I came into Lethbridge with a U-Haul truck pulling a trailer. I called ahead and let them know, when I arrived they had put out pylons for me and made sure that a plug-in was ready and running so I could plug in our deep freeze. I had a very nice stay, quiet location, very comfortable bed, nice linen and comfy pillows, convenient mini fridge and coffee maker, and the coffee was surprisingly good. I slept great. Staff was courteous and helpful. Denny’s is right there, and had a good meal. Heated pool, very nice. Will go back again if I’m in Lethbridge.

Clean room, comfy pillows,decent linen, and good water pressure in the shower. The mini fridge and coffee maker were an added convenience. The complimentary coffee was actually quite tasty. The front desk service was helpful and courteous.

Stayed there while my mother was in the hospital so the location was very convenient and I would definitely recommend it. Sahil and his staff were knowledgeable and professional, as well as pleasant and accommodating towards any concerns or requests I had. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. This hotel is one of my favorites to stay at. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The workers are friendly and on top of things and they have a delicious restaurant downstairs. 10/10.

The hotel was nice and clean besides some dirty carpets. The room we stayed in was beautiful and the jacuzzi was awesome. The pool area was great with spa and waterside. The room was reasonably priced and check in and out was uneventful and pleasurable. The staff were great as well.

My company blocked out several rooms for the weekend at this hotel; it was fabulous. The pool was such a huge hit for all the kids (heck even the adults enjoyed every second we spent in there). It's an older hotel and feels like it. The room was small but clean, awkwardly placed outlets for plugging in devices made working less easy than it could be. The bathroom was half the size of the room and well appointed, I loved the little bee themed necessities. I didn't stay here, but I did attend a workshop and meeting in the conference center. Nice space, food for lunch was provided by LA chefs which are also on site there. Had sandwiches and a lobster bisque that was really good. Lots of convenient parking onsite. I think we will be back in 6 months for the next district meeting. Thanks!

$195 for the wrong room we were given. I expected something a bit better than that. Got in late and we were tired, wanted to just eat and relax so didn't complain. Firestone was amazing! Thank God it was good and made the trip worth it. Not sure I'll stay here again for that kind of money. But maybe if we had the correct room it might have been a better experience.

Clean, yet small rooms. Accommodating and friendly staff. The attached restaurant did a wonderful two meals for me and the conference room was beautiful (for a wedding)

Hotel was clean and efficiently run. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Has a gym and a pool with a hot tub, all of which was very cleaned and well stocked. Rooms are not very sound-proofed so can get quite loud during busy times, especially if room window is facing entrance/lobby. Attended a wedding while there which was beautifully decorated, with delicious food.

Unbelievably quiet hotel. Clean, comfortable, large, well laidout room with pleasant feeling bed and bath linens. Breakfast was good. Room had zero noise tranference. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants.

Overall the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lethbridge Alberta was a really great experience for our family. we had our four small children there and stayed in a suite. the kids really enjoyed the pool with the water slide but for some reason there was a problem with the lock on the door that I think the manager spent entirely too much time trying to fix. it really just needs to be left unlocked...

We stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi. It was a beautiful room. We enjoyed the texting service and thought the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean, except the tub created an odd coloured film when the jets were turned on. We loved the dishes in the kitchen.

Nice location. Pool and slide were a hit with both our son and myself. Great staff. Breakfast was about what you would expect. Room was clean and just what we needed after a long day on the road.

We were extremely pleased with our room and the service we experienced during our stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed a nice breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, and toast. The breakfast room attendant was friendly and attentive. We'll stay again when we visit Lethbridge and highly recommend the Ramada.

The service in this hotel was excellent. Although the hotel could use a bit of a face-lift the room was spacious and very clean. Decent for Lethbridge. One of the better hotels here for sure, except pretty much all hotels are on the busiest road in Lethbridge. (Mayor magrath) conveniently close to the strip club, within walking distance.

The thermostat was not working. Very hot during the night. Sink was not draining properly. The room was clean.

The hotel has the a good location, near to grocery shops and restaurants.

Enjoyed our night stay at the comfort inn, restaurants and Tim Hortons within walking distance. Pool was large and heated. Hot tub was nice! Continental breakfast was great, lots of options. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable rooms. Fan on air conditioner was always on high. Too cool and a bit noisy with fan on full blast.

The hotel did not mention that they do not have daily housekeeping. We asked for towels for our second day, but they did not take the dirty ones. The pool needs repairs as it is very old, the hottub was not hot. The second day we were there there was no towels in the pool area, and we could not find anyone to ask. On returning to our room the 2nd night, both of our key cards had stopped working....

Overall a good experience. The rooms were simple, Clean and did the trick. My only suggestion would be to wall mpunt the TV and move the microwave. Then the desk could be utilized for anyone staying for business. Otherwise it was great!

We reserved a room at the inn for Christmas so we could visit family near by and were pleased with the ease of location. Our room was acceptable and we were happy our dogs could be accommodated. The food from the restaurant was very good and it was a great value for what ordered. It was home made not processed. That was a bonus. Hotel was clean and definitely the best value in town. Beds were a bit firm and pillows weren’t terrific but we saved hundreds of dollars staying here for a rugby tournament as all other hotels were gouging with exorbitant fees. This property is clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. It's a basic inn with not a lot of amenities, but that's what makes the price point attractive. If you want a clean room for the night at a reasonable price, Knights Inn will do the trick nicely.

We stayed in Lethbridge for a sporting event. Check in was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast which included bagels, muffins, ceral, boiled eggs, fruit, coffee and juice plus we were able to make our own 🧇 waffles. Yum! The Check out was also easy. The room was clean, the only thing we didn't like was the squeaky floors. We would stay here again

I found the super 8 to be clean and comfortable and very affordable. Check in was a little slow because the hotel was unable to match the price on Booking. We had to wait for it to process first. We had an outside access as well as a hallway access on the main floor which made for easier unloading. The rug looked fairly new and I would have appreciated a mat for my dirty boots at the outside door....

Part of the Best Western group, Sure Stay are a great option for a great economical nights stay but still with the amenities and comforts you expect. Free breakfast has hot and cold options.

A gem in a small town! The restaurant and patio look amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful kids menu with lots of choices. I loved that they have local drink options - my husband really enjoyed the haskap cider and I had a strawberry mojito. The schnitzel was delicious and my husband had the indian express. We will absolutely be back soon!

Loved it. Only complaint is the way that you have to go to front desk in your swim suits to get someone at front desk to let you into the pool. Beds where comfortable, continental breakfast was great although my friend would have liked white bread for toast.

The front desk attendant could not follow directions. Our room was booked with personal credit card. We asked that it be billed on our company credit card upon check in. When we checked out it was still being billed incorrectly. It took over 20 minutes to check in. There was a long line up. The front desk attendant clearly required more training or additional staff.

Great value, great service, well appointed, quiet, spotless rooms. The 24 coffee bar always fresh and ready. The full breakfast is ample and very convenient as it is open until 10 am. Friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint is that king sized beds do not have the appropriate king sized pillows. Instead there are four mini pillows.

The hotel is in a convenient location (but then again, in Lethbridge you're never more than 10-15 minutes away from anything), and the free breakfast is great, starting at 6am. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. This is my go to stay when I’m in Lethbridge. The breakfast is passable but included with the room. I do appreciate that the TV system allows you to log into your streaming services. Not every hotel offers that yet.

The place reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Very off putting. The staff was courteous but I doubt I’d stay there again. It was an emergency situation. If I had more time I would have picked a much more desirable location and a place that matched my lifestyle.

The price of the rooms change at what seems like random i personally have spent from $156-$68 for the same room. I have found garbage and food under the beds and in the drawers almost everytime. The GM went out of her way to make the stay an absolutely perfect stay. It was simple, clean, decent wheelchair accessible room, with overhead tracks in both shower and bedroom. More then ample room for me to turn around in the bathroom in my very large powerchair. Comfortable bed, liked the fact no carpets. I will definitely stay there again.

Nothing to complain about the room not the staff more so that it is EXTREMELY noisy. If anything is going on in another room next to you, you can hear it all. The staff were friendly. The room was old and worn. Torn fabric on chairs no end tables. Tiny bed we think was a double but we paid for a queen. No toiletries, just soap. No sound barrier could hear talking, every thump and step above you.

This is an excellent little hotel— I had to book here as my usual place was filled up, and let me say I will definitely return. Check in service is located in the Ramada Hotel,staff were kind and made the process easy! The motel is dated. Don't let the pictures deter you . It is clean and has everything you need for a nights stay. Only thing you may want to bring with you is pillows . The beds are comfortable and the price is fantastic. The room was very old and had a “sewer ” smell. Batheroom old…no vanity. Pillows were awful…flat and old. Blankets were old.

I did not have a very good sleep as the pillows were soft and my neck sank into them even after I used the two extra pillows. The bed was not very comfortable either.

There is no lobby to register at the motel. Walked around the building a couple of times, had to wait for someone to leave their room and ask. The lobby is in the Ramada next door. Should mention it on the sign. Other than that the room was very confortable.
