Stayed here 14th July, and it is a great place to stay. Had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The water pressure in the shower was good and strong. I highly recommend this place. Going for Breakfast now. Breakfast was good, no eggs.

I've stayed here every time I visit Brampton. Inexpensive, convenient location, decent rooms and service. They've upgraded a bit since they switched from being Best Western to being Quality Inn & Suites...elevator now in place to get to 2nd floor, Wi-Fi signal stronger....breakfast buffet still good, though crowded at times when everyone wakes up. Still a great value for money

This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. A hot breakfast is included but there is no other restaurant facility here. There are several fast food and more upscale restaurants close by. Parking is generous and free.

Room was clean. Considerate staff allowed us to check in a bit early since the room was ready ahead of check-in time. Ground floor rooms have a door to the outside in addition to the door into the hotel which is convenient, probably even more convenient if one is a smoker. 5 stars no complaints

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and contemporary. The location was very convenient to various stores, restaurants, and the highway. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. I arrived late and stayed only one night while passing through the area, so I cannot comment much on the amenities, but I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Fantastic place. Room is huge! Tastefully decorated and immaculate. Our room was facing the highway but there was minimal noise. The only issue we had was the atrociously loud air conditioning unit. We had a spotlessly clean, newly renovated room, and excellent friendly customer service from all of the staff. Needs a bit of an update. Air conditioning doesn't work the best and is very loud, hard to get to sleep with it on. Had problems with the mini fridge not completely closing even with nothing in it. Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. The pool is outside and filled with leaves. Again if you want just a great room and are not too fussy about the rest then it's a great place.

Paper thin walls, we stayed for 3 nights, while the parking lots were almost empty it seemed like there was always a party going on the the rooms beside us. Not to the faults of the other guest but the sound proofing was terrible in these rooms. pool and gym are also under construction at the moment and don't look like they are going to be open any time soon.

The staff are friendly enough, that quality is what you get for HIE, but Oh My God the aircraft noise. It is 0015 in the morning and I cannot sleep because a jumbo jet goes RIGHT OVER HEAD every 1 minute and 15 seconds. I booked on short notice as my flight was cancelled. When I arrived, the man demanded I pay and extra $250 dollar deposit and that it would be refunded immediately. If it was possible, I would give Cambridge Suites 10 stars out of 5! The hotel is not only affordable but has the cleanest rooms I've been to. Amazing service, cleaning and breakfast. The staff are not only helpful and friendly but always smiling. I highly recommend!

Excellent rooms, spacious clean and in good shape. Breakfast was hot and had a few options, nothing to rave about but middle of the road. Having the suite is underated, especially if you are staying a few nights and need some space.

Beautiful hotel with large lobby and friendly front desk staff. The rooms were big and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The only downside was parking. Parking is not free . The hotel owns the parking lot and charges 18 - 20 dollars a day for parking.

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

We’ve stayed at this hotel for 9 days. The room was clean and service provided every day to keep it clean. Lobby, room itself and restaurant is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Very close to airport but not with public transportation. Toronto takes about an hour at rush hour and 30 min in regular hours. Staff was really friendly.

Stayed one night and parked for one week, before a trip. Used shuttle service to get to the airport and it was all very smooth. Check in was quite busy and only had one person working though. The woman working at the desk was lovely and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we have an early flight.

Great place! When I booked it I didn’t expect much because it was the cheapest rate I could find. But the room was up to date and clean, the bathroom was newly renovated- great shower! Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and well appointed with mini fridge and microwave. Shower was good and hot. Room was nice and clean 😀. But the thermostat was set at exact temperature and couldn’t control it when room got little warm at night and AC was turning on like every 20 minutes and made a noise every time which made it hard to sleep well.

The hotel is 10 mins away from Toronto Airport, diatance is excellent for unplanned stays due to flights cancellation etc. The bed and pillows are "perfectly comfortable" Vishal did quick check-in procedure. Breakfast are homey, was way good, and the Filipina lady was accommodating. Plus the pancake was yummy! ;)

Me and my husband stayed in the hotel for one week. The location of hotel is very convenient. Even the airport is close by .The bus stops are nearby. There are many restaurants around the hotel. We were very pleased by the staff especially Vishal at the front desk who helped us to book a local taxi. Overall it was a good experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The price/performance ratio of the hotel is average, and there are no services, but the room is clean and tidy, and the basic configuration is still there. The main location is superior. We chose this place for its proximity to clear point surgical. They cater to the folks going for hip surgery there. It’s close to some restaurants because they don’t have one. Rooms are ok. The hotel and staff are nice. This place looks like it may have been a Hampton inn in the past. The bed is soft and comfy but the pillows are the hardest thing I've ever laid my head on. I followed all check-out procedures, but the deposit was never refunded, despite multiple follow-ups. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, and it’s affected my overall experience. Was only in late at night and left by nine in the morning. I thought parking was an extreme price for only 12 hours. I could not find a spot and it was full of snow. Perhaps keys could be left when people park there for aipork so they could clear it out. Not bad, but the breakfast is simple

It takes about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The sanitation and environment are good, comparable to domestic three- and four-star hotels, and the facilities are comparable to three-star hotels. The heater is too loud, and you need to wear earplugs to fall asleep. The door is not soundproof, and the voices of people passing by are very obvious.

I don't get why they are raising the prices so high for.. when There's nothing new in the room where it not relevated to be so expensive.. that's what I don't get. Why are they trying to compare their place to these high ends hotel when super 5 not a high ends hotel!!.. it a motel not a hotel. Big differences.

Great price and the Staff are friendly accommodating. The rooms furnishings are like new and the room itself was well isolated from the cold -20°C nights. Thank-you Super 5 Inn, you deserve a 5 star!

Very friendly manager always welcoming ...Just make sure to ask for non-smoking if needed it seems rooms of non-smoking and smoking are mixed within the same floor some right next to each other. Other then this a great location rooms are clean and tidy. Good to where I need to go to and from work so convenient.

Hotel staff friendly - they were able to take cash deposit for a last minute stay as I didnt have a credit card. The room was clean and smelled fresh. There were holes on the bed covers which looked like cigarette burns - not sure why these wouldnt be replaced it looked unprofessional. But linens were clean and so were towels. Clean room, nice and quiet, comfortable bed. Close to places to grab a bite to eat, we didn't have access to a vehicle and had no trouble.

Never had a problem the 2 times I stayed there the first time I some how dropped my wallet but luckily someone picked it up and brought it to front desk and everything was still in there... second time no problems staff is always nice when me and my husband go for the night.. Excellent staff and clean rooms. The surrounding area isn't great, however I felt safe at the hotel. Close to the highway and York University. Would recommend and stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, beautiful pool with long hours being open, convenient restaurant with good menu and affordable, plus a discount for being a hotel guest. Well equipped workout room too, and both cold water and good coffee free 24/7 in the lobby. Close to highway and lots of parking.

The service was excellent and when the man at the desk found out I was there for medical appointments across town he tried to arrange for us to stay at a place more convenient even if it meant they lost business. We decided that the hotel was so nice and people were so friendly it was worth the drive. The pool was nice and warm where I could do my exercises and my husband enjoyed the the hot tub.

Great hotel for a hockey team. Proximity to some of the rinks that are commonly used for tournaments is great. Lots of shopping 10 mins away just in case you need to kill time. Staff is tolerant. Manager is very friendly and approachable and not afraid to get his hands dirty! Checked out most of our team. Well done BW!

The front desk staff was awesome - super helpful whenever I needed anything. I was also really happy with the housekeeping - no waiting around for rooms to be serviced, it was done every day nice and early. This hotel has everything you might need: bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, hot tub, gym, convenience store, small spa. Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street

Excellent customer service! The pool is lovely and has a whirlpool and sauna. There are table tennis, tennis and other activities for fun. There's a small gym. The restaurant inside is good. The room was nice, but the curtains don't close all the way, so it was bright at night and in the morning. The location is great. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street. Access to the subway is at the mall as well, very convenient. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but very very good. If we had started more than one night we would probably return. Many many options, even for Celiac people! We were stuffed by the time we left.

I loved the amenities like the pool and common areas. My only concern was that some rooms overlook the common areas and it can be very noisy which is to expected. The common areas do close at ten PM so the hotel does enforce quiet hours. The beds in the room were comfortable and staff was pleasant.

This was the nicest Holiday Inn I've been inside of. Right across Yorkdale mall, it's a great spot, indoor salt water pool adjacent to the dining area; very reminiscent to a hotel resort set-up). Would highly recommend if it fits the budget.

The staff stayed an hour after closing to accommodate my delayed travel itinerary. I can't thank the. Enough for their flexiblilty. The room itself is comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere.

My original hotel booking got messed up and I needed a quick room and fast. They were able to give me accommodations the day of for a good price for Toronto. Now they aren't the fanciest hotel, you are paying for what you get. The bed was broken but still comfy to sleep in and the room was very clean, white sheets and all. I'm not sure what has happened with the other travellers but my room and breakfast were more than right for the price. People don't realize that prices are astronomical in Toronto and come with high expectations. It was clean cute and the staff was friendly. Excellent location!

Ok for backpackers looking for a cheap hotel in Toronto relatively close to the downtown. Be aware that hygiene is not good and reception is not 24h. In our case reception closed at 11pm at night. At 8am it was still not open so we had to drop the key in the mailbox for checking out. If you are short on money better try an airbnb, if you can spend more go for a better rate hotel.

Great B&B! So friemdly owner and best breakfast we had on our trip. Lovely house, not new but charming, quite and clean.

Great B&B. I find the rickety stairs and Victorian character, front and back porches make this an adventure to visit. The house manager is charming and detail protected.

This small bed and breakfast /guest house is great. It is fairly close to downtown Toronto and it costs a lot less than the downtown hotels in Toronto. The breakfast is fantastic and the guesthouse has a nice courtyard outback that is great to sit on when the weather is good.

Don't judge a book by its cover, it looks a bit crappie on the outside but it was oké on the inside. Clean room good beds ( a bit short ) and clean bathroom. Also the use of the kitchen was very convenient. Good value for money.
