A short business trip to Burnaby. The hotel was ideally located to many eateries nearby as well as to the Metropolis at Metrotown. Rooms were well appointed and well maintained. The breakfast was pretty much the same everyday of the week.

Loved it. We had a Christmas party there and the event room was perfect. We even had our own private patio for those that wanted to go outside and smoke. The food was awesome and the service was great. I would highly recommend this place for your next party

Stay 1 night for business trip - Its location is good with convenient parking space. The rooms were clean and basic amenities are available. Highly recommend to request a top floor room if you don't want to hear people walking above you. Free breakfast was OK since we did not expect too much.

We had a great stay at the Best Western plus Burnaby. It was very convenient.. walking distance to Metrotown Mall, our appointment and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots to choose from. It's not a new hotel but updated Bed was comfortable. The only wish we have is for real cups and plates, in room and at breakfast.

There are many shops around the hotel, especially near wholesale, shopping and eating are convenient. There are no slippers in the room, which is not convenient for taking a shower. Compared with the room price, the facilities are relatively simple

I love hotel! Great locations with so many restaurant and other amenities in the area. Love that it's connect to a GoodLife and a great Italian restaurant! The rooms are clean and new. Best part is the mini kitchen that I can cook breakfast and have a fridge for snacks and drinks.

Absolutely great experience with Accent Inns. Stayed at both their Burnaby and Victoria locations. Great rooms, great staff, pleasure to do business with. Rates were reasonable. Check in staff were nice and friendly! Location is close by the sky train. Room was ice cold (in the best way as it was HOT outside). I never sleep good at hotels/motels and I had the best sleep!

A very good basic motel. Check in was cordial and efficient. Room was clean, quiet and modern. Appliances worked. Beds were soft. Plenty of free parking. No breakfast on site, but there's a small cafe next door. We liked the cute rubber ducky sitting on the bath towels.

New owners, are upgrading. They are accepting weekly and.monthly renters. I know hotel has a history but new owner is a.standup man and has made improvements nice and close to highway, buses to the skytrain. Walmart, Canadian tire and Superstore close by. It's a good place and the last of its kind around. Most of the time they will let you give them a cash deposit as well as they always have weekly. And monthly prices up to permanent residency

I have hosted events at this hotel in the past but this was my first time utilizing their accommodations and I was truly impressed. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Just a couple of minutes from Pacific Center, great service, even got a room upgrade which was lovely, and had a late checkout opportunity. Clean, spacious and a fast breakfast for room service. Spacious bed and jacuzzi in the room. The only thing is that we were unsure on how to increase the heater on the living room area.

Great location. Clean rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Lily was great and easy with communication. She upgraded us and let us check in early. 4 star because the listing on AirBnB clearly says breakfast included but once confirmation went through, we got a message from Lily saying breakfast is not included in the rate, only coffee and tea.

Nice place to stay. Only couple of minutes to the skytrain and 10min walk to metropolis metrotown. Lily is a very nice lady too!

My parents appreciated the effort Jane put into getting extra breakfast items for them! (And being able to use the kitchen). She & her husband made them feel very much at home. They enjoyed the chats & warmth. They loved the cleanliness and decor in the bathroom (they kept on saying it was like a hotel bathroom!) and loved the living room beauty & furniture too.

This place is amazing! Such good value, there was a brand new bathroom with a great spacious shower with the overhead as well as the handle. Immaculately clean. I found it easy finding the place by map and public transit. Residence is clean and neat. Mostly self service portal everything but a gentle reminder me one can be helped if need be I'm loving the experience
