I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and contemporary. The location was very convenient to various stores, restaurants, and the highway. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. I arrived late and stayed only one night while passing through the area, so I cannot comment much on the amenities, but I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Hotel didn't meet the expectations of the Hilton name I've learned to expect. All was very good until shower time. I really enjoyed my stay here, staff were friendly and it is conveniently located. This place also had the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. It had eggs, sausages and waffles in addition to the usual cold breakfast. That was a pleasant surprise and something that would make me recommend this place highly.

I've stayed here every time I visit Brampton. Inexpensive, convenient location, decent rooms and service. They've upgraded a bit since they switched from being Best Western to being Quality Inn & Suites...elevator now in place to get to 2nd floor, Wi-Fi signal stronger....breakfast buffet still good, though crowded at times when everyone wakes up. This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, clean and quiet. We enjoyed using the pool with our son. Also there was a pretty good ( and complimentary) breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling with your family. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast is served on styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery. It creates a lot of unnecessary waste.

The place is good with all the amenities but it's not a upscale place. It works perfectly as the name suggests "Stay" "bridge" while you look out for a permanent residence. The staff is courteous and goes the extra mile in making sure your stay is comfortable. Overall a good experience, however, I would have preferred something upscale for the price.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time was 7 mths ago, and oddly enough the pool was "closed" then also. Parking is good. You can find an early type of breakfast in the hotel for free. We also found a buffet in the attached Huskey station for supper, which was reasonably priced. It is a dated building, but clean. Lovely stay. Toilet wasn't working when I arrived in the room but they came and fixed it immediately and also offered me the opportunity to switch rooms if I preferred. Room is elegant, there's a fridge and microwave hidden away in a nice cabinet and the beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. No complaints!

Beautiful hotel with large lobby and friendly front desk staff. The rooms were big and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The only downside was parking. Parking is not free . The hotel owns the parking lot and charges 18 - 20 dollars a day for parking.

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

wifi is not free and hard to get access. also, somebody opened the door without knocking at around 10:30-11 while we are still resting. at first there was a lady knocked on the door and when I opened it she said she’ll comeback. it was clearly indicated that checkout before 12.

Staying here for vacation, and all was wonderful. The room was very clean, comfy bed, everything I could’ve asked for. However, the walls are super thin and I could hear people screaming often in the early mornings which woke me up. I think the people next door were smoking too because it started smelling awful in the room.

This hotel was quiet and the staff was extremely friendly. The toilets were rocket powered (LOL) and the rooms were clean. I've stayed at multiple motel 6's and I just wish they would update the rooms and make them more modern(especially the bedding), but I guess that's why they're a budget friendly place to stay.

Friendly clean and reasonable rates! House cleaning is amazing . Lachmei and the staff were 100% wonderful. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Good place to stay if you are on a budget they take debit/cash upon check in you do not need a MasterCard but to book a room you will need a debit card. They also have smoking and non smoking room. No pool but they have laundry on site and ice Makers on every floor.

The room we had was new and clean. Beds, pillows, linens were fresh clean and comfortable. I loved the laminate flooring, made the entire place seem modern and allergen-free. Nakul, was great at the front desk. Amazing service I appreciate what he was able to get done for my stay. Highly will be coming back. The lady at the breakfast area was not willing to work with us at all, gave my fiancé & I are very hard time, they wouldn’t let us take our food to our rooms, COMPLETELY UNBELIEVABLE! Proceeded to watch me as I ate & was making it a very uncomfortable stay.

Stayed one night here its a nice clean quiet hotel. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Hotel also has some good perks such as free parking, free continental breakfast, same day dry cleaning etc. Overall my experience was good and didn’t have any complaints with this hotel.

The room was clean and neat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got there early and the girl at front desk checked me in quickly. Breakfast was good. The location is close to the airport, about 15 minutes drive. There is a Wendy's and Tim Hortons next door so it's convenient to walk over and get some food.

Good for a quick night's sleep on a stop over. The rooms are dated and need some updating, however the bed we had was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and the shuttle made our journey to and from the hotel easy. A shout out to the restaurant manager who recommended the Korean wings and made dinner enjoyable.

This hotel is roughly at 15-20min from the airport. They do have complimentary parking. The hotel and rooms might benefit from some retouch but our room was clean, the hotel appears clean. Our room was big and had a mini sectional sofa. They have a hot breakfast buffet but you need to pay for it. There is lounge at the hotel with really basic pub food. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Location is fair being Airport West, unfortunately not within walking distance of restaurants like some of the hotels closer to the highway. Free parking was a welcome bonus, as most near the airport do charge for it. They also have a free airport shuttle which I did not use, but I've heard it gets busy. All staff were excellent! Very friendly front desk staff...

Overall good stay. The staff were friendly. There was a odd smell of tobacco as you enter the building but the room was clean and tidy. Our room had a sink that needed attention but I've experienced that at other similar class hotels as well.

Great! As far as location, cleanliness, facilities this place is great! 2 stars lost for having to boom 3 reservations to stay in 1 room for 4 nights! To my benefit, the food is good and the coffee is hot. Star earned.

It was great for our meeting. The food was much better than expected so kudos, but many of us felt it was quite chilly. Other than that not bad. Concierge was friendly too.
