Edmonton, 10010 178 Street 🧭 Map
The Lounge is a very good spot to have a drink, dinner or just chill out and watch the game. The new menu gives a good variety of options and tastes very good
Reasonably priced, clean, well kept hotel. Fitness center is decent size, lots of different machines, a good dumbbell set, bright with a tv and lots of mirrors. Can't comment on the food as I never ate there
Service is probably the best feature at the lounge as Raj or Marilyn really look after your every need whatever that may be
included breakfast is really good! Cons: shower head is weirdly low. went to go eat in the restaurant and no one was there (ate in the lounge instead). they charge you if you want late check out
The rooms were comfortable and we'll serviced. Meals were good except for day 2 of our event when they basically recycled our lunch from the previous day
Room was very large. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Many access points into the various wings of rooms. Coffee at breakfast was very.good. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Great stay. Felt safe and a lot more secure compared to other hotels in Edmonton. Good pool and hot tub and a decent gym to get workouts in. I would stay here again! Thank you to the hotel staff 🙏🏽
A decent stay in the one bedroom suite. AC is user manageable and not restricted like some other chains, allowing you to control your sleep environment. The suite felt a little under furnished
We had a conference in the hotel, the cafe was really good and fair prices (for a hotel), the food was AMAZING, and the staff was very nice, helpful and efficient
We liked the unusual orientation of the bed and the spacious bathroom. The Aqua bar had excellent breakfast options and we felt spoiled for choice there
We were invited to a information gathering for medical devices for laryngectomy patients. The microphone went down and the staff fixed it immediately. The rooms where spotless as expected with every Marriot Hotel
Wow!! This hotel is outstanding!! Very pleasant service with all staff members making eye contact and smiling. No issues at check-in or check-out. The room was stunning in its cleanliness and full amenities

Edmonton, 17803 Stony Plain Road 🧭 Map
The bed was very comfortable and the room had clean linens and towels. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, and TV. The only thing missing was the microwave. Breakfast was included and very good
Overall a really good experience. Hotel rooms were nice and warm, though the Floorboards and hard-to-reach places could be cleaned better
Clean comfortable Rooms and people are nice but , this breakfast is crap. The sausage patties have a stale sort of taste , not good at all , the eggs are ok and the home fries are bland with no flavour
Cooked partially , put away and then steamed at another date. If u stay here then have yogurt and cereal etc. Shouldn't have to drown everything in ketchup to get it down
The food was very good for breakfast and it was a delight to find a washer and dryer near front desk so that I could get some laundry done. Rooms and bathrooms are very well kept
Shower had a lot of pressure and even robes were available. Keurig coffee machine available in the room as well. But the best part, was the breakfast. It was a pleasure to eat on real dishes and have coffee cups

Very central in downtown Edmonton. Service is good, and rooms are okay. Each room has a balcony which is a nice touch, but otherwise rooms are pretty standard albeit a bit dated
Favourite hotel I've stayed at in Edmonton so far. Great price and the room we had was amazing. We stayed in the King Suite which was quite large and roomy
Best hotel breakfast I've had to be honest, pool was awesome too. Lots of restraunts in walking distance and nice area to walk around with the legislative building right there
I missed his name but the manager working the front desk Saturday morning was terrific! Definitely will be returning soon!
It had a tub, balcony and dove brand toiletries. Breakfast was good and the fact that hot breakfast is included is awesome. No bacon though, just sausages
The A/C in the rooms is amazing. During a heat wave where temperatures were in the mid 30s, it stayed a cool 18 through the day and overnight. Room was clean and didn't look as run down as other people have mentioned

After checking into a not-so-nice hotel, we stopped here at the Wingate in Edmonton and it was a life saver! The front staff are super personable and gave us the best rate possible for our two nights
Breakfast was good. Always kept food filled.just wish there was more variety from day to day.
They have an awesome pool for kids!! 1 waterslide, a toddler water feature and a hot tub. The pool, while they say is heated, felt chilly. The pool is 1meter deep at max. My kids had an absolute BLAST there! Free wifi
😉 The sofa bed was about a Double size. Very polite, but nothing that really made me think "wow!". They allow dogs, but you must book the appropriate room in advance for that. Lots of signage for indigenous support
Seriously surprised by just how family friendly this hotel is. The room was spacious, everything was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. My kids said the continental breakfast was “bussin”
The room was good, the breakfast was standard continental, the service was better than expected, the slide was awesome for kids and the gym had free weights up to 40

Spacious king size room, large TV, big couch, comfortable bed, warm quilt & soft pillows ! Coffee maker, good size fridge. Upon check must ask for housekeeping service or you won’t get clean towels
We had a few challenges, in-room phone didn’t work, room service was challenging to order, but the staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help
The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic. The restaurant staff was lacking, but maybe because they were understaffed. We were on the 9th floor, and the view was beautiful. Housekeeping was good as well
Fairly new hotel close proximity to the Shaw conference center. Location of the hotel let’s just say don’t walk alone at night if your female. The hotel itself was excellent Hilton quality
We rented the meeting room for class, we also stayed at hotel room during class period. This is a new, modern, clean Hilton hotel. Overall, staff are very friendly and willing to help
Keep in mind, you have to request that your be cleaned

The hotel stay was good, however the parking lot left much to be desired. They offer underground parking but don't encourage it for smaller cars. I was driving quite a large vehicle and couldn't fit underground
The room was nice the a/c worked well. The breakfast was good.
After having stayed at this property and having beyond excellent service, my son and I returned to stay here again from May 24th - June 2nd
The breakfast is good atleast has more choices, spacious seating not so crowded
If you are in the West Edmonton area and you are looking for a comfortable, clean and welcoming place to lay your head look no further. We look very forward to staying at this property again in the future
The room was clean, the pool was great, and the breakfast offered lots of options. The breakfast staff was very helpful in answering questions about item ingredients due to allergies

The venue looked nice and clean and generally it had a pretty good vibe going on. With that said I didn't have an opportunity to look at the rooms but for a work meeting it was alright
If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. Hyatt Hotels in any town has quickly become my favorite chain to stay at for buisness or vacation
This Edmonton West location was awesome! Great service, large and clean rooms, easy parking, and found the price was perfect for what you get
Beautiful pool, relaxing lounge and a hot breakfast were also nice perks to the hotel
Our kids and I enjoyed the pool in the morning, too
This web site will compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for a long time

The L2 grill got rid of the buffet and their kids menu was not too kid friendly. Just look to eat out in the mall if trying to feed little kids. Finally we used valet parking. They were great especially when it was -30
We stayed here for 3 nights in September 2024 and we got the Roman theme room. We love it! It has a huge Jacuzzi! Very nice! We were here just to visit Edmonton Mall and the hotel is connected to it
That's awesome! And thank you for letting us checked in early
The jets/lights didn’t work in the tub and nobody followed up to assist. We were told we needed to purchase an adult pass for galaxy land to ride along with our toddler, however it turns out it wasn’t needed
It was a bit of a fight to have the charge refunded but they did do it, so thank you for that! The staff that worked room service were amazing, 10/10 friendly lovely people! Front desk not as much
Reaching the front desk from your room is near Impossible, you get put through a switch board of sorts and 9/10 times nobody at the front is available to take your call

Room was great, nice and clean. Front desk lady was very helpful. The best breakfast which was included ever. A repair was done in the ceiling on day two which left a coating of drywall dust through the room
Very comfortable, nice design, and a very good breakfast
My daughter and I stayed here last weekend and it was fabulous. Very clean, modern hotel with the best breakfast buffet ever (at no extra cost!). Family friendly and comfortable
A very good experience over all
The walls were a little thin so you could hear toilets flushing and sometimes people talking but that part didn’t bother us as people around us were quiet. The breakfast was the highlight for sure for us
The Matrix hotel is a great place to stay. I stayed for 3 nights and the service was amazing, the rooms were comfy and clean and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever had

First, Customer service is Excellent! Second, room appears clean, organized and glass shower doors with zero water spots. They have all toiletries except facial wash. So, you'll want to bring face cleanser
The rooms were quiet and when we asked for more towels we were always greeted with nothing but the best and happiest faces. The location is also so great! Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive
With spacious rooms, pet friendly and kitchenette, this is the only hotel we stay when visiting Edmonton. Free breakfast is also included. Overall an excellent place to stay
I was assistant manager of a well known hotel years ago and wasn't impressed so walked away from that job. This Staybridge Hotel in my opinion is Excellent in many ways
Sausage, Mexican egg burrito looking tacos and hot sauce, fresh waffles you can make, cereal, yogurt with a big variety of fresh fruits and oats, fresh hard boiled eggs, cubed potatoes, breads and bagels, banana breads and muffins, cream cheese, fresh apples and oranges, coffee and non caffeine as well, hot water for tea, milk, a variety of juices
Now that's a big big complimentary breakfast with Great Service with tables to sit at and enjoy the morning. Pool, workout room and free laundry service. One night stay and will most definitely come back

Came to stay in this Hilton Garden Inn in the west side/suburbs of Edmonton and was very pleased with the friendly service, room (Suite with King bed + pullout bed/sofa) and the simple yet good food served in the Garden Grille on the first floor
Room was clean and comfortable, and allowed us a good amount of room to stretch out. The Garden Grille was a nice place to have a breakfast (omelette, pancakes, etc
Plenty of free parking and easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, Canadian Tire, etc. Also a short drive to West Edmonton Mall. Looking forward to return stay
The hot tub had no pressure the pool was empty and the young man with the ponytail at the front desk couldn't care less about the guests and ourselves it almost seems like we were a burden to this young gentleman to have to do his job
And for the price of $150 room per night there little cereal and apple continental breakfast should have been free. Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and will use Hilton again in the future but not this one
com which states that this Hilton had bathrobes unfortunately explain to me by the front desk no Hilton provides bathrobes not that big of a deal but kind of a bummer

There is a great restaurant attached that is open until midnight during the week and 2:00am Friday and Saturday, but does not offer room service because it is not affiliated with the hotel
Staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful it was -34c out we couldn't get our van to start, and the staff went out of their way to help us first tried giving us a boost, when that didnt work they brought out a huge battery charger, we had the block heater, battery charger and a heater fan all trying to warm the engine it took six hours before we were able to get on our way
The rooms were large and comfortable, very clean and serviced nicely. Decent fitness area, pool and hot tub. However, the hot tub was not working for the week I was there
The new eatery and bar just opened. Went in for coffees and a breakfast, was blown away with awesome friendly staff! The kitchen staff are Pros at what they do
The ingredients and flavors from what was presented was above and beyond. Was given coffees to go! Will certainly comeback as we are repeat customers
Coffee mugs and wine glassed would be a nice addition to the room. The underground parking is a huge plus during the winter

I live in hotels for 6 months a year for work, so a solid 3 with 4 in rooms and service is a pretty good rating from me. Breakfast looked great, but there were about 100 people at it so we decided to eat after check out
I've stayed here 40-50 nights as well as many other hotels across Canada in the past year and this hotel has by far the best customer service, friendliest staff and cleanest rooms
Shout out to Paul who's always very attentive to details and always ready to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable ! The kitchenette which includes a fridge, microwave and dishwasher are really practical and I'm able to buy and make my own healthy food
Located just off what I call Hotel row. Got in late and the air conditioner made noise all night. I asked for a refund in the AM and Paul did a great job to help us. Thanks Paul for caring about our stay
The Home2 has been my second home on and off in the past 2 months because of my work. I have to say that service is absolutely beyond expectation and the staff pays special attention to my needs
Rooms are painted yellow which makes them seems older than they are. Nice curtain in our room to separate king bed from pullout

We received good quality daily housekeeping (a rarity post-pandemic). The included breakfast buffet was excellent, probably one of the best I’ve had included in a hotel room)
Also, the view from our room was spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in our room with a glass of wine looking at the views
Well managed and with a courteous staff. Our room was clean and well appointed. Our room faced away from Whyte avenue which made for a quiet experience
To their credit, they took the late checkout fee off the bill without prompting, but ideally for the next person staying here, they communicate so the cleaning staff knows which rooms have people who just wanted some more rest, and don’t make up times for things if you don’t actually know
From checkin, valet staff, breakfast staff, and happy hour everybody went out of their way to help. I'm from Florida and face colder temperature challenges. The staff provided two blankets to make sure I was warm
Maintenance worker knocks at 1030, not after noon, waits ~2 seconds and tries to enter the room before we can answer. Then hotel staff phone the room at 1130 to ask what time we will be leaving

The only good part of their booking here was that they were able to cancel for a refund and move to a better location
Depending on which side of the building you get, it can be very loud with sirens all night, but we request a room overlooking the parking lot to help with that. Beds are comfy and entire place is modern
Nice little pool and slide for the kids. No hot tub which would be ideal after a long day in the city. Great selection for breakfast
Clean entrance when you walk in, friendly front desk staff. Met some housekeepers in the hallways, they were friendly and welcoming. Room was meticulously clean and comfortable. The entire hotel was sparkling clean
The day after they left, there was an unfortunate situation that occurred in the plaza that resulted in "Trauma Scene" trucks to be parked all around the area. The location is becoming worse by the day
Unfortunately this was not a great decision and has left me weary about the validity of other reviews on Google when it comes to hotels

The breakfast was good however the server was not good, never even said good morning or brought me a menu I had to ask if there was a menu or only the option for buffet
Customer Service is beyond good here. Upgraded rooms, chocolate treat!! Very clean hotel. The Lounge is where it's at if you want to be treated like royalty. I would come back and stay at that hotel just because of him
Had a great stay at this hotel. Parts of it seemed older, but it was kept clean and neat. The staff were friendly. It was easy to get to, but not on a main road. The food was great. We will stay there again.
Edmonton is an underrated city. It's a fun city with full of surprises and beautiful people. I recommend this city to all of my friends and family!
However the hotel employees were very willing to open the door to the stairs to us which was lovely. But it is a lot nicer for pet owners to be on lower floors with access to stairs
Overall this hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant is a bit overpriced. I would stay here again however not with a pet. We were put on the 6th floor with a dog

It seems like a condo building being used as suites. A smart idea. The parking is bit of a hassle as it is located in Edmonton downtown. But the reception was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and good amenities!
We were looking forward to staying at the Canterra Suites because of the online description. Full kitchen, wifi, good location, etc
I hosted my best friend's bachelorette this past Saturday and we all had an amazing time in the 3 bedroom suite we booked
I would like to give Kristina, desk clerk, much appreciation for being informative, friendly and professional. The leather bench in living room, can be turned into a table,by lifting the top,I did not know
If you drive, there is parking, must register your vehicle. I highly recommend the Canterra,Modern, sleek, clean. The deposit will be returned, upon inspection of Suite. 4 business days via Mastercard

The place was a great location. Not only the location was good but the room was clean and the staff helped out when needed. They messaged me before and after to see how my stay was
It is more of a building issue than the hotel itself, but the water temp in the shower can fluctuate either way for a few seconds during a shower so best to be aware
So having the good service and quiet space to go sleep was great
Proximity to U of A is excellent, easy walking distance to our daughter's residence/hospital/Jubilee Auditorium
Also I double booked rooms and they called to confirm and gave me the lesser expensive room. I also was to drop off my bags and leave there until my check-in. My child was having an operation at the hospital
They were able to get me extra coffee packs for my room as I had requested no daily housekeeping for my stay. The fitness gym was well stocked with a variety of weights and was not too busy when I was there

The design and deco of the hotel halls blew my mind despite the pricing being really reasonable. Sandra, Joan and Rose) were really helpful in the organising and planning of the wedding, I could not thank them enough
It was just really nice and a welcome change from the same basic hotel rooms you'd find at a Best Western or Sandman. This felt more like an experience. Front desk ladies were also very kind, easy-going, and helpful
Also, our family and friends that stayed in the hotel for two nights to attend the wedding were impressed with hotel and my wife & I shared similar view having spent our first night after being married in the hotel
Great staff! So friendly The French lady who works at the bar down stairs is Absolutely amazing. I have worked in customer service for years and I was so impressed with her
She handled it like a champ! She is the reason I came back to stay the second time and will continue too!! Can’t remember her name but she’s amazing :) Keep it up
