The yard is unique, there are two large trampolines, hammocks, lounge chairs, swings, a slide, many different children's toys, etc. The staff is very good and responsive. This is honestly the best spa hotel we've been to in Bulgaria. The pool, the saunas and steam room, the delicious food in the restaurants, the garden, the view, the impeccably designed rooms, the excellent service.. Spacious rooms with a great location, but the air in the rooms is very damp. Combined with the fact that the air conditioning typically doesn't work, and it can be very hard to sleep at night.

Decent, but how other people pointed out, this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Kind a communist decorated. The breakfast was decent. Amazing! Nice hotel, cozy and has a private jacuzzi and sauna. The jacuzzi is initially set at 38-39 degrees, you can adjust it. I recommend this room. The location is very good.

This is a nice hotel in a good location close both to the center and to the fortress. The upper rooms have a good view. In november it was a bit cold in the room.
