I don't get why they are raising the prices so high for.. when There's nothing new in the room where it not relevated to be so expensive.. that's what I don't get. Why are they trying to compare their place to these high ends hotel when super 5 not a high ends hotel!!.. it a motel not a hotel. Big differences.

This was my first stay at Super 5 Inn. I arrived without any reservation. That was not an issue. I was met by a professional and friendly staff member. I was checked in quickly . The room was tidy, clean and smelled nice. This is a zero smoking Inn and the rule is enforced which I greatly appreciated. The room comes with a mini fridge and microwave, very convenient. The environment was quiet during my stay, no loud noises etc. My overall experience was very positive.

Great price and the Staff are friendly accommodating. The rooms furnishings are like new and the room itself was well isolated from the cold -20°C nights. Thank-you Super 5 Inn, you deserve a 5 star!

This hotel is the worst place in my life !
The doors are not closing safe and as the result I was robbed list night!
The staff dosent responsible for any help or support, the front office manager is always late for work and without him no one knows anything about the procedure.
No one has checked the cameras or at least helped with calling a police
Instead, the front office staff just know how to watch their phones all the time and be extremely rude and not helpful.

Very nice people working there, very down to earth. We were stuck in Toronto for an extra day due to a certain airline cancelling our flight at it was around 10 in the morning. We were tired and with an infant and lots of luggage. It was rough. They were nice enough to get a room ready for us and let us check in early because we literally had no where else to go. We waited in the lobby while the first vacated room got prepared for us. The attendant was on her way to work and got right to it. We stayed one night. Thanks again super 5!

Very friendly manager always welcoming ...Just make sure to ask for non-smoking if needed it seems rooms of non-smoking and smoking are mixed within the same floor some right next to each other. Other then this a great location rooms are clean and tidy. Good to where I need to go to and from work so convenient.

Very dirty. When my husband first arrived he had to clean the toilet seat because it was so dirty. There was someone's hair all over the top of the toilet and on the counter around the sink. When i pulled the sheets back, it looked like chocolate on the sheets among other food. I requested new ones and was told the sheets i had were clean, but they would be replaced. They were changed to sheets with large cigarette burns on them, but i was told they are clean. I don't recommend this place. Spend a little more and go elsewhere. Im quite certain the room i was given was not cleaned since the last guest. Disgusting!

I stay here usually 10-15 days out of the month , I advise you stay downstairs vs upstairs . Beside that it's comfy fridge microwave etc
