Loved it. We had a Christmas party there and the event room was perfect. We even had our own private patio for those that wanted to go outside and smoke. The food was awesome and the service was great. I would highly recommend this place for your next party
I informed the manager about the numerous visible scratches on the desk in my room, giving the impression that the rooms lack proper care and appear old. He was eager to address the issue promptly, providing excellent service. The breakfast at the villa bistro restaurant was fresh, and both the waitress and manager were exceptionally friendly to customers. I would highly recommend this hotel to my...
You shouldn't be disappointed. I have astayed here a couple times in the penthouse and regular room Unit and it was always a great experience. Specially for a stop over if your traveling. Everytime I stay here, an Elvis is walking around😶
Guy named Praneel came from maintenance to fix my electrical problem in 401. Very prompt and quick. I’m really impressed to have great customer service from maintenance. Very nice, professional and courteous. I appreciate his services. These type of staff is a real asset to a hotel. Thank You in every way. 😊
Staff were excellent ... hotel is convenient and parking is free and plentiful Nice room with window that opens for fresh air.
Honestly from the time i walked in to the time i checked out i got nothing but smiling faces and respectful gestures from staff. The room was so clean and everything was precise. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and delivered to my room. I got my money worth in this place and i plan to return anytime i have the opportunity to do so. Good Job Staff and Management.

Element Vancouver Metrotown, Burnaby1 / 34
Burnaby, 5988 Willingdon Avenue 🧭 Map
Hotel met all our expectations under the Marriot Brand. Facilities very good, Restaurant very good, Staff excellent, overall a very good experience at the Element Westin. Burnaby. B.C Canada
The service and food was great checking in was easy and fast staff were very nice. Food was great for a hotel. Rooms were excellent but the tv selection was lacking. Our check in lady was excellent and very helpful if you need help ask for Venessa she is great. Overall great hotel would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Metropolis at Metrotown.
This was the second segment of my first travel since Covid. The first was attending a chamber music seminar held at Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA. The occasion was to celebrate my older sister, who passed away at the end of January. Since the threat of Covid had diminished the family decided we could gather. Element Vancouver Metrotown was the perfect location since her condo was in this neighborhood...
I have stayed at this hotel on business a couple of times now and the people who work here are game changing good at what they do. My most recent stay has been over the past two weeks where I have been lucky enough to have my partner and fifteen month old daughter staying with me. The staff have been altogether incredible. From the front desk, to the cafe, housekeepers and maintenance, everyone has...
I love hotel! Great locations with so many restaurant and other amenities in the area. Love that it's connect to a GoodLife and a great Italian restaurant! The rooms are clean and new. Best part is the mini kitchen that I can cook breakfast and have a fridge for snacks and drinks.
Perfect location. We went to Metrotown and later.took the sky train downtown. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were excellent. They had a small mishap but they fixed it very quickly and without much of a fuss.

Best Western PLUS Burnaby Hotel, Burnaby1 / 21Good price
Burnaby, 5411 Kingsway 🧭 Map
I am not usually a fan of motels, but this was a really good experience. Facility is older but very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are small but I wasn't there for a spa experience. The staff were lovely, especially in the breakfast room and the ladies cleaning rooms. Front desk aren't as friendly ... Very much just get your request taken care without pleasantries. They could work on that a bit ...
I am a frequent business traveller, and have experience with all kinds of hotels. I must say my stay at Best Western Plus Burnaby is perfect, especially, the free breakfast staff Cong and Eva are exceptional. They made me feel even better than at home! Their optimistic and merry personality lightens up my days, as well as their impeccable cleanses, organization, and flavoured food. This is way beyond...
My daughter and I went down to shop at Metrotown for the day with her Christmas money. We found this hotel online as we drove down. It is an excellent value and includes a great hot breakfast. It was a bit tough to get through at the beginning to the switchboard and talk to somebody as I had to call four times but I am glad we continued. It is only a couple blocks away from Metrotown and the price...
Stayed here for 4 days on a business trip, comes with complimentary breakfast which was good, cheaper rate. Rooms are clean but the beds are not very comfortable. Towels are in need of an upgrade, feels like 36 grit sandpaper. Appart from that it was a great stay.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff were very welcoming and courteous. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was perfect. The Metropolis mall was just a 10 minute walk and to commute to other places the skytrain is very nearby. Thank you for the amazing stay 😊.
This best western is ok. Nothing special. As I was travelling on my own for work it was in a good central location for the two deatinations I had to visit. It's on a busy road and the exit to the road is not the smoothest, as on the left side there is a large bush that could he trimmed, as it is an obstruction. In the room the bathroom is dated and worn. It could certainly do with a refresh and brightening...

Accent Inns Burnaby, Burnaby1 / 32
Burnaby, 3777 Henning Drive 🧭 Map
We were very pleased that this hotel is affordable and accommodated us with a medical rate. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, rooms are clean and have lots of platform selection on the TV. We will stay here again!
Nice and clean rooms, no breakfast option, You can get food from the burger restaurant on the premises. Good parking, near to main road, accessible rooms. Overall a good place to stay.
Absolutely great experience with Accent Inns. Stayed at both their Burnaby and Victoria locations. Great rooms, great staff, pleasure to do business with. Rates were reasonable. Both locations had a restaurant attached to the building. Laundry facilities could have been better, but this will be my go to place to stay when traveling
Check in staff were nice and friendly! Location is close by the sky train. Room was ice cold (in the best way as it was HOT outside). I never sleep good at hotels/motels and I had the best sleep!
A very good basic motel. Check in was cordial and efficient. Room was clean, quiet and modern. Appliances worked. Beds were soft. Plenty of free parking. No breakfast on site, but there's a small cafe next door. We liked the cute rubber ducky sitting on the bath towels.
Room was huge, clean and perfect! Bed was comfy, shower and bathroom was clean including grout! Excellent desk service also!

Holiday Inn Express Vancouver-Metrotown (Burnaby), Burnaby1 / 39
Burnaby, 4405 Central Boulevard 🧭 Map
I was impressed with the hotel from the moment I entered the door. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The little touches left in my room as a welcome made me feel like my business was appreciated. A nice breakfast brunch was included in the stay which was a nice addition. The only criticism I'd give was the room was marketed as "top floor city view" and my window literally looked out onto...
Nice and close to the mall and restaurants. Staff was friendly! Great breakfast. Parking is tight but we always found a spot. However, there were issues with our thermostat that did not get resolved before we left. Ended up just turning it off. I had a hard time falling asleep in the hot room. Cleaner threw out collectable empty beer bottles I was saving as souvenirs (I get they didn't know but it...
Looks recently renovated so it’s clean and modern. Super friendly people at the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area on the second floor. Quick note on the light switches, there’s one in the room that’s really hard to find and it controls the lighting above the bed - see the uploaded picture for a tiny black switch next to the wall power outlets. Free parking underground is great and easy...
This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Breakfast is decent too, and the kitchen staff is also amazing, especially considering how difficult it is to please everyone during breakfast time when the hotel is the busiest.
I stayed at the hotel for four nights and absolutely loved it! It was conveniently located near everything in Metrotown, and the staff were incredibly friendly. As an IGH Platinum member, I felt really welcomed there. The rooms were spotless and felt cozy. The breakfast was delicious, although I did get a bit bored with the same food after a few days. The only downside was the late checkout; even though...
We stayed in the hotel for three nights, the location is convenient with sky train right outside, metrotown shopping center is right next to it. The kitchen staffs were outstanding. Food was fresh and dinning areas super clean. The only thing we are disappointed is that my daughter left her music folder in the room, thinking under the bed. We contacted the hotel by email, if they can email the pages...

Excellent accommodations and the hosts were amazing. Shirley & Luke are wonderful people and go out of their wait to make you feel at home. The room is spacious and bed is comfy and anything you need is in the space. You can’t ask for anything more 10/10, thanks for a wonderful stay . It’s only a 2 kilometre walk to JIBC campus too so very convenient and quiet neighbourhood!

I enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Rates were also really nice. The only thing I wish for is the bathrooms being bit cleaner, but it wasn’t really that bad. Overall, it was a great, affordable stay!
I've stayed here quite a few times, in fact I'm here right now. If you can get past the fact that this isn't your typical full service hotel, you'll see that the rooms are neat and clean, the place is quiet, the views are pretty, and you really aren't that far away from much of anything. If you can take care of yourself, this is a great place to stay. Service is great -- they accommodated a number...
It's clean, has very nice view, and near am 24/7 all you can eat dining hall. I don't see many places like this. The size of the room, IMO, is normal, not as small as I thought. Shampoo, conditioner, land otion are provided. There's even a new umbrella for us, nice touch!
My husband and I got married at the SFU Diamond Alumni Centre last month, and booked a room in the Simon Hotel as a place for the groom to get ready, as well as a wedding suite for us the night of the wedding. As far as convenience goes, it was great. We literally WALKED (stumbled) out of the wedding venue and to the hotel about 500 metres away. The price was good too. The room was quite a bit nicer...
Its worth the 30 minutes ride from Vancouver? , the PRICE very CLEAN and QUIET. If severe back in Vancouver I shall return ?
I recommend who is wondering how it is like to live in dorms to try Guest Accommodations and visit Dining Hall.

We like the location, always stay around this area, easy access to downtown, shipyards and west van. Hotel is basic and dated but mostly clean. Breakfast is good.
For the price the hotel is what you'd expect. The rooms were clean but very dated. The beds were average on comfort level. Temperature controls work and room was nice and warm. Breakfast was pretty decent. Warm pancakes and a toaster over to make ham and cheese melts, some small pastires, cereal and fresh fruit. Keep in mind there is no longer a pool. Location is fairly good. A couple minute walk...
A nice surprise it doesn’t look very appealing from the outside but the rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. WiFi is good, shower strong and staff friendly. Breakfast still comes in a bag, not sure why.
I spent 5 nights staying here at the end of my holiday in Canada and it was the perfect place to finish. Close to public transport. Great breakfasts delivered to my room each morning were a nice touch and Denny’s is within easy walking distance for other meals. Comfortable room with everything I needed, I’ll be back.
I spent three nights at this hotel and enjoyed my stay very much. The room was spacious and very clean. The prices were fantastic than other hotels. And they provide breakfast and take them to your room each morning. Great value for the money. I would definitely stay here again.
The rooms are very clean and cozy. Equipped with a fridge and a microwave + coffee machine. Awesome breakfast: eggs and sausages, cold cuts, fruits and stuff. They have a machine that makes pancakes! And all this on a budget!
The curtains needed a clean and the tub had a chip in it, but otherwise the place was good. We didn't get housekeeping, so it was a bit dusty after we left. They were nice and let us stay in the same room for our 1 day second booking without a problem. The mini fridge is a good size and it has a stove, sink, and microwave as well.

North Vancouver, 1748 Capilano Road 🧭 Map
This hotel is giving motel vibes and a bit dated. However, they have excellent staff service and the rooms are clean minus a bottle they might have missed behind Bedside table. You also get grab and go breakfast which is fairly decent. It is close to convenience e.g. gas stations and bus stop. For a short stay..it is great but not for pampering
Overall, decent for the price paid. The rooms were comfortable and had a decent amount of space, the bathroom was good, and the location was nice (and free parking). The only downsides were that the pool / sauna were not on yet and there was no gym. Also, the breakfast was very simple - just a grab and go muffin, cookie, granola bar, fruit. However, despite these downsides, the hotel was still...
Good rooms, reasonable price. The most important thing which i really love about their customer services. I stayed here twice. The customer service they provided me just blows me away. Really friendly and helpful staff( front desk supervisor).
A cute old style hotel / motel . Vintage building well maintained, looks like a family. Good value, 200$ on a Saturday night close to the city without the 400$ price tag. Wished we planned ahead brought food to cook up a nice meal in the kitchenette. #109 . Clean and cozy bed. We’ll be back ! We’re local .
Great amenities (besides the broken hot tub) for the price in this city. Furnishings are old but we had everything we needed and it seemed pretty clean. Close to downtown with no traffic or mild traffic (20 to 30 minutes). Although it took me over an hour to get downtown on Saturday evening at 5pm so beware of that. Love the delicious 24/7 coffee!
Really nice rooms, lots of room and nice and clean! The breakfast was nice. The location is great with close links to transport into Vancouver. Nice area to walk around and the hotel was reasonably priced.
