Comfy beds, quiet room, and staff was very lovely. Bathroom was a decent size and showers were good. We were only there for one night, but overall it was a great location to walk to Rogers Place!

I stayed at the luxury suite and it had so much space and had a living room and dining room. It also had a great breakfast buffet and chop steakhouse was wonderful. I love their prime rib. The pool was also phenomenal. But the views where to die for.

Stayed here 4 nights for an event at Roger’s place. The location is great for that - connected with an above ground walkway right to Roger’s place - connected to the Edmonton Center Mall and other amenities. Service was good. It is my pleasure to comment on my wonderful experience at this hotel. My apartment building had a fire and we all had to be out permanently. As a result I stayed at the hotel for 1 1/2 months. Previously known as Sutton Place, the Sandman Suites is priced very competitively. When all Marriott properties were $250+, this property provided good respite. I liked that there was a fan that I could turn on at night for white noise. The shower was good and the decor was beautiful.

Have stayed here multiple times when in Edmonton and the service has been exceptionally phenomenal from the front desk staff to the house keeping staff. A special shout out to the lions head pub and their staff for being so memorable and regular, making coming back feel like home. Definitely five star rating!

Clean rooms, a bit dated but comfy and quiet. The pool area is down in basement level 2, so very far from rooms. Felt very weird down there, no staff, some crumbling structures. Hot tub was under construction and torn apart. Hotel is a good location and affordable, but don't go for the pool.

Stayed last night and my check in was a little bit complicated (on my end). The gentleman who was assisting me was very professional and patient. He was kind the whole way through. My beautiful room overlooked the atrium and was spacious and cozy. The bed was TO DIE FOR comfy! Five stars here for the accommodations but most especially, the kind staff!

Attending a conference and food was pretty decent but could have had better vegetarian options. Pretty dim, dusty and dank being in the basement ballroom for a full day but I guess that can't be helped. Staff were great, attentive and helpful. Parking was really easy.

The conference facilities are very nice. The room we hired for our meeting was nicely required and everything was working. Nice selection of snacks and the washrooms eye clean. Good job!

Overall it’s a good hotel. Rooms are a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. Walking Distance to Roger’s place. Covered parking, my half ton pickup just fit underneath. Will stay here again.

We came to Edmonton to visit friends and family and watch a hockey game. We had a great stay and hope to return in the future. The location and view were great. We could see Roger's Center from our room and walked to and from the game.

I had a great and memorable staying at Chateau Lacombe. It’s a unique and iconic hotel in town. It’s little bit old but they keep it very well. All the staff are very nice and kind specially the Bellman. He is so kind and welcoming! I had a great view from my room. It’s located in downtown Edmonton.

Extremely nice and caring people. Room was clean and temperature was perfect. Coffee amenities hit the spot as well. For a performing musician who played at the star lite down the road they hooked up an excellent deal as well. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2024 and we got the Roman theme room. We love it! It has a huge Jacuzzi! Very nice! We were here just to visit Edmonton Mall and the hotel is connected to it. That's awesome! And thank you for letting us checked in early. We really appreciate that.

It can be tricky to access as it's right on a busy major intersection. Once you're in the hotel is easy to navigate. Standard conference room furniture and the layout was usable. Where they shine is with the food and service.

Hotel was nice - close to where I needed to be for work. A little disappointed that they didn’t have an executive lounge or even a market place to buy late night food from. The rooms are clean and one thing I really like about this location is the fact that they have HDMI, VGA, and other connectivity options for external devices such as play stations or laptops. Used a meeting room here. Clean and friendly staff. The bar was nice as well for after our meetings. Not a large selection of beer on tap but other then that it was really good. The hotel seemed clean and well kept. Will certainly consider using the room again for our next meetings.
