The hotel and room were very clean, the staff were all great, the facilities (pool, spa) were well kept and the water was warm, the food at the restaurant was great. No complaints at all. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful family boutique hotel, 5 star feel, the spa, the impressively furnished restaurant and beautifully appointed room were impeccable. Service was always with a smile and courtesy. This is a hidden gem, highly recommended!!!

It was a great experience! We ordered many different dishes and all of them were made perfectly and served in time. The restaurant have a digital menu and you can place an order for your phone.
As a beer lover I have to say that they have the best draft beer in the town. In the menu they have draft Carlsberg and now they have draft Erdinger. We went to the restaurant for the degustation of Erdinger. There was a specialist from the Bulgarian Carlsberg manufacturing facilities and he explained to us everything about there product lineup and the manufacturing, also he showed us hops and different tips of grain.
If I have to be honest, the prices are a little bit high, but it's worth it.

The hotel is really nice! It offers superb spa services. Large enough rooms, nice service, and free breakfast for all guests. The location is perfect, at a walking distance from most city sights and landmarks. A perfect place to stay for both business and leisure trips. The only thing that I didn't like was that it was a little messy outside at the back of the hotel, right below the balconies. Maybe this was due to some renovation work around... The breakfast was nice, with enough options, but the espresso from the coffee machine happened to be an instant coffee. You can order real coffee from the staff though.

Since the hotel opened, it continues to maintain and develop the services. Perfect staff who can meet any requirements of the guests; cosy rooms equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay; nice spa area designed to relax. The restaurant offers a good choice of local dishes which are cooked deliciously and served with finesse.

Comfortable beds, good powerful warm shower and very clean! We visited the spa, it was a very small pool and a little cold but perfect for us! The different steam etc rooms were good.
There is a restaurant, it was very busy but service (except our 2nd pizza) was quick! So order everything as early as possible. I would take the trip again just for the pork on bread dish. The BEST thing I've tasted for a while.

We were just for a day, but it was wonderful. Room was very clean and cozy, underfloor heating in the bathroom. It was brand new. The corridor outside was a bit smelly from a new carpet, but room was not. Pool is rather small so mostly for kids really, but the sauna and the spa as a whole was great. We will definitely visit again. Also the restaurant prices and food were very good and the service was awesome as well.

I must say that this is the best hotel in the town! I've spent 3 nights (2 people and a pet). I like the idea that is pet friendly hotel and also the staff were very kind to me and my dog. The rooms were very comfortable with high quality bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is located on top location. The only thing I didn't like was the SPA, because the pool was muddy and the saunas were not very well cleaned. In the end I would visit the hotel again, because I'm not the biggest fan of SPA anyway.
