Quality Inn West Edmonton

We stayed at this location from July 7 2024 to July 21 2024. Check in and check out were amazing. Customer service is amazing. People who are maintaining the hotel cleanliness are very friendly. The food was very good for breakfast and it was a delight to find a washer and dryer near front desk so that I could get some laundry done. Rooms and bathrooms are very well kept. Vending machines are to the left of the front desk! All around, its a 5 star from my husband and I and we'll be sure to book with your hotel next time! Many many thanks

The bed was very comfortable and the room had clean linens and towels. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, and TV. The only thing missing was the microwave. Breakfast was included and very good. Close to Westmall and surrounded by places to eat. The staff was very friendly. I recommend it!

Came here on a stopover on our road trip. First glances suggest that this place has seen its fair share of travellers, but what really WOW'd us was the service we got at the front desk, Ashley was her name.
She was very accommodating to our needs, we were 2 families travelling with 4 kids. Very attentive and able to offer us solutions when things were not quite what we had expected.
Great job Ashley, we wish we could give you more than 5 stars!

Obviously an older establishment, but don't let that change impact your decision to stay. The service was great, quick check in and out. The washer/dryer was affordable. The room (259) was very clean and spacious. We slept well. AC worked great. Shower had a lot of pressure and even robes were available. Keurig coffee machine available in the room as well. But the best part, was the breakfast. It was a pleasure to eat on real dishes and have coffee cups. Food Choices were the same as most Comfort Hotels, but it was hot, fresh and well attended to by staff. Thank you for the night of rest and hospitality.

The check in clerk was so friendly,; turned out it was the same lady that I booked through 10 or so days earlier which had been so very helpful. The stay was nice with comfortable beds & a very nice hot breakfast, all at an affordable rate! Thank-you. ... Will be staying there again in the future.

To be honest I was a little skeptical about the this stay. Everything was great, the breakfast was pretty decent, the room was clean and pretty well kept and the staff I connected with was also great. This was a Quality stay!

The inn staff was quite friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and replenished well for my stay. The heater was working well, and the curtains kept the room darkened so I could sleep in. The inn is situated near a road that is busy, but the noise from cars was minimal. The breakfast provided was okay enough....just some staples and some fruit with beverages.
