The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!
There is no shortage of restaurants, historic sights, festivals, and so much more that are right outside the front door of the Chateau
The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing
I’ve been wanting to visit since watching the Korean drama Goblin! What a gem, beautiful place with historic elements. Room is slightly on the smaller side. What I love most is the free activities that came with it
The hotel promptly sent a plumber to fix the issue and kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second issue deeply impacted our experience
She refilled his coffee but ignored me entirely, despite us both finishing at the same time. When I requested the bill, she acted as if she did not understand me and again responded only when my father spoke

Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime
We loved our stay at this Hilton location. The view from our room was great we were on the city side. The room was big and spacious with a great big stand up shower. Very quiet and the staff was very friendly
A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal
The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness
Excellent location and service. Closed to the downtown and attractions. Spacious room and bathroom area, however, the air conditioning was noisy in the evening.
Great service by the staff, always prompt to deliver our request wirh kindness. The 5days stay was very pleasant and best location for our need

Valet parking is great but it’s not 24h. Food at the restaurant was good. Bed was comfy, pool Was good and the hot tub (piss pool) was piss yellow and full of kids that shouldn’t be there
Spacious room with a fantastic view! Lovely pool and great restaurant.
Nice view - my room was on the 12th. Coffee for sale in lobby in the morning ~$4. Many restaurant choices nearby, most with outdoor seating. Nice walk/bike paths very close by at Plains of Abraham
Beautiful property, located in the heart of the city. Recently renovated facilities and rooms, staff are very friendly and always available to provide great recommendations to explore the city
Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes and attractions. Highly recommended for both business or leisure
Public bus stop close by as well

Love our room - it's romantic and cozy! But I'm really wish there was a dresser (we're here for 4 days and nowhere to put our clothes during our stay). Also wish there was more info about the surrounding area in the room
Nice spot with a great center courtyard. Located just outside the old city walls, this hotel is perfect. Rooms was a little small and congested for out group but otherwise, everything was great.
The room, bed, bathroom, and everything else was very clean and I was very satisfied. The front desk staff were polite, and I was happy to find a Nespresso machine in the room.
Lots of great restaurants just around the corner and the Joan of Arc Garden across the street is stunning! Hotel is within walking distance of the Citadel, and all Old Town
Be prepared to walk back uphill (lots of hills!) Or stop by the Hotel Frontenac to catch a cab back up (that's what we did!) So much to see and do nearby
That was an amazing experience! The people no matter from the front desk or servers are so nice and friendly! I would love to stay there for next trip

It was close to Old Quebec, so it was great for sightseeing! The parking lot was underground, so my car didn't freeze on snowy days
The interior felt a little old, but the hot water came out well, so there was no inconvenience at all
It was nice to stay, very convenient to old city.
Very satisfied, the windowsill view is perfect.
Service. 4 Food. 3+ Facilities look outdated
Room is a bit old but overall it is clean

Great place asked what type of messages we want and spa was good as well clean place good think is that there is a hotel as well!
Very nice spa ! Great atmosphere close to Quebec City
Nice hotel with modern rooms. It is a bit far from downtown, so not the best if this is your first visit to Quebec City. It is a good place for groups and events (weddings, team building, etc). Overall service was good.
Hotel was very clean and spacious, loved the therapeutic bathtub in our room which had air jets to massage. They even gave you a packet of bubble bath to enjoy
Great facial, they really took time to go over what was best for my skin. Friendly, and they accommodated us with little notice. Pretty little spot.
Hate to be a sour puss, but there are a few things that were a bit off. Breakfast buffet for 2 will set you back another 60$. Showering had intermittent hot water issues

Nice to have a pool and sauna after long days of walking. Didn't try Boulay restaurant, but the Cafe at the entrance had great pastries and coffee
Spent 3 nights to visit Quebec city for the first time. Comfortable and clean, prompt service. Rooms are well equipped, had to ask for a corkscrew although wine glasses were already in the room
This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for years
Wonderful location! It was an excellent experience!
You can walk from your place to anything you would want. Carl made our stay even better with being very helpful! A great porter to have
Great location very close for the old town. Arriving at the hotel is a bit stressful. No parking but the valet were really great

The pool was average but the water was warm which made it very enjoyable. Customer service needs a little work but overall good hotel. I would visit again.
Also, has a swimming pool and includes a great bar attached within the hotel Connectivity options and access to stores and gas stations around
The staff was friendly The facilities were clean The rooms were spacious There were many tables I was very satisfied The bus stop was close so it was convenient to get around
It's like a motel, with plenty of free parking spaces. It's a bit far from downtown and you need to drive, but the price is really cheap. There is a large supermarket next to it, which is very convenient for shopping
Reception staff ok but nothing more. For lunch at 8.45 there were no more bagels and cheese. The sweeper should have come. Last thing for the brightness with the lights could be brighter. But I highly recommend it.
The quality of the bedding was very good and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. No elevator to the floor with the rooms. The internet was not reliable.

Great service! Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed. 10 minutes drive to the Levis ferry to Old Quebec. Just off the highway. Had a great night sleep and a pet friendly room. Free breakfast, pool and exercise room.
Hotel was clean and well maintained, breakfast was excellent, wide selection of very food food, well stocked and fresh. Pool is on the small side but wasn't overly busy while we were there
The service was equally outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of. To top it all off, there’s an incredible Italian restaurant nearby that completely elevated my trip
The location is absolutely perfect — easy to find, close to major routes, and well-situated for both business and leisure travelers. The room was impeccable: spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out
The food was exceptional, with authentic flavors and a cozy atmosphere — the perfect complement to an already fantastic stay. For the value, Quality Suites Lévis simply cannot be beaten
We have stayed at this hotel before when heading to and from PEI / On vacations. Love the front desk staff and breakfast is very generous and tasty

We learned our way around quickly. All the employees were so nice and helpful. We are in the restaurant attached. We had the most delicious spaghetti. We left around 330am and had a cab waiting for us
We had asked the receptionist the night before to have it ready. I was so impressed and so happy to not deal with that. Thank you and we can’t wait to get back to this little pocket of peace !
Full review: we arrived around 2am. We were greeted and given a room key and in our room within a minute. A separate living room and another bedroom with a king bed
The views were amazing ! In all three nights , we never heard our neighbors and enjoyed the quietness. This hotel is extremely close ( in walking distance) to everything including stores, restaurants, and the castle
Service was FANTASTIC! And the hotel is well located. The only complaint I have is that they promise spectacular views, and the pictures on the website aren't representative of the view we had
Loved this hotel and all the features. A lot of lounging and working areas, wifi everywhere, and self-serve wine machines. Staff was helpful and thoughtful. Location is right in the heart of Old Quebec by the port

Close enough to take advantage of it but far enough to avoid touristy noise! The room itself was beautiful and had a great view (although you may need to shut the curtain more than you’d like for privacy’s sake, depending on the level of your room)
Extremely helpful! We had room 51 and it was like a treehouse. It looked out on the patio's tree branches. This room has the sink and clawfoot tub in the bedroom; the toilet and shower were in a separate little room
One thing I didn't like was the lack of countertop space. We put our toiletries on the chest of drawers. The hotel does have an elevator, which some older hotels do not have. And the buffet breakfast was delightful
The ambiance of the hotel and rooms matched with the elegance of the city. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being in the heart of the old city, I found the street noise to be almost non-existent
The daily provided breakfast was delicious with adequate seating in the dining area. If you’re visiting Quebec City for 1-3 nights with one other person, this is the place to stay
In addition to the staff, the facilities were clean and cozy (it gave me a home away from home feeling), and the location is just a stones throw away from the nearest bus stop

The first family suite we've stayed in that really felt like it was designed for young families - our kids loved the bunk beds while we loved a solid door between the living and sleeping areas so no light bleeds through
Stayed for 2 nights and definitely enjoyed our stay! Stayed in the urban king size room. Updated, clean, & professional. Gluten free bread option for breakfast. Detailed cleaning of our room
Rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-thought. Breakfast, despite charging a fee, was extremely delicious. Staff at the front desk were polite, helpful, and friendly. Laundry facilities were great as well
The breakfast was acceptable, even though I think a hot egg or omelet would have been better, but overall it was ok. The price was also acceptable for the quality of the room and the hotel
The only issue we encountered (other than no takeout after midnight! Not your fault!!) Was a bit of a wonky fridge that froze our carrots. It's an incredible spot at a brilliant rate
We spent our first honeymoon there and wanted to return to return for our second. Service excellent and treatment was amazing. We were treated as we mean something to the business

For the price and location, it was fine. The owner was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean (sheets/towels included). Some ware and tare. For a place to stay with no thrills, it's fine.
Affordable rates with excellent location. About 10 - 15 minute walk from Old Quebec. The stuff was very nice and helpful. There was only one common bathroom on our floor. There is outside parking only
A little bit of hassle with moving cars around. There is public parking across the street though, Overall we were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a tight budget
Location is unbeatable for what you pay

Great location, close to restaurants and shops and easy walking throughout the historic area of Old Quebec. The terrace on the upper floor is charming, peaceful and relaxing. It was a real pleasure to stay here
It was great! Be aware, if your room is on the second floor (actually third) you will have to go up two flights of stairs equalling 21 steps each. If there are mobility issues or large luggage it could be a problem
Really nice hotel. It seemed like every room was filled with lovely antique furniture. Location is quite central. The staff were very friendly too. On top of it all, it was quite affordable too. Great stay :)
Very very clean and beautifully decorated! The building is well maintained and quite old, which is apart of the charm! Due to this, rooms are very small but very unique. Great views and close to everything!
If you're looking for American-style hotel, then this is probably not for you. But if you want to feel like you're staying in Europe and/or like "boutique" hotels, then this might be it
This is such a charming little hotel in Old Quebec City. You feel as though you are stepping back in time when you are here, but with modern comfort

I visited this place with my friends, we had really amazing experiences. We loved their breakfast, it was short stay but I would definitely come back if I’ll be visiting Quebec again with my Family..❤️
But the rooms are very clean seems like its newly renovated. I love their bed not too soft not too hard good for my backaches. I appreciate the extra pillow and coffees inside the room
Also, another plus point for the breakfast they offer decent bf breads, bagels, cereals, freshfruits, waffles, sausage and manymore… I am definitely going back
Very cozy hotel, the price was very cheap however I have no complaints. Not far from downtown and National park. Overall it was a very good experience
Super clean. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are great. Recommended

My husband enjoyed the Nesspresso coffee. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived very late, around 11:00 pm, very hungry and tired
Excellent service from staff, very clean and good size rooms, with a central location that is easy to walk around the city!
The front desk checkin, bellmen, breakfast staff and cleaners were excellent. Professional and friendly staff.
Restaurants were closed at that time including room service at the hotel and this is something that I feel there’s room for improvement specially for a hotel of this caliber
The room is small but quite cozy with a very comfortable bed. The staff is helpful and cordial
Perfectly located in the center of the action. It was a delightful experience from our arrival until our departure, and the staff was consistently exceptional at taking care of us

They have juice and coffee machines that accessible at any time too. An indoor pool is there for the guests to enjoy
Went there with my family during the holidays and I loved it! The staffs were super welcoming and breakfast was included (though, I’d suggest to wake up early if you want to make sure to get a lunchbox-breakfast because when we checked out, we heard a couple asking for their breakfast, but they ran out of it sadly and it was only around 9:15 AM)
What a wonderful surprise not much to look at from outside BUT a splendid modern updated impressive interior and décor A super property for the price PLUS a terrific breakfast included. Will definitely stay here again??
Very friendly staff, super clean rooms and one of the most comfortable beds ever. Their unlimited coffee from the machine is delicious! The lunch box options also very yummy
The family suite was super spacious, but the pillow was a bit harder than my liking, other than that it was impeccable! I would come back there again!
And you can't go wrong with unlimited juice, included in your stay
