The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely...
Shower was like stay in a motel. Have no dressing mirror. I was booked a gardern view. But we didn't get. Only one chair for the two people 's room. It's not worth for over AU$900 one night.
Amazing stay, the river view room was beautiful. The bed was comfy.
The facilities were comfortable, and most of the staff were professional and welcoming.
However, we encountered two concerning issues that I feel compelled to share.
Firstly, during a shower, my father was almost burned due to a water temperature malfunction. The hot water did not come for a long time, and when he turned the tap fully to hot, it locked in place and could not be turned off. The hotel...
I’ve been wanting to visit since watching the Korean drama Goblin!
What a gem, beautiful place with historic elements. Room is slightly on the smaller side.
What I love most is the free activities that came with it. We did the ferry tour to Levis and riedel wine tasting! A wonderful experience!

A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left...
Excellent location and service. Closed to the downtown and attractions. Spacious room and bathroom area, however, the air conditioning was noisy in the evening.
Great service by the staff, always prompt to deliver our request wirh kindness. The 5days stay was very pleasant and best location for our need. Our mom who celebrated her 65th birthday and retirement was very happy and moments were unforgettable.
Our plans to Quebec City by VIA rail arrives quite late at night so decided to stay at a major chain hotel where it’s easier to find the way. Hilton Quebec is just 5minutes drive from the VIA Rail Canada station, yet it’s on a steep hillside ( and it’s located right outside of the Old Quebec fort ), you will be climbing up and down the hills in order to go sightseeing the Old Quebec.

A cool shower is not what you want in the morning. No warm water yet alone hot. Disappointing!
We wanted to see old Quebec city and we chose this place by luck. What a great spot. Close to everything. Close to restaurants, shopping sightseeing it had it all.
Spacious room with a fantastic view! Lovely pool and great restaurant.
Excellent food at Ciel Bistro and night view of the city.below. Tripping hazard of square edged stone saddle at entry door to rooms on the 24th floor.
Basic room, very clean. Thin towels. Quiet. Nice view - my room was on the 12th. Small coffee maker in room. Coffee for sale in lobby in the morning ~$4. Many restaurant choices nearby, most with outdoor seating. Easy walk to Old City. Nice walk/bike paths very close by at Plains of Abraham. Public bus stop close by as well.
We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times it’s a bit outdated needs a face lift. The parking is horrible you better have a small car because those spots are very tight and your car will definitely get dinged. Valet parking is great but it’s not 24h. Food at the restaurant was good. Bed was comfy, pool
Was good and the hot tub (piss pool) was piss yellow and full of kids that shouldn’t be there.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, which is very noticeable as well as very much needed. The room are definitely dated and in need of a refresh. The hotel is located a few blocks outside the Old city walls, on top of the hill across from the legislature buildings. Service was accommodating during our stay. The only negatives were the old rooms and lack of noise buffering. We were able to hear our...
We stayed in the hotel during the last weekend of July/2023. The location is great, and we liked the hotel in overall. Our room was good, spacious and comfortable. There were a couple of errors during the cleaning services but nothing major. Example: one day they forgot to put back the bathroom mat. We used some face cloths and left them on the floor to be changed, and they weren’t. So, as I said,...
Great price and location right outside old Quebec. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were in good shape but the wallpaper was starting to come off in places.
Only issue was that the pool was too warm for us. On a 35C day the pool was almost as hot as a hot tub so it was not refreshing. But it was very clean! Would definitely stay here again.
If you stay here, be prepared for a bit of trek to your room! It’s a biggie! It's not in the city center, but it's okay. Just be aware parking will cost you a bit..
As a first impression, you feel it’s an expansive hotel with its sheer size - can be both a blessing and a curse! This grand scale does come with its fair share of walking, so guests who prefer to have everything within arm's reach might...
Rooms could use a refresher. My room had stains on carpet, shower head was at an odd angle and hard to use, bed was uncomfortable. Some staff were pleasant and some definitely made me feel like they didn't want me there. Outdoor pool was excellent. Overall was a bit disappointed.
Accommodations were nice - nothing fancy but comfortable. Service left something to be desired. Had to make multiple calls in order to have more towels brought to our room. Had room cleaned once during our stay (4 nights) and bathroom wasn't cleaned - only trash emptied and beds made. Front desk personnel were dismissive and not warm or welcoming. The room is large and cozy, parking is convenient, the hotel is full of red maples during the Maple Leaf Season, the price/performance ratio is very high, dinner is on the first floor of the hotel, the dishes are good and the service attitude is warm
I was surprised by the $30 resort fee and the $20 parking fee. I hadn't seen anything like that when I made the reservation.
The amabilité of the personnel.
The only thing that was not appropriate for me was walking so far to get to our room because of my health problems.
I loved the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The kids also loved the swimming pool and spa. The staff was friendly and I was very satisfied with the free fresh apples provided in the morning and the free snacks provided at the bar. My stay at Hotel Classique was simply fantastic! Impeccable service, cozy rooms, and a prime location made my trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!
Despite being visibly renovated, the hotel still appears somewhat run-down. Although we stayed in a renovated room, laminate floor, Murphy bed, and bathroom tiles were broken/chipped. The mattresses were a bit dirty; sheets had holes. Housekeeping changed the towels and made the beds daily but didn't sweep the floors. I believe the hotel is doing its best. Additionally, two cardio machines were out...
The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. However the massive construction will start promptly at 7am. Do not plan on any extra sleep.
I stayed there for a bit
When I got there the sheets and especially the blanket smelled like sweat so they clearly didn't change the bed sheets.
It also took 7 days before house keeping first attended my room after I asked the front desk. Don't get me wrong the staff are really nice but the service is terrible

Great hotel. Didn’t realize how busy it would be but extremely busy at the pool area. Had to find the right time when it was less busy but it was very nice. Definitely great for kids 10 and under. Try not to get a room by the pool as it can be very loud.
Family friendly but extremely busy. Hotel could use some updates. Our room door didn’t stay shut and they had to fix it upon our arrival. Better for kids under 8.
Overall great stay! Kids had a blast! We were lucky to get adjoining rooms no problem with a reservation a few weeks out which so many hotels offer but rarely do we get it so we were pleasantly surprised! Daughter LOVES this hotel. The activities are great. I am however wide awake at 3 am and havent slept a wink because of how terrible the beds are. (Same with my husband) I'm.debating putting up the Murphy beds and sleeping on floor tbh.

Great hotel experience as far as entertainment goes but they severely lack renovations and the beds are as hard as rocks. I’ve stayed in many hotels and I’ve never quite had a bed that uncomfortable. Wonderful location! It was an excellent experience!
Check in and valet assistance were wonderful. We drove a pick up truck, and the valet drove with us to the proper underground parking location.
Spent 3 nights to visit Quebec city for the first time. Comfortable and clean, prompt service. Rooms are well equipped, had to ask for a corkscrew although wine glasses were already in the room. Nice to have a pool and sauna after long days of walking. Didn't try Boulay restaurant, but the Cafe at the entrance had great pastries and coffee.

Very good hotel in Old Quebec. The room is small but quite cozy with a very comfortable bed. The staff is helpful and cordial. My only suggestion is for the $24 dollar breakfast to add some eggs options and not just to go bolied eggs, that would make it perfect.
