This hotel is lovely. Stayed here for a conference and the reception we had in their ballroom was catered and all the food was delicious. Staff was wonderful especially Andrew at the front desk and Katie who is a server in the restaurant.

Good hotel for race weekend. Was fairly quiet. The bathroom door are barn slide style, which took a little to get used to. No breakfast with room. We had a race rate which made it a good value. Its in a great location. Parking out front can be difficult at times but there is lot of room out back

We were in town for a sports event. Lots of teams were staying so it was a bit noisy in the evening until the pool closed at 10. Really nice enclosed courtyard with pool and hot tub. Comfy beds. Our pet-friendly room (brought our doggo) was nice.

I came into Lethbridge with a U-Haul truck pulling a trailer. I called ahead and let them know, when I arrived they had put out pylons for me and made sure that a plug-in was ready and running so I could plug in our deep freeze. I had a very nice stay, quiet location, very comfortable bed, nice linen and comfy pillows, convenient mini fridge and coffee maker, and the coffee was surprisingly good. I slept great. Staff was courteous and helpful. Denny’s is right there, and had a good meal. Heated pool, very nice. Will go back again if I’m in Lethbridge.

Clean room, comfy pillows,decent linen, and good water pressure in the shower. The mini fridge and coffee maker were an added convenience. The complimentary coffee was actually quite tasty. The front desk service was helpful and courteous.

Stayed there while my mother was in the hospital so the location was very convenient and I would definitely recommend it. The hotel was nice and clean besides some dirty carpets. The room we stayed in was beautiful and the jacuzzi was awesome. The pool area was great with spa and waterside. The room was reasonably priced and check in and out was uneventful and pleasurable. The staff were great as well.

My company blocked out several rooms for the weekend at this hotel; it was fabulous. The pool was such a huge hit for all the kids (heck even the adults enjoyed every second we spent in there). Unbelievably quiet hotel. Clean, comfortable, large, well laidout room with pleasant feeling bed and bath linens. Breakfast was good. Room had zero noise tranference. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants.

Overall the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lethbridge Alberta was a really great experience for our family. we had our four small children there and stayed in a suite. the kids really enjoyed the pool with the water slide but for some reason there was a problem with the lock on the door that I think the manager spent entirely too much time trying to fix. it really just needs to be left unlocked...

We stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi. It was a beautiful room. We enjoyed the texting service and thought the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean, except the tub created an odd coloured film when the jets were turned on. We loved the dishes in the kitchen.

Nice location. Pool and slide were a hit with both our son and myself. Great staff. Breakfast was about what you would expect. Room was clean and just what we needed after a long day on the road.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Free breakfast buffet with a few options in the morning. The sound proofing could be improved, especially through the door to the hallway. The staff was very quick to respond to any noise complaints. All in all a good, affordable hotel.

The Best Western in Lethbridge is a great place to stay. The mint chocolates and bottles of water waiting for me in my lovely decorated room were a nice surprise. I've stayed here several times in the last year. The hotel is in a convenient location (but then again, in Lethbridge you're never more than 10-15 minutes away from anything), and the free breakfast is great, starting at 6am. The hotel is kept clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Be sure to verify that the air conditioning is working properly in your room. Mine would not cool the room...

Always clean and the staff is always friendly. This is my go to stay when I’m in Lethbridge. The breakfast is passable but included with the room. I do appreciate that the TV system allows you to log into your streaming services. Not every hotel offers that yet.

We stayed their overnight on June 10 for a wedding. very nice property. rooms are quite large and very clean. check in was a little slow due to computers being down, but not the fault of the staff. Breakfast was really good.

It's an older hotel and feels like it. The room was small but clean, awkwardly placed outlets for plugging in devices made working less easy than it could be. I didn't stay here, but I did attend a workshop and meeting in the conference center. Nice space, food for lunch was provided by LA chefs which are also on site there. Had sandwiches and a lobster bisque that was really good. Lots of convenient parking onsite. I think we will be back in 6 months for the next district meeting. Thanks!

$195 for the wrong room we were given. I expected something a bit better than that. Got in late and we were tired, wanted to just eat and relax so didn't complain. Firestone was amazing! Thank God it was good and made the trip worth it. Not sure I'll stay here again for that kind of money. But maybe if we had the correct room it might have been a better experience.

Hotel was clean and efficiently run. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Has a gym and a pool with a hot tub, all of which was very cleaned and well stocked. Rooms are not very sound-proofed so can get quite loud during busy times, especially if room window is facing entrance/lobby. Attended a wedding while there which was beautifully decorated, with delicious food.

Loved it. Only complaint is the way that you have to go to front desk in your swim suits to get someone at front desk to let you into the pool. Beds where comfortable, continental breakfast was great although my friend would have liked white bread for toast.

The front desk attendant could not follow directions. Our room was booked with personal credit card. We asked that it be billed on our company credit card upon check in. When we checked out it was still being billed incorrectly. It took over 20 minutes to check in. There was a long line up. The front desk attendant clearly required more training or additional staff.

Great value, great service, well appointed, quiet, spotless rooms. The 24 coffee bar always fresh and ready. The full breakfast is ample and very convenient as it is open until 10 am. Friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint is that king sized beds do not have the appropriate king sized pillows. Instead there are four mini pillows.

Corrina was very friendly and helpful, we came to visit friends in town for a wedding and she helped to make sure we had bottled water and coffee while we visited in Lobby. She even gave us wine glasses to enjoy a bottle of wine while we visited. A real asset to your hotel and we will make sure to recommend all family and friends to stay here when they visit.

Took my daughter and two of her friends there as a finish to her birthday weekend. The night and day attendance were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to please. This is one of the best places I have stayed in this year. Rooms were so clean, the bed is just bliss, slept so well every night. Bathroom had a bidet. TV channels were a bit limited but everything else was great. Continental breakfast in mornings was a nice surprise. All the staff we met were wonderful. Will return next time I work in town.

Decent for Lethbridge. One of the better hotels here for sure, except pretty much all hotels are on the busiest road in Lethbridge. (Mayor magrath) conveniently close to the strip club, within walking distance.

The thermostat was not working. Very hot during the night. Sink was not draining properly. The room was clean.

Stayed here last night in the big room. Quite inexpensive for what it is, and the giant jetted tub was a real treat. The breakfast included was Eggs Benedict - cooked to the standards of a fine Calgary restaurant, with authentic Hollandaise sauce. There was also a selection of tea available in the evening. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating. Altogether, a great experience.

We were caught in a storm in Raymond and the Gemstone was a warm, clean and very comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally friendly. Would recommend to friends and family.

We stayed here for a hockey tournament. The staff was very friendly, the hockey team had a blast in the pool. They had a boardroom for our pizza party. The decor is quaint grandma chic, but it is very clean and in very good repair. We were the only team that booked at this hotel, so it wasn’t overly noisy, and we had the whole floor to ourselves.

Preet went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. Customer service is excellent here. The rooms are hit and miss. I’ve had nice ones and not-so-nice. Location is great and close to everything you need.

The place reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Very off putting. The staff was courteous but I doubt I’d stay there again. It was an emergency situation. If I had more time I would have picked a much more desirable location and a place that matched my lifestyle.

The price of the rooms change at what seems like random i personally have spent from $156-$68 for the same room. I have found garbage and food under the beds and in the drawers almost everytime. I have been here the management is very judgemental and rude I have spoken with some of the staff and have been told that they are even worse to them. Assistant manager was extraordinarily helpful with the possibility of extending my stay. The night staff noticed I dropped some money and ensured it was returned to me in full.

It's a decent place for the cost, room and pool were clean. Included breakfast was basic, but fine. Walls were paper thin, could hear the family across the hall. There was black spots on the mattress so there could have once been bed-bugs 🤷‍♀️

Incredible greens, best I’ve played this year. Really the best overall condition of any Alberta course I’ve played this year. The GPS in the carts is helpful, only thing was the ads. Man, every time I looked at that screen for a yardage there was an ad I had to tap through. Every. Time.

Best golf course in the area by a mile. Much better tee time availability than the competitors, perfect pace of play, amazing conditions all the time. GPS carts are great. Practice facilities are the best around; range is off grass, practice bunkers, large practice green. Very friendly and welcoming staff in the pro shop. Food at the clubhouse is amazing. Would recommend this course to anyone.

We had our wedding at Paradise Canyon the other week. It was unbelievably nice. Brent and his team were amazing. They were able to accommodate for anything we asked or needed. They were able to mak all the food gluten free for my wife. And the lamb was amazing. I highly recommend thinking of using paradise canyon for any type of big event you may have. Its very peaceful there. Have not been to the restaurant would like to go there some time. I have heard great reviews about the sunday buffet.

We stayed in Lethbridge for a sporting event. Check in was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast which included bagels, muffins, ceral, boiled eggs, fruit, coffee and juice plus we were able to make our own 🧇 waffles. Yum! The Check out was also easy. The room was clean, the only thing we didn't like was the squeaky floors. We would stay here again

But one thing that set me off threw me for a loop, our hot water tank went we live in Lethbridge and so we figured we'd rent a cheaper hotel so we have a shower and everything. I found the super 8 to be clean and comfortable and very affordable. Check in was a little slow because the hotel was unable to match the price on Booking. We had to wait for it to process first. We had an outside access as well as a hallway access on the main floor which made for easier unloading. The rug looked fairly new and I would have appreciated a mat for my dirty boots at the outside door....

Big rooms, very clean, customer service was fantastic. Complimentary breakfast had alot of choices, fruit, waffles, toast, bagels, Oatmeal, yogurt,muffins and tea and coffee. Would definitely stay there again

We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was more than adequate. It was very small and older but it had everything we needed. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was a nice feature especially for the price. I would stay here again.

One thing I didn't like about the room I was in , it had a plush carpet and it makes it hard to use a wheelchair. It was supposed to be an accessible room .

Part of the Best Western group, Sure Stay are a great option for a great economical nights stay but still with the amenities and comforts you expect. Free breakfast has hot and cold options.

One of the smaller hotels I have visited but nice and clean with friendly staff. I was able to use my Best Western points for the stay so price was free.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was helpful, rooms clean and cost effective. Area was quiet yet close to all services. If you are just looking for a nice quiet place to use as a base as you visit Lethbridge this is the place for you. Recommend highly
