The shuttle bus run only every 40 minutes which is a little to long to wait if missing the shuttle.
The breakfast was very good and the price is reasonable.

He was consistently attentive, organized, and maintained a high level of care in everything he did — from setup to cleanup. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out.
While Zahid modestly mentioned that he’s not very tech-savvy, his strengths lie in areas that make the biggest difference: people skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to service. In my opinion, it’s individuals like Zahid who transform a 3-star hotel experience into one that feels 5-star.

While the beds were surprisingly comfortable, the overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the sheets had a strong smell of sweat, which made me question whether they had been changed or washed properly. It was quite unpleasant and concerning. The hallways were also extremely dirty, adding to the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here. This really housekeeping really needs improvement
Because the guest service was so extraordinary with Danielle and the hotel manager accommodating my reservation due to my late flight arrival as well as the extraordinary service and food I. The restaurant, it's really unfortunate the cleanliness of hallways at 7pm with sheets and garbage and bad odor of the sheets

My stay was extended by 2 days after this post, unfortunately really poor check out but Saadal, never ask how my stay was just pointed to the key box, when I asked for a copy of my receipt she said I need to contact booking.com and I asked for receipt for parking, she responded very inconvenienced.
Hotel was a real disappointment, other than the few team members that apply exceptional customer service, Danielle, the cleaning lady and the waiter in the evenings.
