Pool is rather small so mostly for kids really, but the sauna and the spa as a whole was great. We will definitely visit again. Also the restaurant prices and food were very good and the service was awesome as well
The rooms were very comfortable with high quality bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is located on top location. The only thing I didn't like was the SPA, because the pool was muddy and the saunas were not very well cleaned
Comfortable beds, good powerful warm shower and very clean! We visited the spa, it was a very small pool and a little cold but perfect for us! The different steam etc rooms were good
Very clean and really big rooms for a really low price. Plus there is a very nice spa and pool inside. The down side is the hotel is about 20 min walk from the city center
Maybe this was due to some renovation work around. The breakfast was nice, with enough options, but the espresso from the coffee machine happened to be an instant coffee. You can order real coffee from the staff though
Cozy rooms with basic amenities, a bit on the small side. Free parking, good food in the restaurant. Excellent and friendly staff. Giant puzzles exhibits on the wall in the lobby. Recommend strongly in Smolyan.

Beautiful location perfect for hiking to Smolyan Lakes and Orpheus Rocks, lovely swimming pool and saunas, helpful, friendly staff, nice room with views on the balcony, decent breakfast included and meals
Great place, nice view, clean and new rooms. Receptionist really helpful and speaks English as well. Restaurant has a good variety of options. Within 10 minutes of car from multiple attractions.
The hotel is located in a peaceful environment among forests and has a small complex as well as a children's corner. The restaurant is open until 24 o'clock
The best hotel I've ever been anywhere!!! The rooms are spacious and more than luxurious. TVs support paid programs like youtube,prime,netflix and so on
I would definitely visit this place again! Be sure to also visit the restaurant where the food was superb!
