! The rooms are spacious and more than luxurious. TVs support paid programs like youtube,prime,netflix and so on. The spa is well arranged. The hotel is located in a peaceful environment among forests and has a small complex as well as a children's corner. The restaurant is open until 24 o'clock. Hardly recommend.

It’s conveniently located close to Smolyan and you can get to a lot of the nearby sights within 15-20 min. The hotel service was excellent! Special shout out to our lovely host Petya! Amazing hotel! Low prices, pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant's interior is cozy and nice. There's a fireplace and the tables an chairs are very comfy. The food is incredibly delicious. The ski tracks are just 5 mins away from the nearest lift. Strongly recommend!

Good hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean. The location is great. You can have complimentary coffee in the lobby which was very nice! However the water pipes were very noisy in our room. On the terrace there were three A/Cs, thankfully nobody was using them, otherwise we would not get much sleep. Nice hotel, near to the center you can find everything

Good place for one night. Bed is corrupted and noisy, pillows are not usable, in bathroom bathtub was broken, shower broken too, wall are thin and you'll hear all neighbors. There's no such breakfast... Restaurants near are good and this is only thing that saves good impression about Smolyan.

One of the best places around Pamporovo and Smolyan Lakes area. If you are looking for good service, quality food and a bit of personal touch, this is the place for you. A bit remote from the noise of Pamporovo and the city but close enough to the ski slopes and the beautiful mountain!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of the city. The center can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The Smolyan waterfall is two steps from the house, and the Canyon of the waterfalls is a 10-minute drive away. I would say that the location is very good. Keep in mind that grocery stores in the city are not at every turn and close early. The owner of the house is a very kind and pleasant person...

Indeed, the house, the location of the house, the yard and especially the host - just everything is great. There is nothing to write about Smolyan itself and its surroundings, just who has not been to this area, he has not seen the beauty of the Rhodopes. So for the house.
