This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Breakfast is decent too, and the kitchen staff is also amazing, especially considering how difficult it is to please everyone during breakfast time when the hotel is the busiest.

Loved the area!!! Sweet restaurants around! The room was roomy (upgrade), but a tad dusty. A light didn't work, but it was fixed the next day while we were out. Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned, probably because maintenance was there. The front office compensated us with the breakfast buffet for this inconvenience, which was very nice.

Hotel has a great lobby which is worth making photos with your family. Pretty good breakfast (well.. if you compare it with breakfast in other US hotels, can't say anything about Canada ones). You also get free parking and even a free shuttle to downtown every hour (only one way). Shuttle bus driver was great and provided us with a tour on the way to downtown.

Staff was great across our stay. They made check in quick and osu less for my group including a last minute room change due to needing another bed. Staff checked in a short while after settling in of there was anything we needed brought to our room. Included breakfast in the morning was great :) only complaint is that some of the walls looked like they needed a bit of repair but nothing major.

From check in to getting into the room I felt the great service of the staffs. Especially Handra. She talk to me like an old friend. I was assigned in a very clean room, spacious and it.has a beautiful view. I will definitely come.back and stay here on my next visit. Superb!

Excellent accommodations and the hosts were amazing. Shirley & Luke are wonderful people and go out of their wait to make you feel at home. The room is spacious and bed is comfy and anything you need is in the space. You can’t ask for anything more 10/10, thanks for a wonderful stay . It’s only a 2 kilometre walk to JIBC campus too so very convenient and quiet neighbourhood!

The service and food was great checking in was easy and fast staff were very nice. Food was great for a hotel. Rooms were excellent but the tv selection was lacking. Just a couple of minutes from Pacific Center, great service, even got a room upgrade which was lovely, and had a late checkout opportunity. Clean, spacious and a fast breakfast for room service. Spacious bed and jacuzzi in the room. The only thing is that we were unsure on how to increase the heater on the living room area.

My parents appreciated the effort Jane put into getting extra breakfast items for them! (And being able to use the kitchen). She & her husband made them feel very much at home. They enjoyed the chats & warmth. They loved the cleanliness and decor in the bathroom (they kept on saying it was like a hotel bathroom!) and loved the living room beauty & furniture too.

The house was very clean and we felt like part of the family. Michael is a great cook.
