Radisson Hotel & Convention Center Edmonton
Edmonton, 4520 76th Avenue 🧭 Map
The breakfast was good however the server was not good, never even said good morning or brought me a menu I had to ask if there was a menu or only the option for buffet
Customer Service is beyond good here. Upgraded rooms, chocolate treat!!
Very clean hotel. The Lounge is where it's at if you want to be treated like royalty. I would come back and stay at that hotel just because of him
Had a great stay at this hotel. Parts of it seemed older, but it was kept clean and neat. The staff were friendly. It was easy to get to, but not on a main road. The food was great. We will stay there again.
Edmonton is an underrated city. It's a fun city with full of surprises and beautiful people. I recommend this city to all of my friends and family!
However the hotel employees were very willing to open the door to the stairs to us which was lovely. But it is a lot nicer for pet owners to be on lower floors with access to stairs
Overall this hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant is a bit overpriced. I would stay here again however not with a pet. We were put on the 6th floor with a dog

Chateau Louis Hotel & Conference Centre
Edmonton, 11727 Kingsway 🧭 Map
The Hotel is clean and Hygienic and the rooms are spacious. I had booked myself for 5 days but ended up staying 16 days. If you are in Edmonton and want to stay at a place with excellent service this is the hotel for you
I had my wedding in the Hotel and was provided two halls, one for the ceremony and the other for reception; also I had to make reservation in the hotel for family and friend that were flying from other province to attend the wedding
It was just really nice and a welcome change from the same basic hotel rooms you'd find at a Best Western or Sandman. This felt more like an experience. Front desk ladies were also very kind, easy-going, and helpful
The design and deco of the hotel halls blew my mind despite the pricing being really reasonable. Sandra, Joan and Rose) were really helpful in the organising and planning of the wedding, I could not thank them enough
I cannot express in words how good I feel about making my decision to choose "Chateau-Louis" as the hotel to stay in while on my work trip to Edmonton. This is a family-run hotel and you actually feel like you're home
Also, our family and friends that stayed in the hotel for two nights to attend the wedding were impressed with hotel and my wife & I shared similar view having spent our first night after being married in the hotel

Edmonton, 16675 109 Avenue 🧭 Map
I live in hotels for 6 months a year for work, so a solid 3 with 4 in rooms and service is a pretty good rating from me. Breakfast looked great, but there were about 100 people at it so we decided to eat after check out
Located just off what I call Hotel row. Got in late and the air conditioner made noise all night. I asked for a refund in the AM and Paul did a great job to help us. Thanks Paul for caring about our stay
If you are lucky like I was and are greeted by Bennett at the front desk, then you are going to get the warmest sincere welcome and fantastic service!
The room was very clean and comfortable! The layout was great
2) The line up in the breakfast can be avoided if they organize the breakfast area better (people don't have to go back and forth for spoons, jams, toppings) and add another waffle maker
Rooms were nice and our stay was pleasant. Just a few recommendations:
1) The bed sizes of King were small compared to a regular King. We noticed this when we stayed in the 3rd floor
So, if you plan on enjoying the pool check to see if there are instructors there as you may have to play dodge the lesson. However, I have still marked this location as a favourite

Edmonton, 11145 87 Avenue 🧭 Map
The place was a great location. Not only the location was good but the room was clean and the staff helped out when needed. They messaged me before and after to see how my stay was
It is more of a building issue than the hotel itself, but the water temp in the shower can fluctuate either way for a few seconds during a shower so best to be aware
So having the good service and quiet space to go sleep was great
They were able to get me extra coffee packs for my room as I had requested no daily housekeeping for my stay. The fitness gym was well stocked with a variety of weights and was not too busy when I was there
The location is superb when conducting business at the hospital or at the university. My stay was a week long, and having a kitchen to prepare some meals helped save me some money instead of eating out
Proximity to U of A is excellent, easy walking distance to our daughter's residence/hospital/Jubilee Auditorium

Canterra Suites Hotel
Edmonton, 11010 Jasper Avenue 🧭 Map
It seems like a condo building being used as suites. A smart idea. The parking is bit of a hassle as it is located in Edmonton downtown. But the reception was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and good amenities!
We were looking forward to staying at the Canterra Suites because of the online description. Full kitchen, wifi, good location, etc
We were absolutely amazed when we walked in the door! Two large bedrooms, one with a beautiful en suite bathroom (the other was set up as an office), a large living room with a nice downtown view, and the biggest and most welcome surprise after many nights away from home was a washer and dryer in the room
The rooms are
modern, clean and the kitchen has pots, knives
and forks. There is a coffee maker, toaster and
Stainless, steel appliances. There are 2 baths
and Washer,Dryer,robes,iron
I hosted my best friend's bachelorette this past Saturday and we all had an amazing time in the 3 bedroom suite we booked
The location was terrific, right in the heart of downtown Edmonton with easy access to transit, restaurants and other attractions. It was also right next to a beautiful park and steps to a grocery store

The hotel was clean, amenities were great and the beds were comfy. The kids had a great time! What made this an excellent stay was the service we received from the staff
We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2024 and we got the Roman theme room. We love it! It has a huge Jacuzzi! Very nice! We were here just to visit Edmonton Mall and the hotel is connected to it
We were fine after getting our normal room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Convenience store said open 24 hours but isn't. Location is the best if you plan on just staying at the mall
We had already checked out, and chose to keep our bags with the hotel while we spent the day shopping and having fun with the kids
That's awesome! And thank you for letting us checked in early
A lot happened outside of the hotel's control. Beware of the theme rooms - we weren't supposed to be in one but had to for 1 night. There was a step ladder to get into bed and I ended up falling out

Edmonton, 18220 - 100 Avenue 🧭 Map
Overall it's an good hotel especially if you have children as there is a pool with a slide but without my kids I would probably choose to stay elsewhere
They have an awesome pool for kids!! 1 waterslide, a toddler water feature and a hot tub. The pool, while they say is heated, felt chilly. The pool is 1meter deep at max. My kids had an absolute BLAST there! Free wifi
After checking into a not-so-nice hotel, we stopped here at the Wingate in Edmonton and it was a life saver! The front staff are super personable and gave us the best rate possible for our two nights
My kids and I stayed 1 night here. Free breakfast was great and served until 10am. We had a king suite with jacuzzi tub and sofa bed. The shower stall was massive, perfect for 2 people
😉 The sofa bed was about a Double size. Very polite, but nothing that really made me think "wow!". They allow dogs, but you must book the appropriate room in advance for that. Lots of signage for indigenous support
Seriously surprised by just how family friendly this hotel is. The room was spacious, everything was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. My kids said the continental breakfast was “bussin”

They also have a fantastic little cafe downstairs I love to get cookies from (their brownies are so good ans moist)
Comfy beds, quiet room, and staff was very lovely. Bathroom was a decent size and showers were good. We were only there for one night, but overall it was a great location to walk to Rogers Place!
I stayed at the luxury suite and it had so much space and had a living room and dining room. It also had a great breakfast buffet and chop steakhouse was wonderful. But the views where to die for
The room was ok - it was clean but if feels like could use an update -Tv cabinet was a bit beat up , the mini fridge was missing a leg - so I had to prop a face cloth under it then it was good ( it was turned off when I checked in ) do I had to wait for it to get cold
Previously known as Sutton Place, the Sandman Suites is priced very competitively. When all Marriott properties were $250+, this property provided good respite. The rooms are clean and service is great
I found everyone who worked there to be top notch and they were always a pleasure to interact with. The hotel and my rooms were highly attractive. I found it to be most convenient to have a mall right across the street
