I like this hotel so much. That’s really good experience for my family.
The hotel is in a great location, right on Banff Avenue. The bus to the Banff Gondola and Lake Louise is near the hotel, and the transportation is convenient. However, the hotel's sound insulation is average, the air conditioner is very loud, slippers are not provided, and the facilities are not complete.
Very suitable for family outings. New facilities. Kitchen equipment is very useful. Will patronize again.
The room is on the first floor, the layout is rather strange, the balcony faces the restaurant, and the carpet is rather old.
The room is quite big and the facilities are very complete. I stayed there for three days and it felt pretty good. It is very suitable for vacation. I will consider staying here again next time.
I think this is the best and best accommodation in Canmore. The location and above all, the facilities were great, comparable to any other hotel.

Wonderful retreat in the mountains. We stayed in the main lodge. Beautiful accommodations, clean room, delicious breakfast. The General Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent recommendations for local hikes and restaurants. We will definitely be returning.
Fire Mountain Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. We had nice bedrooms with private bathrooms downstairs and just enough room upstairs to work in the kitchen. A nice dining room table with comfortable chairs and a cozy and comfortable living room area were great spaces to chill. We spent our evenings at the dining room table planning out our next day's agenda. This place also had a 1/2 bath upstairs...
Great location easy access to the town centre (10min walk). Well appointed condo with balcony. Good facilities and clean and tidy. Unallocated parking available on site. We had a really pleasant stay.
We did a family trip to the area before Christmas, 4 adults 3 children and we had a great time. The place it nicely furnished and well outfitted with everything you will need. Close to the hiway and shopping. We had no issue with parking but it didn't look like it was full. Some people like to take more space then they need. Should likely be limited to 1 vehicle per unit. Only issue we had was the...
Awesome place very clean , great location , walking distance to things are great , I forgot to mention parking is an issue they should have assigned parking spots , I recommend 👌
Great place to stay for a mountain getaway! The rooms were beautiful and spacious with mountain views! The kitchen was equipped with all the basics to cook meals in, but if you'd rather go out, it's only a short walk to downtown Canmore. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is clean and nice. I was a little confused about how to use the parking lot because it was different from Korea, but I was able to fully understand if I checked in at the front desk. It is very convenient as it is an underground parking lot.
The best was the view from our room. We were on 4th floor. Breakfast on the balcony with this view is amazing.
Stayed at an AirBnB with 4 other guys - was clean and well laid out. Guys were noisy at night, families were noisy during the day. 😄
Perfect location. Quiet. Convenient. Well maintained. Clean. Great for what our family required over the winter months
Great place for a stay heated pool is nice hot tubs a bit small. Close tonality of stuff.
Excellent location. Good facilities with hot tub and pool. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you would expect. Would definitely return

Pools decent but over crowded. underground parking is really tight. Should be getting a better price for this place. I wouldn't spend more than 120 a night here and we have a full kitchen
Beautiful resort! We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful Canadian Rockies. It is close to main street Canmore and the highway if you'd like to easily jet off toward the ski resorts or Banff, mere minutes away! This resort is both quiet and very clean with modern upgrades. You have the choice of beautiful suites to accommodate the whole family (including a kitchen), or a standard...

Beautiful resort in a great location. Beautiful views of the 3 Sisters! Yuki and Charles were the best hosts! They were so attentive, and their condo was perfect!!
Gorgeous and convenient location and the two bedroom unit was fantastic with all the amenities. Friendly staff and the black dog cafe is awesome as well. Easy underground parking too! Wishes we were there more than two nights.
We had a wonderful stay at Stoneridge for a girls trip. Tim at the front desk was an absolute delight. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms were large, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Fabulous outdoor pool and hot tub. Would 100% stay here again.
Stoneridge is absolutely beautiful and an easy recommendation to make. Tim at the front desk was the most helpful concierge during our stay and hit us with TONS of great recommendations and ideas for what to do and where to eat. The rooms are gorgeous, the amenities are perfect, and the location cannot be beat. The views from the rooms are incredible!
Very good service, comfortable stay, worth staying
This is a great place to stay in Canmore. The rooms are comfortable and the property is fairly quiet. It's close to town and there's a great pool and hot tub we enjoyed each afternoon. The cafe downstairs is a great bonus.

The location is convenient, and it's a short drive to restaurants and supermarkets. The room is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable. I especially like the atmosphere in the lobby, and there are free drinks and fruit. It's a pity that the standard king-size bed room didn't have a mountain view this time. I would like to try a mountain view room next time.
The hotel is a bit old and the carpet smells The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The reception staff was very cold Breakfast pack affordable
It was a great stay and the hotel is very cozy the lobby of the hotel is the best, great view and its has a fire place. Such a relaxing stay. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
Comfy and warm place, love to come here again.
I absolutely love this place. The staff are amazing. The young lady from Chile is so friendly. There is 24 hour complementary coffee/tea station. The bag breakfast is delicious. You get a yogurt with granola, a piece of fruit, a bottle of juice, a Croissant with jam and jelly, and you get a piece of banana bread. My room has a fireplace. I have a dog and upon check in, they gave me a gift bag for my...
Very clean rooms, staff is so helpful. Loved the free glass of wine and bruschetta each day in the beautiful lobby with an excellent view of the mountains. Loved the free bike rentals. The $5 breakfast is really worth it. We were on the first floor so had no view at all. The door to the outside we thought was a patio but was just to the grassy area with trees so no real view from there either. We just...

The hotel itself is in a great location to walk to restaurant and town center and looks great from the outside. It had underground parking. They were doing hallway renovations but that was not listed when booking. The photos of the place we had were misleading as the hotel room itself was pretty run down. The leather sofa is old and stained. The sofa bed was the same and very thin mattress. For 50...
There was a dead mouse in the room. My daughter had to put in garbage as house keeping or maintance could not come for sometime and room was not sanitized after. We were comped a small amount. We did enjoy the pool facility.
Great Stay and Wonderful Staff The room was clean and well decorated. Beautiful view off the balcony and great access to pathways. The steam shower was super cool though a little difficult to figure out so we just listened to music and had normal showers haha Having a washer and dryer in the room was super handy with how often we were at the pool! There were more than enough toiletries and kitchen...
We really enjoyed our visit. The room was very comfortable and clean. We could walk anywhere in Canmore. We were very happy with the terrace, it was comfortable and we had a bbq which we liked.
The room smelled like cigar/cigarette smoke, like someone had probably smoked there for years, and they didn't have it re-painted or cleaned properly. Cleaning team missed some spots in the bathroom (kinda gross), and TV had a big line of dead pixels (buy a $100 replacement from Costco???) Staff was very friendly, and the bedding was nice, so that was a plus.
The Mountain View is great of my trip. And hotel is free for car park. All was good when I was living here

The online check-in process was very smooth. The unit was tidy and had all the necessary accessories. It was perfect for our family and worth the money. Everything was great, and you can feel that you are safe. The community also had convenient stores and restaurants. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to our family and friends.💯
The condo was ideally situated in Canmore, close to amenities and some fantastic bars and restaurants (Bridgette Bar was a favourite of ours). The condo was spacious, clean and had fantastic views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Spring Creek!
Very pleased with how clean it was. Beds were very comfortable, pillows were soft & fluffy. Canmore is a great little town with cool shops and eateries. So glad we stayed in this area instead of Banff. The only slight challenge was finding the right building to turn into. It’s easy to get turned around at night. The actual building is not very well marked and difficult to see at night. Would definitely...
The condo was super clean & spacious. Kitchen was stocked and grill was super to have available. Loved the beautiful Mountain View’s from the patio. The complex was wonderful with restaurants within walking distance. The staff was super receptive & responsive when sending requests. I would definitely return!!
This apartment is lovely and equip with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. The balcony offers breathtaking views of the Three Sisters Mountain, and has a Weber grill to use at your leisure. Though there is active construction outside, it did not damper our experience. The property is beautiful and hosts a variety of restaurants, shops, and walking trails. It is a short walk to Canmore center...
We enjoyed our stay in Canmore. The Suite was very clean, bright, quiet and comfortable. You will be glad you chose this for your next vacation! We had a relaxing time, the grounds were beautiful. It is always nice when soap, shampoo and paper products are included. The kitchen was well stocked.

Beautiful location with stunning views. Breakfast was delicious! Hot tub was an added luxury😊
Staff was excellent, food was great. Room was…. Odd. There is a jetted tub IN the room, not the bathroom, there isn’t a shower in the bathroom that too is in the main room. It feel like those sleepy 80s motels that have vibrating round beds lol. It was decently clean but I feel it needs a renovation and updating. The tv should have been a smart tv, who really watches cable anymore?
Staff are friendly and the place is clean. Overall is very average, I expected to have
Luv luv luv!!! So comfortable, a place to truly relax!! The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast simply amazing!
I like how quiet and off the main road it was. Super beautiful building very privet area had a really nice room a lovley patio. Every time we wanted to use the hot tub it was empty that was a bonus for us... The breakfasts were very delicious we really enjoyed out visit
We loved the yummy breakfasts served right to our room. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the hot tub and the mountain view. Would definitely come again. Suggestion’s would be a higher toilet ( easier for older people) and a bigger TV with a movie channel or access to ordering a movie. Other than that it was awesome.

Everything is good location is convenient
Clean rooms. Decent upgrade in reno. Parking can be difficult to find. Quiet spot.
It wasn't that good. The soundproofing was the worst and the staff was unfriendly.
I was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay. Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation...
Complete facilities, comfortable environment, warm service
It’s cute. You get what you get for the price. Only complaint is that the beds are hard as rock. Bouncy enough for.. you know. But hard for sleeping on. Not that I did that here, I was alone lol. But yeah, it’s not a bad place for the price. And you get allllll cable channels and free wifi! The mountain view side is beautiful too!

The counter staff is friendly and the feeling is very comfortable. There are few breakfast options, but a simple gym is good. There is a refrigerator, microwave and bathtub, which is great. There are also many seats in the lounge on the first floor. Open-air bathing is really recommended, and it is very clean! ! I think the CP value is very high, and there is a free parking space! ! A very nice place to stay with a decent breakfast
It was cozy and quiet, which was nice. Breakfast was included, and the hot tub sauna and bulgogi were outside, so the atmosphere was good. I am satisfied with the price.
My friend's and I loved this place so much! We got an early check in for all six of us (three rooms) and everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms are so nice and modern, the complimentary breakfast is great to eat in the spacious but very cozy lobby and the bar in the lobby is also great to have around. We enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna the morning we left and it was so relaxing! Everything is very...
Absolutely amazing experience! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Banff for 5 reasons: 1) You are walking distance to downtown and far enough away that it's super easy to find free parking. 2) The rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfortable (plus they give you a few different pillow options for comfort). 3) The breakfast is one of the best continental breakfasts you...
Super clean room! (And I’m a clean freak.) Extremely helpful, knowledgeable front desk staff. Always service with a smile. I love that! They not only took time explaining local restaurants in walking distance. But also graciously allowed us to check out 1 hour late to coordinate with our transportation back to Calgary. Just 2 opportunities for improvement… 1) Bathroom and room lighting way too dim...

The location is great, but the room was a bit cramped when I checked in, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the bedside lamp wasn't working. But I only stayed for one night, so overall it was okay. The location is on the street, which is quite convenient!
No parking when we arrived at the Hostel, which is opposite what they advertised in the website.
It's a cheap option, but it provides breakfast and free parking. The heating in the room is too strong, so it's a bit hot to sleep.
The location is about a 20-minute walk from the town of Banff, which is a bit far away but within an acceptable range. The room facilities are simple and easy to sleep in. The design of the door is not too noisy, and the roommates will not make too much noise when they move around. There is free breakfast, simple choices, and the kitchen can also cook, which is quite convenient
Top location Breakfast consisted of toast (jam, peanut butter), pancakes and cereal

Recommended unreservedly. Exceedingly comfortable rooms and surroundings. Short 10 minute walk into town. Stunning view from living room. Huge tubs in bathroom. We recently stayed at the Banff Boutique Inn. It was an awesome experience. First, the owners and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. While they avoid using harsh chemicals for cleaning, my wife has chemical sensitivity and the staff went above and beyond to ensure she was kept safe. On a daily basis, the staff asked her if everything was okay. The common kitchen area was set up so that...
Clean, great location and affordable! We were in Banff for a wedding and this accommodation fit the bill perfectly - we didn’t spend lots of time there, but the host was able to accommodate our request for an early check in to prepare for the event. We had a nice chat and history lesson about the house with the owner before we checked out. I would absolutely recommend this as a more affordable place...
This is an absolutely fabulous little place to stay in the perfect spot in Banff. With loads of parking, its a lovely 10min walk from the town centre over the river. Super hotel, very close to the centre of town for all the shops and restaurants. Good sized rooms and comfy bed. Italian restaurant on.-site has good food and good service.
Amazing hotel with a cozy environment. There was also parking in the hotel. The hot tub had the view of the mountains and was perfect with the cold weather.
All was great, location, amenities and staff. The only issue was the one of the outdoor pools was out of order.
The Hotel just in town, Very nice place and outdoor pools are the best to relax after all that hiking, will definitely comeback to this hotel

Beautiful mountain views from our room. The rooms definitely need some upgrades, they were pretty small and rustic compared to what the website made them seem like. The mini fridge also barely worked which was disappointing for us to enjoy some beverages in our room for our anniversary. Service could be better as we had asked ahead of time for champagne glasses in our room, then when we asked again...
This property offers exceptional mountain and hot tub experiences. The open patio and comfortable bed provide stunning views, encompassing both mountain and lake vistas. Barbecue facilities are also available. However, complimentary bottled water, a typical amenity at comparable three-star hotels, is not provided.
What a fabulous hotel. The front desk folk were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, very informative with trip recommendations and places to eat. Will definitely return. Photo is the mountain view from our room.
What a STUNNING location. Get a room with a view. I sat for hours just admiring the mountains from my room which also had a little patio area. The staff were so kind and the dining in the hotel was five stars. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Banff. The hot tub is small but I was lucky to have it to myself since I went mid week. This felt like a little retreat only five minutes out of the town center
We had a lovely stay at the Juniper & loved their shuttle service! The only downside was the hot tub felt more like a bath. However, we had the most beautiful view from our room!
The cost is a bit high during the peak season. Overall it is clean. It is close to Banff Town and the surrounding is quiet. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. You need to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself. However, the staff are very enthusiastic and will ask if you need help
