Its an amazing hotel, well located at heart of Quebec city, easy to roam around on all historic places from here by walk. Staff was caring and welcoming!
Only thing which I missed in this hotel was to explore something within the property, I have found that Swimming pool use to close by 9 only which I suggest should be open till 1 AM or atleast midnight if possible. I visited with a toddler, there...
We stayed at the Chateau Frontenac for the Evening of Darkness experience. Everything about our stay, from start to finish was exemplary. The reception clerk who greeted us, the server in the restaurant, the concierge - absolutely everyone was wonderful and so attentive. We enjoyed every minute of our experience. Sadly we were not there long enough to see much more of the city than the sights from...
The Frontenac is a grand hotel patterned after Europe's great hotels of yesteryear. If you overnight in Quebec City, you have to stay, at least the first time. It's an older hotel, but clean and majestic. The lobby can feel like a train station with tour groups gawking and people checking in & out. I was pleased to see public access is not restricted to those staying. But it did have a crowded...
Grand old Hotel right in the heart of old Quebec City.
This place is a step back in time to a more elegant era. There is no shortage of restaurants, historic sights, festivals, and so much more that are right outside the front door of the Chateau.
Loved our stay here.
The gentleman who helped us get our bags from the car to the lobby was lovely and helpful. I had ordered a vegan birthday cake, which was waiting for us upon arrival. It was beautiful and delicious! We arrived at the hotel with our large dog. We were thrilled at how welcomed we felt with our big guy. Our room was beautiful and, although it was listed as a room with a "city view", we were so excited...
AGAIN a great stay at this iconic hotel. Lucky enough to be on the gold floor where we received 1st class care from the very professional and interested staff. The breakfast was fantastic with something for everyone. The hotel was beautiful - still decorated with the Christmas trees. There is no other place that would compare to this in Quebec City. Be sure to do the tours when you come.

The amabilité of the personnel.
The only thing that was not appropriate for me was walking so far to get to our room because of my health problems.
Beautiful place, comfortable, with enough space in the room and the rest of the hotel. Good amenities. Very nice staff and always willing to help. Restaurant’s food was tasteful.
Great place asked what type of messages we want and spa was good as well clean place good think is that there is a hotel as well!
Great facial, they really took time to go over what was best for my skin. Friendly, and they accommodated us with little notice. Pretty little spot.
Hate to be a sour puss, but there are a few things that were a bit off. Parking is extra 15$. Breakfast buffet for 2 will set you back another 60$. Showering had intermittent hot water issues. Room was nice and clean. Staff is friendly. It may be just me, but I like to know upfront what things are going to cost.
Nice hotel with modern rooms. It is a bit far from downtown, so not the best if this is your first visit to Quebec City. It is a good place for groups and events (weddings, team building, etc). Overall service was good.

A great experience. Hotel delivers in the class that this beautiful city bestows on you. Service was great, staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms were beautifully appointed. Beds were very comfortable.
Facilities were nice and kept in good condition. Rooftop pool and sundeck were nice but fairly busy as weather was very hot.
The location was tremendous. Just outside the walls of the old city. Walking...
Its Hilton! So no need to say more!
The hotel is well equipped; play room, bar, ground-floor and top-floor restaurants, indoor swimming pool and gym! From that terms the hotel is amazing! With great room view! And its less than 10 mins away from the heart of Quebec City!
The room was missing flip-flops, toothbrush, water bottles etc.. these type of stuff which is normal to find in a room!
Service was...
Nice hotel. Nice room. Helpful.
Restaurant and pool hours both bit restrictive for such a big hotel. Breakfast seems pricey and miss less fancy free hot breakfasts at step down hotels for convenience and price.
Nice walk to old Quebec.
We loved our stay at this Hilton location. The view from our room was great we were on the city side. The room was big and spacious with a great big stand up shower. Very quiet and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was the size of the pool. We didn't use it as it was always packed. It would be nice if they had an evening adult swim.
Absolutely amazing hotel.
The lobby is beautiful and has lots of space for waiting or chilling, they have a little small shop inside the hotel as well. The location id great, its close to everything, and with 10 minutes of walking you can get to old Quebec. The rooms are amazing, we had a great view over the city, and the service was fast and good.
They have a pool, gym, restaurant, bar and a room...
The room had great views of the parliament. The windows was big offering unobstructed 180 degree views. If you pay $40 extra per person for the breakfast and happy hour until 10 pm for 23rd floor executive lounge you will get to see more beautiful views of the city. Breakfast in the lounge was OK not extraordinary but good enough to fill you up. You pay for the views. Staff was very nice. Especially...

The staff were very courteous. The location was perfect for walking in the Old City and Plains of Abraham.
There’s a lot of good things to say about this hotel: clean, modern rooms; friendly staff; reasonable rates. When there was a problem with our shower maintenance came right away and fixed it in 5 minutes. The fancy coffee machine in the lobby was fun, too The downsides are: the ATM in the lobby ripped me off (it said it dispenses $80 but only gave me $60) and the convenience store didn’t take US debit...
Love our room - it's romantic and cozy! But I'm really wish there was a dresser (we're here for 4 days and nowhere to put our clothes during our stay). Also wish there was more info about the surrounding area in the room. All staff have been amazing! Super friendly and multi- lingual. Lots of great restaurants just around the corner and the Joan of Arc Garden across the street is stunning! Hotel is...
Nice spot with a great center courtyard. Located just outside the old city walls, this hotel is perfect. Rooms was a little small and congested for out group but otherwise, everything was great.
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The location is perfect. We loved the valet that parked the cars. We had a discount for an electric car and they even charged it overnight. The city is very walkable and we could walk everywhere from our hotel. Loved the old luxury vibe that the hotel has. I loved their toiletries specially the soap. The service was great. Ah they have different elevators...
Stayed here during Rendezvous Canada. A perfect spot, close to the convention centre and close to all the other attractions for off-work hours. Room was perfect size, complete with a full desk to get some work done when not out and about.
We were on the fourth floor and I seemed to never hear a peep from anywhere - in the halls, above, below, beside. Slept extraordinarily well throughout the week...

We had a great experience at this hotel! Location was perfect, close to the old city and the skating rink next door was a nice perk. The staff was also great and we enjoyed time in the pool. There was even live music at the pool over the weekend! We’ll definitely stay here again.
The location was fantastic. We looked out our window to see the city gate and ice-skating rink. The kids loved the pool after our long days exploring the city. A very fancy hotel right between and a short walk from the Citadel, plains of Abraham, and old city. Parking on premises a huge plus. The beds were comfortable for even my picky spouse. The floors were a bit slippery. We didn't eat breakfast...
Quite a bit dated. Not a 4 star hotel. Great location. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Pool deck is dangerously slick.
If this hotel had updates it’d quickly become a top hotel.
This definitely is not a 4/5 star hotel. At best a high 2 or low 3 star. Small rooms, dirty carpets, and mediocre staff.
The parking downstairs is horrific. If you have a truck don't even bother. It takes 30 manoeuvres just to fit it under ground. Forget about it of you have an extended or HD truck. Don't risk it.
The location is superb so that's a plus. This could be a fantastic 5 star hotel...
Good concierge. Close to the old town. We had a great room. Hotel seems to cater for families, so expect kids in the halls and common areas. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. The pool and hot tub can be overrun by kids. One side of the building faces a busy street which is noisey. Overall a good spot and in a good location.
We loved a lot of things about this hotel. Great location. Very clean. No carpet (Big plus!!). Door separating bedroom and sitting area was a great feature. Restaurant was very good and our waiter was excellent. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Check in and valet assistance were wonderful. We drove a pick up truck, and the valet drove with us to the proper underground parking location.
Spent 3 nights to visit Quebec city for the first time. Comfortable and clean, prompt service. Rooms are well equipped, had to ask for a corkscrew although wine glasses were already in the room. Nice to have a pool and sauna after long days of walking. Didn't try Boulay restaurant, but the Cafe at the entrance had great pastries and coffee.
Great location very close for the old town. Arriving at the hotel is a bit stressful. No parking but the valet were really great. There are loads of stairs to get to the hotel which the valet helped with but it’s not ideal when you have heavy suitcases. Our room was lovely and we used the pool and gym as the weather was so bad. Staff very helpful. The hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays and there...
I have stayed in a few hotels in Quebec City, including the Frontenac. This is my favourite. It is elegant, modernised, well-laid out with large comfortable rooms. It is right on the edge of the most popular areas, so they are easy to access, without crowding your hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. We always use the valet parking, as we do not use our car while we are there.
It's elegance matches...
The people who worked here were very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable. Note that there is a long staircase to the lobby. Employees carried our luggage to and from the street for us, but if you have mobility issues this is probably not the hotel for you.
The Hotel Manoir Victoria was in an excellent location and very easy to find. The hotel staff were excellent and very welcoming. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. There was a large amount of space to store your clothes and suitcases which was another plus.

I wish we also had the breakfast included. That would have made it perfect. The location was pretty good.
The room was spcaious (Bestwestern Montreal's similar price room
is half of the size), and staff were kind. However, the location was not that ideal. Everything that we wanted to see as tourists was a bit far from the hotel. Unfortunately, on the way to the hotel didn't feel that safe to walk back at night.
Remember to use HotelDuIIy.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you will love it I'm sure!

We stayed 2 nights! The room was spotless and a good size. We had breakfast each morning and the service was exceptional, as was the food. Would highly recommend. It was nice having a location that wasn't too crowded.
The Best Western is located in central saint Roch. Within 5 minutes there are ample restaurants, bakeries, bars etc. You can walk up the hill to visit Old Quebec (Vieux Quebec) in 20 minutes or walk to river St Charles and limilioux as well. Great location and easy to get around by foot.
Parking at the hotel is expensive, so if you do not plan to use your car, find parking elsewhere for less $$$. Note...
We were out all day and used hotel for only 1 night of sleep. Booked an Express deal via Priceline and this is in the Old Quebec City Area but it seem like hotel is on the very edge of that area. Long uphill walks to attractions. Great Value but if u with kids Hilton or Delta will be a little closer.

Outstanding service and a charming, upscale property made for memorable experience. Our room featured spacious cedar lined closets, fabulous bath, and an outdoor terrace with spectacular views. Perfectly located in the center of the action. It was a delightful experience from our arrival until our departure, and the staff was consistently exceptional at taking care of us.
On of the best hotels in North America!
The best hotel in Quebec.
The service is really good, front desk are super nice!
Only con, I do not find any doorman during my stay.
Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel for max relaxation.
My wife and I did not want to leave this place. From the time we arrived and were greeted by the valet and front desk everyone provided first class, friendly service. Cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast outside on the deck was excellent. Servers in the restaurant were great, as was the food. You won’t leave hungry. We will definitely stay here again.
Fabulous hotel. Spent 4 nights here and would happily have stayed longer. Conveniently situated to explore all of Quebec on foot. Tastefully decorated, with loads of little pieces on display of items found on the hotel's site, as its history changed along with Quebec's. The people who work here are cheerful and create a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I arrived 9 hours late, around 1am, because...
Very comfortable, quiet room with very comfortable mattress and cotton linens. I liked its layout, the big bathroom with separate tub and shower, oversized towels, good toiletries. Staff was helpful getting us a room at 2am when we needed to stop for the night unexpectedly, and accommodating with a late checkout. Hotel was clean and well maintained, breakfast was excellent, wide selection of very food food, well stocked and fresh. Pool is on the small side but wasn't overly busy while we were there.
Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast had something for everyone. My only complaint was I could hear what sounded like pipes shaking off and on throughout the middle of the night. Will definitely stay again.
Great welcome at reception, superior room. Better instructions in both Fr and En for unusual TV system needed. Breakfast better than many other choice hotels.
Staff are super friendly and the rooms are very nice and big, we were happy to find a microwave in the room since we have a toddler! There is also a playroom near reception and a small pool. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and there is a coffee machine near reception that is available throughout the day!
This hotel is located in the most convenient location. We travel from Ontario to Nova Scotia and we enjoy the comfort of this hotel. It is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We travel with a small dog and they make a welcoming area in the room for her with a bed, dish and treats. We really appreciate the gesture especially after a long drive.
Very impressed with size of room and service. Front desk staff very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Great room at a reasonnable price. Not too far from downtown old quebec. Great coffee. Will go back for sure.
Nice little hotel . I noticed it serves a lot of working crews from CN and other business class travelers .
As for us , a family of 4 it offers a nice room with comfortable beds . Our room looked like it was recently renovated. And it was quite modern... Small but definitely enjoyable.
There isn't much to do around here so it has a low walking score in my opinion . But it helped the kids calm down...
Can you occasionally hear people waking in the hallway? Yes, but who cares? This place excels with the best hotel bed I have ever experienced. I slept through the night and woke up well rested and I wish I just could take that bed home.
The Room and bathroom were spotless. Bathroom has good lighting and strong water pressure in the rain shower.
Also the parking is free.
Clean and nice rooms, pet friendly and even offered a dog bed and 2 treats, would stay here again for sure
The environment is spotless and quiet. However, for the price, service, and attachments as a standard and expensive hotel should have, it doesn't have any of those services. So for travelers, I would recommend it if you are new to the city.
Modern hotel. Our room had a super comfortable bed, rainfall shower head in the bathroom and a Nespresso coffee maker with free coffee. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m driving to/from the east coast and Toronto.

Due to a error in the booking we had to move rooms. The last night rooms was situated next to the elevator, airco very noisy (you should check) and the shower starting dripping in the middle of the night. Cleanliness above all: please move the chairs to clean….

Service was FANTASTIC! And the hotel is well located. The only complaint I have is that they promise spectacular views, and the pictures on the website aren't representative of the view we had. I was in a suite, so I kind of expected the same view we saw on the website, but it was nowhere near that beautiful. Other than the view being a little underwhelming, the rest of my experience was good. The...
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We travel four to five times a year all over the world and I can easily say this hotel exceeded our expectations. It checked best on quietness, proximity to main attractions, walkable, amazing customer service, cleanliness, and the apples!!!!! Thank you everyone for making us feel welcomed and for making our trip a memorable one.
Loved this hotel and all the features. A lot of lounging and working areas, wifi everywhere, and self-serve wine machines. Staff was helpful and thoughtful. Location is right in the heart of Old Quebec by the port. Would want to come back.
Attention to details! Good lighting, comfortable bed, generous storage space with lots of drawers including next to the bed, ample shelves in the bathroom, free drinks in the lounge and water dispenser.
Full review: we arrived around 2am. We were greeted and given a room key and in our room within a minute. Fast and easy check in. Our room was huge. We loved this hotel! It’s location allowed us to park our car and walk to all the historic landmarks. (There is an unloading zone out front of the hotel, but parking services are in a parking garage about a one-two minute walk from the hotel itself).

I have been meaning to leave a review for just this Marriot hotel since late August 2023. I have to say they were the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever come across in any hotel. I usually credit management but applaud each staff member for pulling it all off. Thanks for a great stay
I travel all over the world for work. I only stay at Marriott properties. Some experiences are great, others, not.
I had a major issue with my room and the hotel was fully booked. Some how Jimmy at the front desk figured out a solution and saved the day.
I don’t write reviews. This is the first. Great work to Jimmy for finding a creative solution and saving our stay!!!
Hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect location near everything. Staff was awesome and friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and wait staff cordial. If we come back would 100% stay here again
This hotel was worthwhile. The location is everything, we would leave the hotel and would come across Xmas markets ten feet away from the lobby. Every penny was more than worth it. My friends and I stayed at this property for a night. This service from the front desk crew (esp. Jimmy) and the housekeeping crew made the experience great. They went above and beyond to help us and ensure we had a good time. The room was already incredibly clean and feels updated
Great location if you want to be close to the old town. Many options for eating and a parking garage right next to the hotel.
