The hotel and room were very clean, the staff were all great, the facilities (pool, spa) were well kept and the water was warm, the food at the restaurant was great. We would love to stay here again in the future

Maybe this was due to some renovation work around. The breakfast was nice, with enough options, but the espresso from the coffee machine happened to be an instant coffee. You can order real coffee from the staff though

There was a specialist from the Bulgarian Carlsberg manufacturing facilities and he explained to us everything about there product lineup and the manufacturing, also he showed us hops and different tips of grain

The hotel is really nice! It offers superb spa services. Large enough rooms, nice service, and free breakfast for all guests. The location is perfect, at a walking distance from most city sights and landmarks

As a beer lover I have to say that they have the best draft beer in the town. In the menu they have draft Carlsberg and now they have draft Erdinger. We went to the restaurant for the degustation of Erdinger

It was a great experience! We ordered many different dishes and all of them were made perfectly and served in time. The restaurant have a digital menu and you can place an order for your phone

The spa part was on a level, I am extremely satisfied - a clean pool with enough warm and pleasant water, enough options for a steam bath and sauna, quiet and pleasant

Great Spa Center! The price is fantastic for the quality you get. We visited Mountain Lake after the working day ended and the pool was empty which for us is a huge plus. The saunas are just amazing!

Great place, nice view, clean and new rooms. Receptionist really helpful and speaks English as well. Restaurant has a good variety of options. Within 10 minutes of car from multiple attractions.

A lovely hotel situated in the picturesque Rodope Mountains, in proximity to the serene lakes of Smolyan. The accommodations are characterized by their spaciousness and cleanliness

This is an oasis in the Forrest! The rooms are huge, so comfortable and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and speak English well, and the surroundings are just stunning.

Chalet is outstanding! İn the middle of the Woods. Spa belongs to hotel, small but teriffic mineral water! Chalet has fireplace, you become a bag of wood free of charge every day

The electrical heating is truly functioning excellent! We could stay inside the chalet with t-shirt and shorts while there was 50 centimeters snow outside

Great rooms, big and nice. Bad food tho, not much choice for breakfast. Spa lacked towels most of the time and the music was too loud and inappropriate for spa... staff was nice tho and massage was great

The place is great and the location is fantastic. I am just disappointed by the restaurant inside the hotel as the wine was not in the menu and there were no prices so 2/3 of the bill were only the bottle of wine

The hotel is situated a bit far from the lift but there is bus every hour from hotel to the lift. Food was good and the apartment we stayed was very nice. The pool wasn't that clear but the sauna was OK

The rooms are comfortable to stay in and have the basic things you need for your vacation. The biggest problem is that the hotel is difficult to navigate, but other than that it is a good place to stay

It has a pool with not so warm water, a gym and sauna and Turkish bath. Furniture is ok and most staff are friendly. Was hard to find a parking place sometimes. Location is a bit remote for me

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing

Another way that leads up to most annoying part of green slope with no lift, so you need to go down between tens of novice skiers. The room desperately needs renovation

Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience.

No chance to leave through balconies as its 8 stories. In the room all walls are plasterboard. Outside building covered with wood. Only electric portable heaters in rooms and eventually very high risk of fire

Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this

Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively

Also for 200 BGN/ night I think that the jam and honey on breakfast could be better quality than what is shown on the photo. What I find really disappointing is the staff and the level of service which is close to 0

From morning till afternoon the bar shelves are full with dirty glasses and cups, even though there are no customers. Honestly speaking I can’t recall more lazy and unmotivated staff

There is a whirlpool too but the water inside it seems a bit cold. We are here for a full week and so far we are very positive about this hotel

The only minus (maybe because it was last weeks of the season) was the breakfast - cleanliness and overall service. Everything else was great as previously. We will come back again next winter for sure 😍

The rooms are really clean and warm. What I find peculiar is that there are no bathrobes for the SPA available in the rooms. If you want to use such you have to pay extra 8 BGN 🥴

I would give 5 stars but there were things that did not work. Phone in the room 811 did not work. WiFi on the 8th floor did not work 3

We are a family of 5 and we booked 2 bedroom apt and it was the perfect choice for us. Definitely will come back! One of the best places for family vacation with little kids so far!

Perfect place for families with toddlers. We were impressed from the checked-in moment. The rooms are large and clean. The maids are extremely tactful. My daughter's birthday cake was great, made exactly to our taste

We spent four days at the hotel. + good breakfast (eggs, bread, muffins, cereal, etc

) + the receptionist was very kind and helpful, simply awesome + the apartment was clean and warm + 3 min away from the lift with a shuttle which which picks you up from the hotel; we left our ski equipment at Kamelia ski wardrobe for 5 lv per day

It pretends to be more than it is. Let's start with the good things: It's very clean. It's close to the ski slope and the lift station. Then there's the not so good stuff: the interior is on the spartan side

The heating (centralized, with no option to set temperature per room) is only barely enough. The parking space is quite insufficient (about 15 lots, while the hotel is an 8-story with 6-7 rooms on a floor

If you are a family with children you will like it because the apartments are spacious, but if you are only two (or solo), it is better to head to a hotel

The personnel tries to be helpful, but falls short of it. All in all I will avoid it in the future, especially at this price

The spa center and pool are nice, but what really impressed us was the food. Everything was cooked very professionally and was delicious. I have rarely found such a tasty buffet, even in 5-star hotels

The road towards it is good but a little steep. There is also a nice gym with everything necessary in it and a medium swimming pool. There is food shop near it(1km)

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The location is perfect for relaxation and forest walks, enough far away from the bustle of the densely built-up centre of Pamporovo

Several people in our group have sensitive stomachs, but they never had any issues during our stay. There are also good options for vegetarians and vegans

The best family hotel in this resort. Definitely I like refurbished lounge area. Great food choice, a lot of animation for all children. Only bad side this time was the very cold swimming pool

We had booked 4 nights in hotel with breakfast and dinner. Overall the apartment was clean and big enough to accommodate two adults and two children. One of the kids was on normal bed and the other on the couch

Last summer we spent a wonderful week in this hotel. It is perfect for a family holiday. My daughter, then 3, joined the activities for children while I enjoyed the outdoor excercise sessions every morning

Our second time in a winter wonderland! An excellent option for those who love active vacation, skis and will be given to you at the hotel, and a transfer will take you to the Malina ski centre

Its not really that expensive, but I don't recommend to pay with card, because they charged me more for my room then they should

We went there off season (in September) and the hotel was full because of the national holidays. There are not enough parking spaces and you have to park across the street. Restaurant and pool didn't work

Pillows were very uncomfortable (practically empty) and there weren't additional ones in the room. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and warm blankets

Room was very cold, not sure if the heat was working, we didn't try turning it on because we guessed it still wasn't activated

Great rooms for families - clean and lots of space. Breakfast and dinner buffets were really good with child friendly options

A older looking hotel possible in the 80s but still fabulous as we discovered a lot of hitels and bars were of the same. Staff were polite and accommodating. Meals weren’t the best so we ate at bars outside of the hotel
