Hampton Inn by Hilton Brampton - Toronto

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean and contemporary. The location was very convenient to various stores, restaurants, and the highway. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating. I arrived late and stayed only one night while passing through the area, so I cannot comment much on the amenities, but I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Initial rooms were a bit disappointing but I am a gold member and once they moved us we enjoyed the new rooms. The breakfast buffet is the minimal you expect in any hotels. Mine was included, so no complains there. Staff were very nice overall but felt like they were a bit dishonest about the rooms availability for upgrade in the beginning. The hotel is in a shopping center with grocery store, Tim Hortons, Indian grocery store, hair salon and more.

This hotel is impeccably clean, the room was comfortable. Check-in was easy. the front desk staff was efficient, professional and friendly. This hotel will be my go to the next time I am in the area for an extended period.

Check-in was smooth, and Kanishak provided a warm welcome. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent. The bathroom and shower area were spotless—no complaints there.

Overall, the stay was enjoyable, except for one disappointing experience: when we arrived for breakfast around 10:15 AM on Sunday morning, it had already closed, and the staff refused to serve us. The front desk staff seemed apologetic, but unfortunately, we left feeling disappointed.

Amazing! Clean rooms, fridge, big TV, bright bathroom, beautiful shower, and i can't express how clean everything is. And the price was great. Will be staying here again! My daughter loved the pool. The guy who checked us it was cool with me being extremely unorganized - the text said Kevin. He was even joking around with my daughter while I sorted myself out! Totally appreciate that. Thank you thank you!

The pool is great and it's in the same parking lot as a Tim Hortons. Bonuses!

Great experience. Clean room, good service. Breakfast was good. They had lots of parking. It’s in a convenient plaza as well.

My room was spacious, spotless and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff are exceptional. Everyone is happy and smiling - obviously everyone enjoys working together and it makes for such a wonderful atmosphere.

Front staff were very nice! Lobby was clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was hot and very tasty! Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel!

Me and my family came here for an engagement party, great place to stay. I mean the breakfast was by far the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. It felt like somebody actually cook the food with love and the chef even spoke to us for a bit. I would highly recommend staying here. The service is excellent. The price is very fair, they have an in-store market, they're very close to almost everything you need, and go figure. Figure there's a Tim Hortons every five blocks in Canada lol, please if you want a book a stay anywhere in Brampton go here they will treat you like family and you will have zero problems.
