Place is clean and comfortable. I'd have to advise against ordering the breakfast, as it's available in a nearby place anyway. This way you can diverse the breakfast.

The yard is unique, there are two large trampolines, hammocks, lounge chairs, swings, a slide, many different children's toys, etc. The staff is very good and responsive. Rooms are tidy, clean and smell amazing. There is a place to park a car. Great location, close to the center and to the garlic tower.

Great place in town Tryavna. Its right in the center so you can walk across the old town. Very clean rooms and great hospitality. Kids friendy , with garden and a private parking area.

Not a bad hotel with helpful staff, the surprise was in the morning set menu the sandwiches with yellow cheese and ham were lightly baked only on top without adding butter or margarine and the slices were raw. A very calm place for relaxation and a weekend family holiday. No air conditioning though, hence the missing star. By European standards it is very cheap.

I had an amazing stay at Art - M Gallery and felt right at home. Dobrinka is the most wonderful host, who is very generous and helpful and helped with all my questions. One of the nicest hotels i've stayed at. The owner is very polite and helpful. She also handles the impressive art gallery at the basement and first floor and she is doing an incredible job. This was my third visit there. Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at "Art-M" Galery. Rooms are clean and nice. Strongly recommend this place.

We have been returning to Dobrinka's beautiful gallery for 8 years and it has always been wonderful. Great service, very clean, quiet and welcoming. You get to choose your breakfast for every morning. We Will probably be returning for many years to come.

Very cozy studios just a few steps away from the Clock tower. Clean and newly furnished. Calm and quiet for a perfect relax.

The owner of the hotel was quite nice, helped us with all the information we needed about our stay. The easy parking (private parking) is a plus, the proximity to the city center and all the restaurants is surely a plus (max 1-2 min to center by foot). The room and the bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. There is parking for hotel guests. As the only drawback I can point out that the bathroom was very hot and stuffy.

I have no opinion in the hotel part as we only used the restaurant of the hotel because we couldn't find any other places with free table to have dinner. The food and prices are OK, don't expect something more than that. The service was OK as we were served quite quickly but then we had to wait and ask the waitress twice for a dessert and the check as we had to go.

The Hotel has great placement right in the middle of the town centre. There are tables outside which are perfect when the weather is warm. The prices are more than reasonable and the food is good (the lunch menu has nice choices often with some more traditional Bulgarian dishes). Overall, it's one of the best choices in the city if you want to go for a meal or afternoon drinks with your friends

The hotel is very nice, our room was spacious and clean! It is great for a family with a small child, there is a playground with toys and a trampoline. It is located in the center, in a very convenient place. Our breakfast was amazing, different every day. The service was on a level, as well as the good attitude. We will be back again! The hotel is great. The room was spacious and nice, the service was perfect and definitely worth the money.

All in all a fairly ok place, but I was expecting more when I booked it. The woman that greeted us was very rude, when we got in our room in the evening it turned out we are the only guests in the hotel so we were left completely alone in the whole building (no reception whatsoever), strange noices coming from the heating, the bathroom was a bit dirty and there was mould inside

A wonderful guesthouse. The included breakfast was very good and dinner was also very delicious, sitting by the fire. Table sevice was very informative and polite. The room was warm and clean. Also in a great and quiet location. Highly recommend!

Magnificent place. Tranquility and peace dominate this extraordinary location in the mountains. Excellent for detox of one's mind, meditation, self-realization. I had to discontinue my antihypertensive pills shortly after staying there :-)

We were here in springtime, everything around was green and full of singing birds which lull you into sleep. The restaurant is very popular and crowded at lunch hours. All the smell from the kitchen goes at the upper floor because of lack of fresh air. Serving is OK, some waiters know English. The food is regular, as a the prices. I only tried the restaurant, but they also have a hotel.

Definitely doesn't deserve the 4 stars which stand under the sign. Even after the pandemic and being closed for several months, the place was poorly maintained. The staff were doing their best to be polite and professional but for some of them it was obvious that they were poorly trained at their job. The hotel is at the top of the hill and has amazing views of the mountain around and valley below. There are trails right nearby and the Town center is within walking distance! Everything was excellent. We had a problem with the card and the door, but the staff fixed it very fast and everything was ok after that. The place is very good, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended
