Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Brampton

This is a very well maintained hotel. The staff were extremely nice and our room was clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the view that we had as the convenience of having the highway and airport nearby. There are people that say there are a lack of restaurants nearby, which I get, but if you have a car or Uber, there are AMAZING restaurants nearby; like King Tandoori, which has very delicious Indian food. We’ll definitely be coming back, thanks for making our stay great.

Our room was facing the highway but there was minimal noise.

The only issue we had was the atrociously loud air conditioning unit. Seems to be a problem in all the Canadian hotels we’ve stayed in. Need some good earplugs for our next trip!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! They were doing renos in our apartment and we needed to find pet friendly accommodations for 2 elderly cats who have never left the house for more than an hour or two. Naturally, this was stressful. The hotel made this trip so easy. The room was perfect for our needs, clean and quiet. We picked a king deluxe room so we'd both have a work space, and it was worth it. I travel a lot of work and the shower here is the best hotel shower I've used to date. The staff are SO lovely. Every single person I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. I wish I had thought to get the name of the guy who checked me in, he was 10 out of 10.

Honestly, this hotel turned a very stressful situation into as close to a vacation as it could have been. Highly recommend.

We had a spotlessly clean, newly renovated room, and excellent friendly customer service from all of the staff. Our dinner and breakfast at the Garden Grille were delicious, and beautifully presented. The hotel is located in a very industrial area north of the airport, but the price was great, and it had everything we needed for our one night stay!

I went here and now that it's been renovated it has many updates and a clean fresh overall feel. I had assistance from a gentleman by the name of Sam and he went over and above to make my stay one of the most enjoyable times I've ever had in a hotel. I know that your experience may not require the same assistance that I needed but I am fortunate enough to have had an employee like Sam that makes sure his guests are made to feel like they're a five star client. Thanks again for your understanding and assistance Sam as you deserve praise from your employer for being an outstanding employee.

Undergoing renovations so I'm sure it will be better in the future. Called for extra pillows at 9pm was told we couldn't get any until housekeeping was back the next day. Front desk called us 10 minutes later and said we could get some but had to go the front desk to get them. Didn't book a jacuzzi room but was given one with an out of order tub which seemed odd. Otherwise breakfast was good and pretty affordable at $9-12. Rooms are clean but beds aren't very comfortable. Doubt we will return.
