Stayed here 14th July, and it is a great place to stay. Had a king size bed and it was very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The water pressure in the shower was good and strong. I highly recommend this place. Going for Breakfast now. Breakfast was good, no eggs.

I've stayed here every time I visit Brampton. Inexpensive, convenient location, decent rooms and service. They've upgraded a bit since they switched from being Best Western to being Quality Inn & Suites...elevator now in place to get to 2nd floor, Wi-Fi signal stronger....breakfast buffet still good, though crowded at times when everyone wakes up. Still a great value for money

This hotel is conveniently located just off the freeway, close to downtown Brampton and the Toronto airport. Rooms are spacious and clean with free WiFi and cable. A hot breakfast is included but there is no other restaurant facility here. There are several fast food and more upscale restaurants close by. Parking is generous and free.

Room was clean. Considerate staff allowed us to check in a bit early since the room was ready ahead of check-in time. Ground floor rooms have a door to the outside in addition to the door into the hotel which is convenient, probably even more convenient if one is a smoker. 5 stars no complaints

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and contemporary. The location was very convenient to various stores, restaurants, and the highway. We had a spotlessly clean, newly renovated room, and excellent friendly customer service from all of the staff. Needs a bit of an update. Air conditioning doesn't work the best and is very loud, hard to get to sleep with it on. Had problems with the mini fridge not completely closing even with nothing in it. Room is great! Breakfast at 9:30, past prime time was poor! Omelettes were all gone and after waiting 5 minutes to get cool insides. Toaster is very slow and bacon is artificial. Paper thin walls, we stayed for 3 nights, while the parking lots were almost empty it seemed like there was always a party going on the the rooms beside us. Not to the faults of the other guest but the sound proofing was terrible in these rooms. pool and gym are also under construction at the moment and don't look like they are going to be open any time soon.

The staff are friendly enough, that quality is what you get for HIE, but Oh My God the aircraft noise. It is 0015 in the morning and I cannot sleep because a jumbo jet goes RIGHT OVER HEAD every 1 minute and 15 seconds. Beautiful hotel with large lobby and friendly front desk staff. The rooms were big and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. The only downside was parking. Parking is not free . The hotel owns the parking lot and charges 18 - 20 dollars a day for parking.

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

This is a modern Best Western with all of the comfort that you would expect from an American chain hotel. The first time I was there, everything was impeccable. The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful. The second time, a different person was on duty, and that person had an attitude. So, I guess your experience will vary depending on the staff you interact with.

It’s a safe area and there’s a lot of good food places around it but it’s very loud. The doors and walls are paper thin so if you’re a light sleeper don’t really recommend but the staff and cleanliness was really good

We chose this place for its proximity to clear point surgical. They cater to the folks going for hip surgery there. It’s close to some restaurants because they don’t have one. Rooms are ok. The hotel and staff are nice. This place looks like it may have been a Hampton inn in the past. The bed is soft and comfy but the pillows are the hardest thing I've ever laid my head on. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. The sanitation and environment are good, comparable to domestic three- and four-star hotels, and the facilities are comparable to three-star hotels. The heater is too loud, and you need to wear earplugs to fall asleep. The door is not soundproof, and the voices of people passing by are very obvious.

Very friendly manager always welcoming ...Just make sure to ask for non-smoking if needed it seems rooms of non-smoking and smoking are mixed within the same floor some right next to each other. Other then this a great location rooms are clean and tidy. Good to where I need to go to and from work so convenient.

Hotel staff friendly - they were able to take cash deposit for a last minute stay as I didnt have a credit card. The room was clean and smelled fresh. There were holes on the bed covers which looked like cigarette burns - not sure why these wouldnt be replaced it looked unprofessional. But linens were clean and so were towels. I wasnt able to connect to wifi at first but front desk reset the modem...

I mean, the room is exactly what you expect for 100 bucks a night. It's no romantic getaway, and definitely wouldn't recommend it for any stays longer than a few days...but it's an alright place to go to when you're on a budget and have no where else to go. Deluxe Inn is the best place to go to on a budget. I was skeptical at first looking a the reviews. But upon our arrival I was pleased. The rooms seemed clean enough to stay for a night or two. Clean room, nice and quiet, comfortable bed. Close to places to grab a bite to eat, we didn't have access to a vehicle and had no trouble.

Never had a problem the 2 times I stayed there the first time I some how dropped my wallet but luckily someone picked it up and brought it to front desk and everything was still in there... second time no problems staff is always nice when me and my husband go for the night.. I say this one is better than Mississauga gate inn

Excellent staff and clean rooms. The surrounding area isn't great, however I felt safe at the hotel. Close to the highway and York University. Would recommend and stay here again.

Restaurant in hotel was excellent. Prices were very good as well as the food and service. They had free coffee all day in the lobby. Good coffee! Very nice pool and hot tub. Room was good for price!

The front desk staff was awesome - super helpful whenever I needed anything. I was also really happy with the housekeeping - no waiting around for rooms to be serviced, it was done every day nice and early. This hotel has everything you might need: bar, restaurant, coffee, pool, hot tub, gym, convenience store, small spa. Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street

Excellent customer service! The pool is lovely and has a whirlpool and sauna. There are table tennis, tennis and other activities for fun. There's a small gym. The restaurant inside is good. The room was nice, but the curtains don't close all the way, so it was bright at night and in the morning. The location is great. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice, clean, comfortable and many amenities. Nice mall across the street. Access to the subway is at the mall as well, very convenient. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey but very very good. If we had started more than one night we would probably return. Many many options, even for Celiac people! We were stuffed by the time we left.

I loved the amenities like the pool and common areas. My only concern was that some rooms overlook the common areas and it can be very noisy which is to expected. The common areas do close at ten PM so the hotel does enforce quiet hours. The beds in the room were comfortable and staff was pleasant.

This was the nicest Holiday Inn I've been inside of. Right across Yorkdale mall, it's a great spot, indoor salt water pool adjacent to the dining area; very reminiscent to a hotel resort set-up). Would highly recommend if it fits the budget.

The staff stayed an hour after closing to accommodate my delayed travel itinerary. I can't thank the. Enough for their flexiblilty. The room itself is comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere.

My original hotel booking got messed up and I needed a quick room and fast. They were able to give me accommodations the day of for a good price for Toronto. Now they aren't the fanciest hotel, you are paying for what you get. The bed was broken but still comfy to sleep in and the room was very clean, white sheets and all. The shared bathroom was also clean, it did smell like marijuana but nothing...

I'm not sure what has happened with the other travellers but my room and breakfast were more than right for the price. People don't realize that prices are astronomical in Toronto and come with high expectations. It was clean cute and the staff was friendly. Excellent location!

Ok for backpackers looking for a cheap hotel in Toronto relatively close to the downtown. Be aware that hygiene is not good and reception is not 24h. In our case reception closed at 11pm at night. At 8am it was still not open so we had to drop the key in the mailbox for checking out. If you are short on money better try an airbnb, if you can spend more go for a better rate hotel.

Great B&B! So friemdly owner and best breakfast we had on our trip. Lovely house, not new but charming, quite and clean.

Great B&B. I find the rickety stairs and Victorian character, front and back porches make this an adventure to visit. The house manager is charming and detail protected.

This small bed and breakfast /guest house is great. It is fairly close to downtown Toronto and it costs a lot less than the downtown hotels in Toronto. The breakfast is fantastic and the guesthouse has a nice courtyard outback that is great to sit on when the weather is good.

The check in was easy. Just follow the instructions on the door and you'll be good. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. Comfortable and clean. The person who processed me while i was there was very polite and clear about the accomodations. Bathrooms were also comfortable and clean. I will probably revisit given the chance.

Don't judge a book by its cover, it looks a bit crappie on the outside but it was oké on the inside. Clean room good beds ( a bit short ) and clean bathroom. Also the use of the kitchen was very convenient. Good value for money.
