Hotel Le Chablis Cadillac

The room was very good and clean. The service was amazing and the guy was so cool! The big issue is the people booking a room… There is a lot of illegal activities going on there, a lot of weird men trying to approche us (me&my friend) we didn’t feel safe at all…

A bad experience overall. Don't waste your money on that place. Very expensive for what you get. The pictures on their website are far from what you'll have for a 200$/per night room.

There was a lot of things wrong lol
1: No hangers or hooks whatsoever for the hand and shower towel.
2: Bathroom window was open because it was broken (very nice with all the smog caused by the wildfires in Quebec right now)
3: Lights kept flickering, no bedside lamps, only 2 plugs to charge phones.
4: Smelled awful humidity in the room and smelled like someone peed on the bathroom floor.
5: included breakfast was cereals, toasts and cheap grocery store pastries.
6: They did not clean properly. Not sure they actually did the vaccum, the table was disgusting with black sticky dry powder, the box spring had brown spots and the next morning we noticed there was stained blood on the sheet ...

When we 1st arrived there, there was a woman at the reception saying she had ants in her bed.

We were supposed to stay 2 nights, the next morning we left.

Needless to say that I do NOT recommend this hotel and we will never go back!

Giving 2 stars just because the girl at the front desk during the day was very nice and it's close to Espace Vie Montréal (Olympic stadium, Biodôme, Insectarium, etc)

First, I think they found their manager in a cereal box because this oerson has zero customer service skill. They will lie to you to make you go away and then they wont honor their words. Be careful of scammers practices. Very rude lady over the phone, claiming she is the manager. Maybe changing the staff might help this hotel. Horrible experience.

I travel for work frequently and stay in hotels over half the year for the past decade. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The service here is terrible. The hotel staff will barge in the room all hours of the day and night. They don't have privacy signs for the door. The ongoing renovations don't allow you to sleep. I pre paid for 2 weeks and had to stay couple extra days and hotel staff barged in while I was sleeping to demand I pay. Asked if I could sleep few more hours before my shift and pay when I woke up but I had to pay then and there. Finally had enough and checked out and found a different hotel

Very expensive rooms ( 200$/night ) for not much worth out of it. The placement is great and close to a metro station but they are without breakfast even though still advertised.
We were told that cleaning of the rooms was mandatory but we stayed 3 nights and even after being asked when they could come and clean, nobody ever came.
When we called reception to notify them of this, the receptionist was extremely condescending and seemed like it was the end of the world. She did offer to send cleaning services but it was 6:30pm ( the 21st of July 2022 ) and by the time we got back and her attitude was absolutely horrendous. Compensation should be given at this point. We shall see.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel and we left with bedbugs and had to santize all our stuff. IT TOOK US SO LONG TO GET RID OF THEM. THEY WERE EVEN BITTING ME IN MY FACE !
We went out after our first night there and when we came back they locked us out of the room with all our stuff inside. It was crazy. When I went to speak to the front desk staff they were very rude about it.
Honestly, we were on a budget and that is why we even decided to go after reading the reviews. Believe the reviews on here!!!
The rooms are just as they show on the pictures and breakfast in the morning is good, the chef is extremely nice!
