Where to stay in Edmonton

Pros: really large room. very clean. close to WEM. included breakfast is really good! Cons: shower head is weirdly low. went to go eat in the restaurant and no one was there (ate in the lounge instead). they charge you if you want late check out. place is large , so be prepared for a long walk to your room.

I stayed here for 5 nights and I enjoyed this hotel. The staff were really kind at the front desk. The girl that was there every morning was really nice. The only downfall is their restaurant. I ordered a pizza and a bowl of soup and it took over an hour. Other than that I did enjoy the stay and the rooms were comfortable.

Room was very large. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Many access points into the various wings of rooms. Coffee at breakfast was very.good. Staff very friendly and efficient.

The rooms were comfortable and have everything people expect ....but to get five stars, you have to have things people don't expect. For me, that was a DVD player. I brought DVDs with me in hopes there would be one, but there was not. The front desk staff was great and the free breakfast surpasses many other hotels in amount and quality. Parking was plentiful. We were staying here to visit family and friends. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Raj was especially friendly and made us feel very at ease. Rooms were clean and towels were fluffy. A decent stay in the one bedroom suite. AC is user manageable and not restricted like some other chains, allowing you to control your sleep environment. The suite felt a little under furnished. Small fridge and no place to really prepare food. No toaster etc. We were able to rest at least. And that's a plus.

Wow!! This hotel is outstanding!! Very pleasant service with all staff members making eye contact and smiling. No issues at check-in or check-out. The room was stunning in its cleanliness and full amenities. We liked the unusual orientation of the bed and the spacious bathroom. The Aqua bar had excellent breakfast options and we felt spoiled for choice there.

Clean comfortable Rooms and people are nice but , this breakfast is crap . The sausage patties have a stale sort of taste , not good at all , the eggs are ok and the home fries are bland with no flavour. Cooked partially , put away and then steamed at another date . The bed was very comfortable and the room had clean linens and towels. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, and TV. The only thing missing was the microwave. Awesome location, super close to everything we wanted to do and see. The pool was perfect for a toddler, probably would be a bit boring for older kids unless you bring pool toys. The gentleman at reception was the most helpful funny amazing character. He started our stay off making us feel welcome. The check in was great. The room was great, except for the tub, which was super slippery, and when showering, most of the water went through the spout instead of the shower head. The check out wasn't great. The attendant wasn't pleasant or professional. Just a tip make sure you get a printed receipt before you leave and that the proper name is on the billing. We payed nearly $250.00 for a jacuzzi suite here. The suite was nice and spacious but it really bothered me that the hotel did not have any bathrobes. What JACUZZI SUITE doesn't have bathrobes. The bar was cute and classy and the staff super friendly.

What you expect from a super 8. Nice location near to a major highway. The TV was not working and the manager was screaming at a homeless guy that was hiding in the emergency stairs but other than that, good. Denny's is right beside the hotel and it's a 24hours one. The breakfast was reasonable.

This is a nice hotel. We had a few challenges, in-room phone didn’t work, room service was challenging to order, but the staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help. The location is a little far to the east in downtown, but generally pretty convenient, especially if the weather is nice and you don’t mind walking.

Went here for a work function and as someone who does not drive this location is horrendous to reach on foot. The staff here were nice and kind. The venue looked nice and clean and generally it had a pretty good vibe going on. With that said I didn't have an opportunity to look at the rooms but for a work meeting it was alright.

Hotel room with accommodations was on the small side, but with only a double bed, there was plenty of room for me and my walker. The washroom could use better and more bar locations for safety...

Room was great, nice and clean. Private and quiet. Front desk lady was very helpful. The best breakfast which was included ever. Well done. A repair was done in the ceiling on day two which left a coating of drywall dust through the room. I should have said something. A very good experience over all.

We used to love it here! Great location, comfortable affordable rooms and a complimentary breakfast. Sadly they have since changed to all feather pillows ( allergies) and the mattresses seem more firm. Finally, customer service has slipped and you may be met with a, lets say less than professional staff member. It's been fun Stay bridge, but, we won't be staying again.

Great hotel, great staff. They have a pool and a gym. Free breakfast and Monday to Wednesday evening social from 5 to 7pm. The social event will give you one beer/wine ticket with unlimited snacks. Great clean hotel, close to WEM and great restaurants.

We booked here last weekends and staffs are great. But the the only thing is the pool area and hot tub were too strong of chlorine. We just stayed only 5 minutes. My kids skin and I started irritated and started to itched.

Staff was amazing!!! I travelled with my mom and 7 month baby and everyone was sooooo friendly and the food was fantastic!!

Alongside the hilton name I guess we had higher expectations. This hotel did not impress us at all. Although we were welcomed with friendly staff the rooms are very outdated and they could have been much cleaner. Our jacuzzi suite did not have robes and the tvs were small and were also in very awkward parts of the room. The breakfast could have been great if the chef wouldn't have majorly overcooked...

Bit of a late review, but our overall experience was great!! Check-in and out was smooth. The room looked and smelled clean, there were enough toiletries, and I appreciate the fridge and microwave being there (even if we didn't really use it, but good to know the next time we make a trip to Edmonton).
