Horrible customer service. They rip families off for not even using their services. I 1000% do not recommend using this motel.

Stood at front for check in for about 10 minutes before anybody came, was just about to call but they showed up.. room was not clean at all. Stains in the sheets and blankets and pillow cases (or maybe just dirty) stains on floors ... wires exposed at all outlets that were over full. Exposed cable wires... paper thin walls.. could hear people talk outside... could hear the people beside us... (their shower, talking, sneezing, xxx, tv..) beds were pretty hard, but doable I'm sure for some possibly comfortable for some.. I will say it's a very good chance I will not be back... but... price was cheapest as when looking for a room.... but as the saying goes.. you get what you pay for. Also when booking I guess it automatically put 2 people in which I didn't notice so had to pay extra as we had a 3rd person , even though it was the Same room . The guy working was semi pleasant and no we didn't bring up any of the issues to give chance to fix or not fix

Do not stay here. After a long day at the hospital due to family emergency we came in ready for rest, turned down our bed to find a bug- at first I gave benefit of the doubt and thought it was a small beetle. My husband accidentally dropped it and we couldn’t find it. We did a full inspection of the bed and saw no real signs. We thought maybe we were over thinking it and almost gave up. Then on the other bed, we saw another one and it was definitely a bed bug! It was big too! We took it in a cup to front desk and demanded a refund which was issued with no fight. We did noticed a towel rolled up along the bottom of the door across the hall- in retrospect, my guess would be fumigation. I hate complaining and leaving bad reviews, but I feel that we needed to warn travellers of this. After the stress of a family emergency, the last thing we needed was to find bed bugs. I need to say the front desk guy did not seem surprised either.

Do not know service dog laws. I got there and they immediately told me there was a 25$ “pet fee” (my service dog is medical equipment, NOT a pet) and then asked for a license and registration (does not exist in Ontario). Tried to show him my doctors note (all that is required) and the laws but ended up having to get the police involved to get a room. He was also incredibly rude to me the entire time, raising his voice, rolling his eyes at me, throwing his arms around. The room was fine, but that caused my disability to flair up.

i found a knife under my bed!! me and my friends got a room for a night, we checked in around 5 and left at around 7 for the night. when we initially checked in there were a few stains on towels and the sheets which we didn’t think too much about because that’s normal, however once we returned around 12:30 we closed our curtains to see a splattered stained all over. a few minutes later my friend found a stain on the floor by the bed, that part of the carpet was crunchy and discoloured, only to discover a ruler sized steak knife under our bed. when we found that we immediately went up to the desk and told them, we were quickly told that someone will deal with it in the morning. we were left to sleep in this room with this knife among other things. when we went to checkout in the morning the manager at the front did give us a refund which we appreciated however it was only a $40 compensation on a $300 room. it was bad service the employees treated us as if we were incompetent and the situation was being switched back onto us with the manager saying “you should have came in the first few hours you were here” they claimed it was because of new cleaning staff and they are not properly trained however if i can see the knife from a foot away, so should staff. do not recommend

This place was so gross!! DONT EVER STAY HERE!!! If I could give less then one star I would. There was only a top sheet on our bed, the couch was ripped in many places, there was mood in the fridge and it shocked me because it was half plugged in half not. The wallpaper was falling off and had been taped and pinned back in place. The toilet paper was the thinnest and cheapest I’ve ever seen and
front desk individuals were super rude when we told them.
