This hotel is popular with sports teams. The first time we were there it wasn't a problem (the teams were young women and weren't disruptive at all). On our most recent visit there was a huge group of volleyball players there. They were loud and disruptive in the halls, and particularly in the pool. We booked this hotel again this year because the kids really enjoyed the pool and slide. This time there were some very rowdy boys in the pool aggressively **spiking a volleyball**. We were afraid to go near them. The parents were sitting in the corner drinking. Then the kids went on to flagrantly and dangerously disregard the slide rules. I was afraid someone was going to get hurt. It was difficult to watch and the atmosphere was not good, so we left. I don't know what I would have expected the pool staff to do about this - I'm sure these people wouldn't have been receptive to being told they had to follow the pool rules. I did notice a security person telling a floor of people to stop congregating in their rooms as we went back up to our floor.

Aside from that the hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The beds weren't that comfortable - it seems like they updated the decor in this hotel but kept old mattresses. It's not super quiet - we heard a lot of thumping from the floor above us.

They also don't have a proper EV charger. There are outlets in the parking lot that you can plug your own charger into, but the ones we tried didn't work.

My kids loved the water slide and the pool. Both were warm. We needed 2 adjoining rooms and they were able to accommodate. Clean.
