Very nice scenery towards Tryavna. The hotel has everything. The rooms are very spacious.

The hotel is nice with great view, the kitchen is ok and the cleanliness is kind of ok.

Definitely doesn't deserve the 4 stars which stand under the sign. Even after the pandemic and being closed for several months, the place was poorly maintained. The staff were doing their best to be polite and professional but for some of them it was obvious that they were poorly trained at their job. The hotel is at the top of the hill and has amazing views of the mountain around and valley below. There are trails right nearby and the Town center is within walking distance! Quiet, calm and comfortable !!!

Everything was excellent. We had a problem with the card and the door, but the staff fixed it very fast and everything was ok after that. The place is very good, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

Rooms and service - all good. Housekeeping ladies were super nice :) I just need a better pillow, but that might be just me. Restaurant not as good, tho.

Top location, walking distance to all attractions. Our group visited during the very busy period when the Marathon was on and still managed to find parking, although it is on-street parking. The staff in the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. Clean rooms with working built-in air conditioning. Beautiful view. We would be visiting again.

First off Tryavna is a beautiful, real town well worth worth visiting and worthy of 2-3 days with lovely bars n restaurants to hang out in between wanders in the surrounding countryside - for somewhere to stay you couldn’t do better that Hotel Compliment. I loved this place. Very affordable and well-located. The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff was really helpful when needed. The beds were comfortable, and there was an amazing view of the town greeting you every morning. Definitely would stay there again when visiting Tryavna. ⛰️

Love this place. Very well located in the heart of the old town. The place is spotless and well decorated. Mattresses are very comfy. Extremely helpful stuff. There is no restaurant on premises but few, serving delicious food, are right around the corner.

The yard is unique, there are two large trampolines, hammocks, lounge chairs, swings, a slide, many different children's toys, etc. The staff is very good and responsive. Rooms are tidy, clean and smell amazing. There is a place to park a car. Great location, close to the center and to the garlic tower.

One of the nicest hotels i've stayed at. The owner is very polite and helpful. She also handles the impressive art gallery at the basement and first floor and she is doing an incredible job. I’d really recommend this little hotel. It is about 5 km from the town of Tryavna and has lovely views. It is set in countryside and very peaceful. This is honestly the best spa hotel we've been to in Bulgaria. The pool, the saunas and steam room, the delicious food in the restaurants, the garden, the view, the impeccably designed rooms, the excellent service.. I could go on and on but one must really visit the place to soak it in and see what I'm talking about. It was worth every penny. Can't wait to visit it again with the wife and son.

Quiet, cozy, peaceful, you can see roofs, small gardens, forest, the old part of the city - where is it, 3 minutes' walk away. Rest. Silence. Flowers on the terrace. Offers massages, fitness.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet location. There are parking spaces. It is close to the center. We did 6 nights with our two children and we are satisfied. Thanks to the hotel host for helping me when I had serious car problems. I recommend.
