It's a nice hotel. The territory and room is very clean. The staff is friendly and atrentive. I would recomend it for thectourist who appreciate sea and Bulgarian cosy picteresque nice towns as Kiten is.

Old, but renovated hotel. Some rooms have air conditioners. It is OK. But we were lucky to be in a renovated room with air conditioner. They have a restaurant and if you pay you can get all inclusive service. They have a big parking. This is an advantage in the crouded village of Kiten. The parking will cost you 2 BGN per day extra. The price is about 97 BGN per night. We have payed 496 BGN for 5 nights...

The hotel staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a delightful back garden for an evening stay out, The music from the surrounding pubs can be a bit loud at night, but not past midnight. Old soviet hotel, but with big garden/yared and trees. Large playgrounds and places in it for a night chill out. Has a parking. Prices are cheap if you come with a group of people. Overall Kitten is a small Village on the coast of the Black Sea. There are some discos and bars but overall calm place to spend a vacation on the seaside. Delicious food,clean ,close to the beach...and good things come to an end-the old base(the renovation includes painted walls and ceilings and in some rooms the Wallpaper),very old furniture and bathroom....,but the hotel still 2 stars...!

I had a fantastic stay with an excellent value for money. The all-inclusive package was great, offering delicious food options. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Hotel for families with small children On the plus side, the rooms and the hotel looked exactly like the photos, so there were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants and a local train stop nearby. Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily towel changes, weekly sheet changes, and well-maintained hotel grounds. It was a wonderful time spend there. The rooms are big with big nice beds. They clean and change the sheets every day. The food was plenty and delicious as well. Only two notes. The children's pool was cold (it was build under the shadow of trees), and I didn't saw life guard nier the pool. In general I would come back again there.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and air conditioned, the staff is polite, the towels are changed daily during the room cleaning, bed sheets are also changed regularly. The food is delicious and there's a variety of dishes for every taste. Special thanks to the animation team. There are few things I can point out, but not as negatives, more like an improvements: there are no safe boxes...

Nice hotel right by the beach. Most of all we appreciated the delicious food, the friendly and professional restaurant staff and the perfect cleanliness everywhere. The ladies at the reception could be more pleasant. But overall the hotel is great!

First, the hotel is 2 stars - not 3, so this needs to be properly reflected in Google Maps. We had booked 2 rooms for the same money and one of them was way bigger than the other. The food in restorant is delicious, homemade from the chef. The rooms are decent and clean. For the this price Hotel Eos is highly recommended from us.

We did not stay in the hotel however we visited the restaurant several times during our stay. Food is high quality, tasty an fresh. Not the typical balkantourist kitchen. Prices are relatively low. Staff is calm and friendly.

It is a small hotel with kind and helpful staff. Cleaning every day, food corresponds to full board, Bulgarian food, drinks are from approx. 7:00-22:00. Non-alcoholic orange, apple, cherry, water. Alcohol about 7 types of hard, white wine, red. North and South beach approx. 10 minutes slow walk. 90% Bulgarians, the rest Czechs. The southern one seemed better to us, you could even swim, clear water...

First night in a moldy (literally) suite. Delegate Ančo was in hiding for the whole week, we had to arrange the exchange ourselves. Although the new accommodation was free of mold (it is said to be everywhere on the ground floor - they immediately accommodated someone else there), but the drain in the bathroom did not work in the new suite. We didn't have the nerve or courage for another exchange....

Depends on your expectations, but the hotel is nothing special - the rooms outside of the ones for 6 are just beds and bathroom (with a TV, AC and fridge). The food was standard quality - nothing special except the BBQ section - there you could find some quite nice things outside the normal dishes. there are a thousand options in this area but this is the best they even let you bring in the underage ;) beds are great you can handcuff... yourself to the bed so you can sleep without hitting yourself the location is not too good though medium noise if its loud nobody can hear you (good just watch out for cops) and if its quite nobody will notice but here there are lookie loos and people can hear...

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Lecker! Die Bettwäsche und die Tücher wurden regelmässig gewechselt und es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall das Hotel weiterempfehlen und es nächstes Jahr wieder besuchen.

Excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are modest but okay, although the sofa we were sleeping on was extremly uncomfortable. Cleaning service is available daily. My only remark is breakfast and dinner - not various choice, many times the Milk was gone and it took time to be replaced with a new dose. Beach is very near, and we had a nice view. All in all, good experience for the price.

The Hotel Lotos is on the beach. It’s friendly owner, Mina, collected us from Burgas airport and made us very welcome. Our room has a balcony overlooking the sea and has very effective air conditioning.

We stayed here for 4 nights while we completed a SCUBA diving course at the very nearby Marina Diving Center. The hotel is dated: the bathrooms and the facilities are in a little worn-down shape, but the price is right for 3 of us. The breakfast was very good: it was buffet style and the dining outside by the bay was very enjoyable. They also have their own private beach with chairs and umbrellas...

Good rooms with very nice see views. The beds are also very comfortable but if you join them both they get separated and one can fell in between haha, buy some food-holders. The food (we tried only breakfast) was ok, not very good choise of healty meals although.

Nice small hotel - the rooms are not very big, but they are quite cosy, well maintained and clean. There are a few parking lots on the street that you can use and a few in the back. We were with included breakfast and it was generic block table stuff, so nothing too special, but by any means not bad. There is an option for diner but we didn’t use it. A nice hotel with friendly staff and pleasant family atmosphere. Food was always delicious and we did not have to wait for it to be delivered even though the staff was busy. Good price-quality ratio. The rooms are kind of small but enough for a couple without children. Lots of restaurant and shops near by. 10 to 15 minutes from the two main beaches. Parking in Kiten can be very difficult so the owner can arrange a paid parking spot near by. The breakfast is good with some homemade things every morning.
