The floors in this hotel are beautiful with the atrium. The rooms are good with a tv and a fridge but no microwave. The service is very acomidatting no matter if you speak French or not
Breakfast is strictly continental (coffee, milk, juice, cereal, bagels, toasts, butter, cream cheese, jam, fruit) which is exactly what they offer in the Hotel description
The location is good but to get to some restaurants you have to cross a very large busy road. But there is a huge mall right near by and a metro station
The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop to go to Old Quebec. however the ride is kind of long is a pleasant one, so plan accordingly
The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, AC worked great during our 4 day 3 night stay
We really appreciated the receptionists super kind and helpful customer service

Caroline at reception was amazing to deal with she was able to upgrade my room to the executive suite upon arrival even though it was extremely busy. Rooms and all of the faciality's were great!
I also had to ask for clean towels after two nights stay and no room service and of course I brought them myself from reception
Location was great, pool area and gym were awesome. Undercover parking was a bonus.
We decided to spend our family vacation for Family Day in Quebec City and chose this hotel. Overall the room was great, bed was quite comfortable, room was clean and spacious
Also how can they take my card at arrival at not check right away if it worked! Internet TV does not work for 2 days and now reception is saying: we will call the technical services and will pass to you to resolve! What??? It is your hotel, your problem to check and resolve
We had reservation for 3 nights during christmas 2023, average rooms and in 3 days not even a single day room service attended and cleaned our room ( not sure if they were understaffed during holiday season), not something that we expected from a global brand

The room was super clean and great, Nespresso machine was clean and ready to make my day full of energy. The gentleman who worked at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful to guide us on where to visit
The restaurant was great, a gentleman was taking care of orders and reservations, I can't even say my coffee cup was left empty lol, he fill up my coffee cup once it was empty, and he gave great service to us, And also breakfast was very great and enough
This hotel is part of the hotel chain that I’m not a fan of but I was surprised by how nice our room was. I can put it in the same category as the Hilton and Marriott hotels
If you are visiting Quebec city and want to have a comfortable lux and fair-priced place to stay, you have to go to Best Western Premier
Breakfast which is also served at the hotel (not included) was just delicious. This is either a 4 or 5 star hotel
It's the second time I'm staying with the best Western hotels, and both times were amazing

We had a wonderful experience here. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staffs were amazing, they allowed us to early check in and handed the breakfast even during our early morning check out
Service overall was great and Manuel was extra amazing! Rooms are small but it was all I needed for a quick stay. Cafe next door also had very friendly staff and cute. Would recommend.
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Quebec city
Travelling across from Ontario previous hotels were twice the price and nowhere near as good, and with free parking! Recently renovated so very fresh and clean, reception staff are wonderful
Room was quite small but adequate, great for the price. A nice half hour walk into town
One downside to all was that there was no elevator so carrying luggage up and down the stairs was a bit difficult. You get a muffin, a juice box and a cheese and an apple packed in a bag for each guest

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave the amenities 4/5 was because the pool was not available but there was nothing advertising this fact when we booked
The hotel was clean. It has swimming pool and gym which we liked.
Easy checkin Clean rooms Good quality breakfast It is near highway and easy to access
It's very clean, tidy, safe and quiet. Definitely, I recommend it to a friend and family.
Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day
The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway

Comfortable stay, very friendly staff newly renovated. Worth the price. Highly recommended for a short layover.
Queen beds, nice room, bathroom isn’t as clean as it could me. Sink didn’t flush and (funny) the absolute weirdest shower temp handle!
Budget hotel. Very good for the price. Room is relatively clean. Close to restaurants and shopping center.
Hotel was under renovation !! check in was quick!! Parking was limited so we got free parking across the street in a gas station. the room was spacious, neat and clean
The only complaint was there was no toiletries provided!! Otherwise it was a good stay!

We lucked out big time by staying here. The city was great, the staff was excellent. Evelyne at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us taxis and telling us ideas to discover in the city
Roshan (I think was the manager) was very pleasant as well
We had asked the receptionist the night before to have it ready. I was so impressed and so happy to not deal with that. Thank you and we can’t wait to get back to this little pocket of peace !
Very nice hotel. Valet and doorman were not present to assist with luggage. Front desk were very friendly and provided wonderful recommendations!
Friendly and comfortable Everything was easily accessible by foot. This was a perfect location for our stay.
We paid for the next level up room because we saw that the photos of the room looked bright with two large windows but we were allocated a room with one window- not sure this was the standard room or not as upon checking the photo of the standard room, it gave us a visual match

Check in and out was a breeze, and luggage was taken to our room for us. The breakfast was a bonus, and more than enough to get us started on our day, with a few nice areas to sit in. The room was lovely, and quiet
I love this hotel in Quebec City. The service, rooms, linens…so much attention to details. I stay at this hotel every time I am in here. Steps from everything and the in house restaurant is delicious.
It was clear from the start that we chose the perfect hotel for our Quebec City stay! The staff, every one of the ladies, were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made our stay extra pleasant
The area was in the perfect location with everything walkable, and a wide choice of nearby restaurants and shopping options. We would for sure stay here again if we return to QC!
Great coffee machine with cappuccino & expresso with the breakfast that is included, which is a nice start to the day. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel
Location was excellent. Easy walk to vehicular to upper old city. Restaurant at hotel was excellent service, atmosphere, and food. Excellent restaurant right across street.

There are children in the pool engaging in prohibited activities (jumping in less than 2 meters deep water, sliding on the deck) so beware. The room has comfortable beds and a fridge
They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time
The hotel itself has some amenities like pool and gym but it's super basic and very small
We stayed 2 nights! The room was spotless and a good size. We had breakfast each morning and the service was exceptional, as was the food. Would highly recommend. It was nice having a location that wasn't too crowded.

The sink has no ring for a hand towel. The main bathroom light resembles an optometrist's exam light set directly into the mirror, blinding when eyes are dilated at night
The room unfortunately gave the feel of a beautiful person with botox, an historic hotel glued over in Ikea-inspired furniture. The front-desk host was quite nice. The toilettries were complete, including mouthwash
The shower has a great overhead and a removable wall head each which can be switched between, but the shower has a 40cm entrance-way that cannot be closed, so water and soap spray out
The TV is set into a large floor-to-ceiling block of furniture, double the width of the TV, creating a choke-point with the bed between the doorway and the rest of the room
Exposed wood is painted black. Such a shame for an historic building. The carpet is naturally a sponge for winter conditions
The king bed is squeezed in, a queen would have done just fine

Can you occasionally hear people waking in the hallway? Yes, but who cares? This place excels with the best hotel bed I have ever experienced
It's also perfectly in line with the highways and major roadways. Obviously you would be driving to this location and there are some fantastic locations nearby with plenty of restaurant options and other things to do
Also just to let the travelers with disabilities know it doesn't appear to be the perfect place if you have accessibility issues as I didn't notice any elevators but this hotel is only two floors
Small but definitely enjoyable. There isn't much to do around here so it has a low walking score in my opinion. But it helped the kids calm down and get to bed quickly
So if you are up on the top floor you would have to lug your luggage up the steps the good ol fashioned way. To the staff, thanks again for the wonderful stay
The staff are very friendly and helpful. But most importantly it's a good clean safe location offering great value

Quebec city is worthy of multiple visits, and this hotel is definitely the choice of my next stay, especially in winter season when daytime is short, so I could spend my time in the pool
My family stayed at this hotel on Aug. This is the first one of our eight-nights summer road trip, the best price/performance hotel among the eight. First of all I like the cleanliness of this hotel
Second the location is easy accessible with plenty parking space, and old Quebec city is easily accessible via Quebec-Levis Ferry. Third I think this is a great weekend getaway place because of the well maintained pool
Rooms are very very clean, pool and hot tub area was very pleasing and well accomodating, staff was polite and courteous, the only thing I think needs attention is shower water pressure was a bit low, but everyone has different personal preferences
Our room was far enough from the smoking rooms that you couldn't smell the smoke in our room. Room service was quick and friendly when we ordered a Cot to the room
Clean, modern, right off the highway and close to the convention centre. However, don't expect breathtaking views, as seen from the corner windows of my room.

The hotel is older but is much better than hotels in the Niagara Falls area. The pool and spa area make up for any short comings on its age. The rooms are a decent size with nice TVs
Beautiful lobby and pool area! Receptionists were very pleasant to work with. Prices were very reasonable for the area. Rooms need a lot of work, a lot. They are dated and have little bit of a musty smell
Has a nice swimming pool and spa. Its also close to a shopping mall that has a lot of amenities (bank, coffee shop, food court, car rental, etc). If you are looking or an overnight stay its a good option
The Location was good, just a 10 minute drive to old Quebec City which was nice. The pool was amazing there the only highlight of the whole hotel
A bit rude but the rest of the staff is very nice and helpful. Also really nice spa area, clean too and sooooo relaxing, the birds really add to the tropical ambiance they got there
If you want room cleaning tho you need to ask the night before because the lady at the front desk won’t want to help you with that unless you ask for it the night before

Excellent stay! The staff at this hotel were so kind, positive, and friendly. Check in set the tone for a good stay. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had
The staff were cheery and accommodating and we couldn’t have been more pleased by our experience. This hotel offers a 4 to 5 star stay in my view. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!
The front desk clerk who checked us in was very helpful and informative. Thanks Norbert for the great recommendation for dinner! The entire hotel was very clean and had a nice fresh smell
We were thrilled to get a suite with a king bed for $125 for the night. It was very clean with a wonderful amount of space and the bed was super comfortable
My husband and I got to the hotel moments before a couple of bus loads of tourists arrived but lucked out with a room as they had just had a cancellation
The front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! This is by far the nicest Comfort Inn we have stayed in and we highly recommend it!

A whimsical establishment, especially for those who appreciate the arts -- music & theatre. Warm, welcoming and bilingual reception. Healthy breakfast (@ nominal cost) to start your day on a positive note
Book your stay on their website for the best prices! I love this place
Room, bed, and bathroom were clean. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and bilingual. Price was good, comparable to the far less appealing budget alternative down the road, but for a much nicer motel
Several restaurants within walking distance which was nice. Some TLC needed (carpets really need cleaning for example, and some minor room repairs were needed as well) but no complaints for the price
Reasonable rates, clean, quiet and friendly staff. You can take the ferry to old Quebec
Do not go this hotel if you have a pet. They did not honor my booking which included my pet.

Beautiful cutest hotel! It was my favorite during our vacation in Canada! I love that it felt rustic yet chic. the room was super cozy i loved having a window really close to my bed it made it feel like I was in a home
A special shout-out to Pauline, thanks for making us feel so welcome. The breakfast-in-a-bag idea is a great concept. This was our second time here and won’t be our last
Also , I liked that they delivered your breakfast to your bedroom every morning they left it by our door so no need to rush downstairs for food Oh and I almost forgot they have the coolest mirror in their bathroom
Absolutely fantastic experience at des Coutellier. They were so considerate on everything. The room was clean and quiet, there was complementary breakfast, apples, coffee. the staff were very friendly and helpful
The location was also ideal, being close to the st. Lawrence River and most of the tourist attractions there. Old Quebec was a very scenic city and the stay at des Coutellier definitely enhanced our vacation!
They were extremely helpful with recommendations, calling taxis, provided us a map of the city's layout and highlighted places of interest. The morning continental was delicious and delivered on time

Great little hotel getaway with a nice balcony looking over the indoor pool. Cool concept. I will go back with the Family.
Cool Murphy beds for the 2nd bed, pretty comfy. Bathroom with glass doors, not practical. Needs more storing places for clothes inside the room. The brunch was delicious and 15$-20$ per adult
What a great surprise this hotel was. Fly in from Toronto to Quebec city and $16 taxi ride to this gem of a spot. Take an inside room overlooks the indoor garden area and wonderful restaurant
Rooms offer indoor patios to relax and listen to music. Wine on the patio and enjoying good food with great service
Two of us people came asked if we could order for party of 5 immediately (we need to leave the hotel as soon as possible) but they refused to take an order and said that we can do it only for when all 5 people would be here
We enjoined the evening there. Rooms were okay, but require upgrade. Dinner in restaurant was good (the ribs and seafood pasta were really good). Breakfast left the mixed feelings

I could spend all day just looking at all the old furniture. not a speck of dust anywhere. The breakfast was absolutely lovely 3 course, all homemade. And we made new friends with the other couples staying there
It is just what we had hoped for, although at first thought it might be farther from the old part of the town. In reality, it's only about 10 minute drive and parking is inexpensive and not hard to find downtown
Tons of gorgeous cut-glass and the breakfasts were both beautifully presented and delightful to partake of. Her bubbly persona is natural and sincere and her cooking expressed the same qualities
and this comes from fellow innkeepers, who truly understand how much work it takes to make this happen! Last not, but not least, the rates are a true bargain
grand old French-Chateau done over tastefully. Everything was immaculate that we saw - not a speck of dust anywhere
Book now, with no hesitations for some very happy memories of this beautiful old city!

The pool was average but the water was warm which made it very enjoyable. Customer service needs a little work but overall good hotel. I would visit again.
Also, has a swimming pool and includes a great bar attached within the hotel Connectivity options and access to stores and gas stations around
The staff was friendly The facilities were clean The rooms were spacious There were many tables I was very satisfied The bus stop was close so it was convenient to get around
It's like a motel, with plenty of free parking spaces. It's a bit far from downtown and you need to drive, but the price is really cheap. There is a large supermarket next to it, which is very convenient for shopping
Reception staff ok but nothing more. For lunch at 8.45 there were no more bagels and cheese. The sweeper should have come. Last thing for the brightness with the lights could be brighter. But I highly recommend it.
The quality of the bedding was very good and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. No elevator to the floor with the rooms. The internet was not reliable.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel! Steps from everything you’d want to see in Quebec City. It’s best to park underground at city hall, which is about a block away, but that’s really the only downside
This hotel is literally steps from the hotel Frontenac and every other place you'll want to visit. Bring rolling bags and park about 100 yards away at the hotel de ville. Can't say enough good things
One of our favorite hotels in Old Quebec. Clean updated rooms and close to everything, including great restaurants, municipal parking, and the lower shopping district
If you get a double queen room, ask for the top floor as the windows face the atrium and the light comes in from the top of the atrium so the room will be bright
Bring suitcases with wheels and you’ll be fine. The restaurant downstairs is also great. My wife had the best crème brûlée of her life there
Wow, this is a fantastic and affordable place to stay on a great, fun street right in the middle of all the attractions
