Was put on a pet friendly floor. No problem with that except the fact that our room reeked of someone’s pet. Not only did it smell like several dogs stayed here it appeared that way as well. Pet hair fills the carpets, as well as our nose. We found it difficult to cope with the smell even with the window let open for the entire duration of our stay. I am not one to complain but this is truly disappointing

The room was very clean as were the linen. The staff was very accommodating and made you feel like you were welcome and not just a room number. The parking was adequate. The room had a bidet and that was really a pleasant surprice, also the seat was heated so that was nice. Overall it was a great experience.

We came to Edmonton to visit friends and family and watch a hockey game. We had a great stay and hope to return in the future. The location and view were great. We could see Roger's Center from our room and walked to and from the game.

I had a great and memorable staying at Chateau Lacombe. It’s a unique and iconic hotel in town. It’s little bit old but they keep it very well. All the staff are very nice and kind specially the Bellman. He is so kind and welcoming! I had a great view from my room. It’s located in downtown Edmonton.

Clean hotel with good sized, comfortable rooms and a lovely little pool/hot tub. Only caveat is that the hotel is located right next to well used train tracks. I used a noise machine and still heard it a couple times in the night, nothing too crazy but something to consider when booking.

The Holiday Inn Conference Center is very clean and the front desk Staff are very friendly, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay for pleasure or business. If you do stay here, ask for a front facing room as the back faces a rail yard.

Have stayed here multiple times when in Edmonton and the service has been exceptionally phenomenal from the front desk staff to the house keeping staff. A special shout out to the lions head pub and their staff for being so memorable and regular, making coming back feel like home. Definitely five star rating!

It can be tricky to access as it's right on a busy major intersection. Once you're in the hotel is easy to navigate. Standard conference room furniture and the layout was usable. Where they shine is with the food and service.

Really enjoyed my experience at this hotel. I had some changes to business plans which resulted in storing my car for a few extra days but it turned into a zero hassle arrangement. I enjoyed my visit to Edmonton and had a great stay at the Courtyard Marriott with spectacular views from the hotel room. All of the staff very very helpful making my stay that much more enjoyable.

During my stay they only had one elevator working. This caused major delays getting in and out of the hotel at almost every point in the day. Hotel restaurant was very good however. Gym and rooms were all just average in feel and accommodations. Decent amount of places to eat nearby.

Rooms were nice and our stay was pleasant. Just a few recommendations: 1) The bed sizes of King were small compared to a regular King. We noticed this when we stayed in the 3rd floor. 2) The line up in the breakfast can be avoided if they organize the breakfast area better (people don't have to go back and forth for spoons, jams, toppings) and add another waffle maker.

Had a very nice stay. The breakfast is great. The pool is awesome. However I wasn’t too pleased with my room this stay. We opened the one drawer to find someone else’s dirty clothes inside. Calling the number sucks - go to the desk. They are super helpful and professional. The rooms are basic, clean and very nice. The pool and hot tub area is great. Breakfast is awesome. My kids and I stayed 1 night here. Free breakfast was great and served until 10am. We had a king suite with jacuzzi tub and sofa bed. Cheap, simple rooms. I was impressed by the fact that there was a mini fridge, but that's about it. If you need a good night's rest, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Front desk staff were helpful. Location was great, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Bus stop right outside. Nothing extravagant about the rooms or the hotel itself.

Days inn Edmonton Downtown. Its location is great to the NHL rink. Literally a few blocks and youre there. The hotel is older but its clean. The staff make up for it. I had a great experience with the front as they went out of their way to help me. Parking is only for smaller vehicles. Eg not big enough for trucks. Good parking rates too.

Although the process check in/parking is a little unusual compare to what I am used to, the fact that the staff is very welcoming and it has hot water (very hot) with a very good water pressure is making up for it. Stayed for 3 nights while in town for work. The staff were friendly, helpful and the rooms were clean and organized. The beds are comfortable and soft and the hotel itself was quiet. I would stay here again for the convenience of the location and the simplicity of the stay.

Excellent service, great customer service. The hotel was very clean, and the management was wonderful. Anything we needed it was provided. The kitchen/bar was great as well.
