Had a good trip. Pool and hot tub was the highlight

The only good things about this hotel is staff. Overall if you're looking for a place to stay a night then yes

I had a wonderful experience at Edmonton Hotel and Convention Centre. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable

Amber at the front desk was super accommodating and friendly. After a long drive this place felt super relaxing and out of the downtown core, so it felt pretty safe for our vehicles

The maid found some of our belongings and we quickly remembered and she had them for us, which was a lifesaver. I’ll only stay here if I come to Edmonton

Outdated furniture and filthy lounge chairs and furniture couches at the lobby. Seems like no one really cares to clean. No water available to purchase. I have to drive out and get water at Safeway grocery store

The design and deco of the hotel halls blew my mind despite the pricing being really reasonable. Sandra, Joan and Rose) were really helpful in the organising and planning of the wedding, I could not thank them enough

It was just really nice and a welcome change from the same basic hotel rooms you'd find at a Best Western or Sandman. This felt more like an experience. Front desk ladies were also very kind, easy-going, and helpful

Also, our family and friends that stayed in the hotel for two nights to attend the wedding were impressed with hotel and my wife & I shared similar view having spent our first night after being married in the hotel

Great staff! So friendly The French lady who works at the bar down stairs is Absolutely amazing. I have worked in customer service for years and I was so impressed with her

She handled it like a champ! She is the reason I came back to stay the second time and will continue too!! Can’t remember her name but she’s amazing :) Keep it up

I stayed twice and both times this lady was working her but off and still friendly !!!! She never slowed down and still always smiling and it was sooo busy

Good hotel for staying for a night or two. Breakfast is very good, free parking, clean, simple spaces. Small but fun pool space. Stayed with kids and it worked well for us.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Last year's experience was good, so we returned, but this time, the experience wasn't as good

The negative service review stems from the fact that on our departure morning, the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8:45 a. to ask what time we'd check out

I've stayed in many hotels, but this was the first time I'd encountered such a situation. We were supposed to leave before 11 a. This was incredibly unprofessional

The location of hotel is good and check in process is fairly easy. The location is convenient for those who are coming to University of Alberta and you can walk down to any university building

We booked a one bedroom suite at Campus Tower and it was perfect for our week stay. Having a small kitchen in the room was really convenient

Arriving late to check-in can sometimes feel like an imposition on the host/hostess. After making a reservation and letting them know we would be late, the host informed me that it would be fine

* When we arrived the host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and fully stocked with bathroom essentials, and hot drink supplies. Great hotel! We would definitely stay here again

This was an excellent place to stay!! A family member is in palliative care in a nearby hospital, and all the staff couldn't have been more professional, caring and helpful! The suite was very clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable! The hotel is close to a gracery store, and several restaurants

It seems like a condo building being used as suites. A smart idea. The parking is bit of a hassle as it is located in Edmonton downtown. But the reception was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and good amenities!

I booked a suite, the size was unexpected. The room is fully equipped and you can cook and wash your own food. The location is also very good, just a five-minute walk to the Corona subway station

This is the best place to stay in downtown Edmonton! I have stayed in many hotels in downtown, and I always come back to the Canterra Suites!

This was a perfect place for 2couples to stay with private and shared spaces. It was clean and comfortable and a good location. There is a kitchen do some meals can be prepared in the room

We had a good supply of amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy to locate hotel and it is close to all necessities

Overall it's an good hotel especially if you have children as there is a pool with a slide but without my kids I would probably choose to stay elsewhere

They have Dove products in the shower which is really nice because my skin doesn't feel dry when I get up in the morning, even with the A/C on. Complimentary breakfast was very nice, as some hotels tend to not offer it

Breakfast room was small, limited seating, felt crowded. . I was unable to enjoy the hot tub as their was another guest in it for more 6 hours. It seems that some guests were residing at hotel. My room was cute.

I'm not sure if I like this place. We could hear all the noise from the lobby. Kids running and adults talking. It was definitely not a quiet hotel. But the room is clean and spacious and the breakfast was great.

After checking into a not-so-nice hotel, we stopped here at the Wingate in Edmonton and it was a life saver! The front staff are super personable and gave us the best rate possible for our two nights

Comfy beds, quiet room, and staff was very lovely. Bathroom was a decent size and showers were good. We were only there for one night, but overall it was a great location to walk to Rogers Place!

The hotel is located in downtown, and you can park for free in the underground parking lot. The hotel decoration is quite old, and there are few sockets in the room. There is only one socket except in the bathroom

The room we were initially given was next to the equipment room, which was noisy at night. After reporting it to the front desk, we were moved to a larger suite on a similar floor

The cleaning is average, and the pillows are high, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. This is a rare chain hotel that does not even provide bottled water
