Nice view - my room was on the 12th. Coffee for sale in lobby in the morning ~$4. Many restaurant choices nearby, most with outdoor seating. Nice walk/bike paths very close by at Plains of Abraham

On a 35C day the pool was almost as hot as a hot tub so it was not refreshing. But it was very clean! Would definitely stay here again

The location of the hotel is reasonable, although it doesn't exactly sit at the heart of the city's bustling hub, and because it’s elevated location, walking up and down would be a bit challenging for those who don’t have exercising on their list! The rooms were above average, not bad at all, definitely would need a little touch of freshness

Love our room - it's romantic and cozy! But I'm really wish there was a dresser (we're here for 4 days and nowhere to put our clothes during our stay). Also wish there was more info about the surrounding area in the room

Nice spot with a great center courtyard. Located just outside the old city walls, this hotel is perfect. Rooms was a little small and congested for out group but otherwise, everything was great.

The room, bed, bathroom, and everything else was very clean and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were polite, and I was happy to find a Nespresso machine in the room.

Lots of great restaurants just around the corner and the Joan of Arc Garden across the street is stunning! Hotel is within walking distance of the Citadel, and all Old Town

Be prepared to walk back uphill (lots of hills!) Or stop by the Hotel Frontenac to catch a cab back up (that's what we did!) So much to see and do nearby

That was an amazing experience! The people no matter from the front desk or servers are so nice and friendly! I would love to stay there for next trip

It was close to Old Quebec, so it was great for sightseeing! The parking lot was underground, so my car didn't freeze on snowy days

The interior felt a little old, but the hot water came out well, so there was no inconvenience at all

On the bright side, the pool is excellent for kids, and there are extra clean towels available in the pool area's cabinet, eliminating the need to bring your own from the room

The mattresses were a bit dirty; sheets had holes. Housekeeping changed the towels and made the beds daily but didn't sweep the floors. I believe the hotel is doing its best

It also took 7 days before house keeping first attended my room after I asked the front desk. Don't get me wrong the staff are really nice but the service is terrible They are a 4 star hotel but not sure how they got it

It seems the hotel staff is striving to maintain cleanliness. There's an all-you-can-eat sushi place adjacent to the hotel, which is fantastic. The hotel is approximately a 15-minute drive from the downtown core

The room and the hotel in general is ok but a little bit overpriced for the quality. The fact that the blanket was super dirty gave me a really bad taste and I would not go back

I stayed there for a bit When I got there the sheets and especially the blanket smelled like sweat so they clearly didn't change the bed sheets

It was awesome to see a clean resort like this much better than what we see down south!! Cons: some of the arcade machines were broken or not in the best condition and the pool area gets really hot and humid during the day so it would be nice to have more meeting rooms open for activities where there’s AC on the third floor

We had easy access to arcade room, pool and bouncy house. Felt it was very safe for kids to roam freely amongst all the activities with kids ranging from 6 to 11. Perfect place for kids these ages, maybe not any older

Didn’t realize how busy it would be but extremely busy at the pool area. Had to find the right time when it was less busy but it was very nice. Definitely great for kids 10 and under

Try not to get a room by the pool as it can be very loud

This time, we got the room just next to the pool, which is a bonus for the kid. Although the pool is small, but it is quite warm. My kids love it. The location is really convenient.

We had a very good stay at Grand Times Hotel. It’s 25-30 minutes to Old Quebec city. Affordable and good service. Would totally recommend for a budget friendly vacation.

Spent 3 nights to visit Quebec city for the first time. Comfortable and clean, prompt service. Rooms are well equipped, had to ask for a corkscrew although wine glasses were already in the room

Great location very close for the old town. Arriving at the hotel is a bit stressful. No parking but the valet were really great

The 2 cons were (1) the water pressure isn't that great and it takes a while to stabilize the right water temperature (2) a few of the bath towels were like rags and coming apart

A very short but nice stay at the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. We went to the restaurant for dinner and had burgers and salad. Reasonably priced and delicious. The breakfast buffet was good.

We only stayed here one night but it was such a wonderful experience. The room was a great size with a beautiful view of the nearby church. The room was pretty big and even had a large desk behind the bed

Wonderful business hotel in a sleepy little town with nice cafes and places to eat nearby. The paid breakfast is not very good and I'd recommend going out to eat. Everything else is really great otherwise!

There was a cafe and chocolate shop that were easily walkable within just a minute or two. The staff were very friendly and courteous and check-in was smooth. Internet was fast and reliable

Rooms were quiet, very comfortable and very clean and look like they were redone relatively recently. Coffee and tea were provided in room, plus coffee in the lobby in the morning

The hotel was conveniently located very close to the transcanada highway. It was quiet and is in an area that felt very safe to walk in

I liked the fountain on the outside and the lion statues. The staff were bilingual and friendly. The pool looked big and nice but we didn't end up using it. We noticed the smell right away, a strong musty scent

There were soap dispensers with shampoo, body wash and conditioner. We didn't stay here for long but nobody cleaned our room and all dirty towels were left around. Their parking lot was pretty full on the weekend

The hotel is located close to numerous restaurants as well as a pretty large mall. Not very far from the old city, and quick access to Montmorency etc. Would be a great place to bring kids for sure

Convenient to the mall with the Mega Parc (an indoor amusement park) inside. Easy access from the highway but not so close that you could hear the noise from it.

We’ve stayed at the Times a few times in the past and decided to come spend a weekend. Unfortunately it was not as great as we remembered. The hotel and the rooms were nice but very dark

Nice large windows, stayed in the tower section and it had a great view of the city near by. The room was clean and had a remote for the fireplace/heater to keep the room extra warm

I read other reviews complaining about a coffee maker, I think the hotel reacted to them because I have a Nespresso maker with really nice mugs to use with it. The lady that checked me in was nice and very helpful

The wifi is terrible, I couldn't do anything, unfortunately breakfast is not included which is a shame coming from choice hotels, the room decor is not the best and, in my room, there was a lot of noise coming from the roof

The price is ok, I paid a higher rate because I did the booking from one day to the other

On the other hand, the rooms are spacious, super comfortable, and the staff is very quick and efficient, the check in and check out were really fast

What I didnt like was that, the room gets really hot and when I try to turn the A/C on and reduce the tempreture, it will work for 5minz and during that time, the room starts to cool off but then the AC turns off

It had an impressive layout , the back of the hotel was a beautiful open concept patio with lounge chairs galore and a great view of the golf course that was well kept along with a pool and sauna
