Very nice and clean hotel good service...

Spacious, clean and comfy.

Amenities: The Residence Inn's amenities were as complete as ever.

Service: I booked a king-size bed with a sofa bed, but was upgraded to a suite. I was very satisfied.

Amenities: There's a basketball court outside the hotel, but unfortunately I didn't have time to play. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

By the way, it's very close to the airport.

Very close to the airport. Convenient

The cheapest hotel in Toronto. The breakfast is not good. It is barely usable for business trips. There is no hotel shuttle bus. It is very troublesome.

A bit annoying to be asked at check in if I have a car and told it's an extra $25 a night for parking. I should have expected it since airport hotels all do it but still I wish it was just built into the price. Does anyone ever arrive on foot and not have to pay the parking fee?

Overall it's a decent hotel, our suite was spacious and comfortable. Quite clean overall. One of three TV's didn't work properly but we didn't need it and I assume they would have addressed it. Beds comfortable. Kitchen equipped with essentials. I've read complaints about drinking water (bottles?) not provided. There's a dispenser called a tap that worked well for us.

The breakfast room staff were very pleasant and helpful. Although it's standard breakfast fare, I thought they did it well. Check in was quick and efficient.

Not a lot nearby but coffee shop and at least a couple of restaurants a few minutes away by car.

Airplane noise can be a little intrusive but it didn't seem noticeable until about 7:00 am. Anyway it's an airport hotel and nothing out of the ordinary. I thought the water pressure wasn't great and heard another guest remarking about the same thing but other reviews were satisfied so maybe it's variable.

Overall it was quite satisfactory and I'd stay again in future.

We chose this place for its proximity to clear point surgical. They cater to the folks going for hip surgery there. It’s close to some restaurants because they don’t have one. Rooms are ok. Breakfast is ice. The 2 ladies working there are the best employees in the place. They really are great. We would stay here again.

We were staying here because I was having surgery nearby. The rooms were very good, especially for our needs at the time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It made an otherwise uncomfortable experience as comfortable as it could have been.
