The staff were friendly. The room was old and worn. Torn fabric on chairs no end tables. Tiny bed we think was a double but we paid for a queen. No toiletries, just soap. No sound barrier could hear talking, every thump and step above you.

This is an excellent little hotel— I had to book here as my usual place was filled up, and let me say I will definitely return. There is a full complementary breakfast with hot and cold items, as well as a snack served around 7pm. Little touches like these go a long way for the customer experience. Good spot to stay while I was travelli g through. Well lit parking lot and fairly close to Starbucks for coffee in the morning. Indian restaurant next door is the best! Cleaning staff forgot to check the desk drawers as previous guests left their crack pipes behind...

Clean quiet and friendly staff! Wonderful water pressure and nice big windows to look out if you wish. Everything was very tidy and well kept and the Lady who owns it is amazing! She made my experience enjoyable. I would come here again

This property is clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. It's a basic inn with not a lot of amenities, but that's what makes the price point attractive. If you want a clean room for the night at a reasonable price, Knights Inn will do the trick nicely.

This is a great choice for a low cost stay. Everything works and is clean and up to date.The beds are newer and comfortable. The staff are friendly. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Beds were very uncomfortable though. Dated rooms and quite small. Their breakfast was toast and cereal.

Toilet has a bidet!!!! Bath is like a spa!! Water was so hot and blue, and tub was so deep, so long, so clean, and so comfortable. Room has EVERYthing!Check-in guy, Peter, was waiting for me as I arrived late, just before midnight. Super-cute. I felt so taken care of ❤️

Great motel for the price, great location, clean rooms, they are a bit small, but for 1 night it works out well. They are pet friendly. Friendly staff, quiet rooms.

This is one of the best places I have stayed in this year. Rooms were so clean, the bed is just bliss, slept so well every night. Bathroom had a bidet. TV channels were a bit limited but everything else was great. Continental breakfast in mornings was a nice surprise. All the staff we met were wonderful. Will return next time I work in town.

Clean and simple. Very nice fellow at the front desk upon arrival. I needed a kettle and extra towels and he gave to me no problem. The room was very small and the double bed was tiny. Served it’s purpose for one night and a good price.

This motel is my go to whenever I come to Lethbridge, and I come frequently to visit family.I've boasted about my sweet motel find to all of my other traveling family members since staying the first time! Ok so this is kinda of a hole in the wall I was freaking out and not to sure of it But for the price you really can't get any better The guy that works the front is really helpful and he was ready to help us when we came in needing 5 rooms and all side by side thank you for the help and rooms are as basic as you can get and clean The price is right for fast travel

Excellent stay. Devon S at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Ragbir the maintenance guy came up to me straight away when he saw me struggling to open my room cuz the keys didn't work, he went and got us new sets of card key. Great staff 👍 👏

Best motel in town , you have to check in at the reception of Ramada hotel adjacent to the motel. I’d recommend going with non-smoking rooms - if you prefer a good sleep. Also , it’s one of the cheapest place in lethbrdige for lodging at 75$ including tax. Hope that helps !

Rates r reasonable, but windows and doors let a lot of cold air in, beds were comfortable, and TV, Internet was excellent, nice to have a microwave and fridge was a plus, I would recommend it to my friends especially seniors.
