The room was clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly.
Went to Quebec City with the family on vacation. Booked 2 rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed our stay.
Loved the room, amazing and relaxing space. The breakfast had nothing hot in it though, would have been nice to have even boiled eggs. This is my only complaint otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here!
Very clean, modern, feels as if had just been renovated. We did have trouble finding parking spot because it was fully booked on holidays but the rest of the impressions and comfort overweight it.
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights over two separate stays over three weeks. Rooms were completely renovated and spotlessly clean. Both the bed and bedding were very comfortable Bathrooms were a good size, modern and properly equipped. I'm not sure if all rooms were completely renovated at the time of this review but may have been. They were still in progress in some areas of the hotel at the time...
It is a nice place. Very convenient location, near airport and restaurants. Free parking.

The hotel is nice, convenient and clean. we stayed in the suit. location is a little far, must have a car to enjoy the surrounding
Wonderful staff and an amazing room. We opted for a king bed with a fireplace and aren’t disappointed. The location is very close to everything, with most activities being about a 20 minute drive with light traffic. The breakfast buffet is great, as well.
Great hotel, rooms were big and well built, very clean very spacious and the staff is very attentive when needed. Parking was very convenient too. It had an impressive layout , the back of the hotel was a beautiful open concept patio with lounge chairs galore and a great view of the golf course that was well kept along with a pool and sauna. The only inconvenience I found about this place is that it...
This is the kind of hotel experience for a person who wants to be sway from the city, while still being in it! They have a fire pit that is good to sit by and meet new people. The staff were incredivly friendly and happy, they made the stay warm and welcome, I will certainly be going back
Great room for the price, we loved the spa section with thermal bath! Location is good for the price you pay, not too far from downtown. We went also to the restaurant Le Dijon downstairs for dinner and it was delicious!
Nice hotel. In need of some room upgrades. Carpets, sofas/chairs are just a few items that need upgrades. Customer service is a 5 star. Impressed with front desk, restuarant, and room service. Needs some maintenance on the Sauna as well as the jacuzzi jets needs some repairs due to low pressure. Overall my experience was satisfactory.

The floors in this hotel are beautiful with the atrium. The rooms are good with a tv and a fridge but no microwave. The service is very acomidatting no matter if you speak French or not. The location is good but to get to some restaurants you have to cross a very large busy road. But there is a huge mall right near by and a metro station.
Everything is nice from a smooth check in to the very nice and clean rooms. Free parking is a big plus! But breakfast needs some work, they do not serve tea and no protein options are available (eggs, etc)
The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop to go to Old Quebec...however the ride is kind of long is a pleasant one, so plan accordingly. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, AC worked great during our 4 day 3 night stay. Breakfast is strictly continental (coffee, milk, juice, cereal, bagels, toasts, butter, cream cheese, jam, fruit) which is exactly what they offer in the Hotel...
Hotel was clean, temperature was great, and bed was firm but comfortable. Very easy to find with 2 entrances. Quiet although the walls are thinner than other places but overall still not loud. Front desk staff was very friendly. Only downside was the breakfast. It was free but there was not a whole lot of options... good thing there was a McDonalds within walking distance for more variety. Final words...
Place looked much more stylized compared to other hotels but our first room reeked of a strange smell. Breakfast is also heavily limited and we found ourselves eating bread for most of our stay. But I would say it was a relatively satisfying experience since it was also nearby a lot of famous places in quebec!
Affordable and clean hotel without wall to wall carpet in rooms.

I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Quebec City as my Grandson was playing in the PeeWee International Hockey Tournament. Booked two rooms for part of the time and one for the rest of the tournament. One for my daughter and our two grandson's and the other for my wife and I, we needed to make a room upgrade and everything was seamless by the staff. Caroline at reception was amazing to deal with she...
We had reservation for 3 nights during christmas 2023, average rooms and in 3 days not even a single day room service attended and cleaned our room ( not sure if they were understaffed during holiday season), not something that we expected from a global brand. Staff seemed confused about providing bottled water free of cost, as some of the staff charged money and some gave away for free. Peaceful location...
2nd day of our stay, at 10:15pm we are asked to go right away to the reception with a credit card as the firts attempt at arrival did not work. How and why so urgent as it could have been made the next dat. Also how can they take my card at arrival at not check right away if it worked! Internet TV does not work for 2 days and now reception is saying: we will call the technical services and will pass...
I came here with my kids and my friends. The hotel was good, new amenities but the service was terrible. No room service whatsoever, had to ask for water bottles multiple times and in the end, I end up bringing them myself from reception. I also had to ask for clean towels after two nights stay and no room service and of course I brought them myself from reception. The hotel doesn’t offer a breakfast...

The room was comfortably appointed, bed was very nice as was the selection of pillows. Loved having the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel right in the shower. The location is excellent, close to lots of restaurants and an amazing patisserie just down the road, as it the aquarium. This hotel is part of the hotel chain that I’m not a fan of but I was surprised by how nice our room was. I can put it in the same category as the Hilton and Marriott hotels. Breakfast which is also served at the hotel (not included) was just delicious. This is either a 4 or 5 star hotel.
It's the second time I'm staying with the best Western hotels, and both times were amazing. If you are visiting Quebec city and want to have a comfortable lux and fair-priced place to stay, you have to go to Best Western Premier. The room was super clean and great, Nespresso machine was clean and ready to make my day full of energy. The gentleman who worked at the front desk was very welcoming and...
Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Good service. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Only one complaint, the fan in the bathroom was not working, so bathroom was very humid after showering.
The staff here are amazing. We asked for advice about visiting the old city. The wonderful lady gave us a map, told us the best place to park, and we ended up at a Christmas market. Back to the hotel... the rooms were very clean, and the pillows were fantastic. 10/10.
I've been looking for a place to rest where I'd feel comfortable and enjoy my stay even though I'm here only for a night and it's for work. But the clean rooms working A/C!! Ethernet cable for direct connection. I can see why I payed more and I don't regret it. Id rather pay around 200$ but id go over budget a bit for this type of experience. Breakfast is very affordable but I wish it was included

Pretty decent hotel for the price. Has a pool and gym. Free parking and wifi is great. We stayed in suite 303 and it was bigger than most rooms however it felt like the hotel needs restoration. We had a wonderful experience here. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staffs were amazing, they allowed us to early check in and handed the breakfast even during our early morning check out. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Quebec city.
Service overall was great and Manuel was extra amazing! Rooms are small but it was all I needed for a quick stay. Cafe next door also had very friendly staff and cute. Would recommend.
What a pleasant surprise. Travelling across from Ontario previous hotels were twice the price and nowhere near as good, and with free parking! Stayed here for one night travelling through on our roadtrip. Older, but clean rooms. Great location just off the highway and close to the Quebec-Levis ferry (10mins). Lots of parking which was convenient as we were traveling with a trailer. Mcdonald's and a gas station right across the street made for a quick start the next day.
Very convenient, clean and a great price. An excellent choice for an overnight on a long road trip. The rooms are dated and showing wear but well maintained. We would stay here again.
Good location just off the highway, staff was pretty friendly but that's where the positives end. While the rooms were clean they were very dated and worn. The washroom was narrow with the toilet reminiscent of a kindergarten bathroom, it sat extremely close to the floor making it very difficult to sit. TV is tiny, in the neighborhood of about 28".
Great location if you just need a bed to sleep in while driving through. We got there after midnight but still got a room. The room was clean also a little outworn. Have no reason to complain.
It is exactly what an older motel should be expected to be. It was clean, with very curtious staff. Continental breakfast is served until 0930. Older windows do not make for the best sound barriers. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Valet and doorman were not present to assist with luggage. Front desk were very friendly and provided wonderful recommendations!

This was an excellent hotel. We lucked out big time by staying here. The city was great, the staff was excellent. Evelyne at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us taxis and telling us ideas to discover in the city. Roshan (I think was the manager) was very pleasant as well. This was a great trip!
The quality of the fixtures and fittings, and the interior and decoration are a bit dated for the price of the room. There is heating pipework on the ceiling from the room above. We paid for the next level up room because we saw that the photos of the room looked bright with two large windows but we were allocated a room with one window- not...

I love this hotel in Quebec City. The service, rooms, linens…so much attention to details. I stay at this hotel every time I am in here. Steps from everything and the in house restaurant is delicious.
It was clear from the start that we chose the perfect hotel for our Quebec City stay! The staff, every one of the ladies, were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made our stay extra pleasant. I wish we also had the breakfast included. That would have made it perfect. The location was pretty good.
The room was spcaious (Bestwestern Montreal's similar price room is half of the size), and staff were kind. However, the location was not that ideal. Everything that we wanted to see as tourists was a bit far from the hotel. Unfortunately, on the way to the hotel didn't feel that safe to walk back at night.

This was worth the price. However, there are design flaws management should not have signed off on. The staircase is carpeted with the same schema as the hallway and my room, wall to wall, a striped black, grey and off white. Exposed wood is painted black. Such a shame for an historic building. The carpet is naturally a sponge for winter conditions. The shower has a great overhead and a removable wall...
Lovely and charming place to stay in the city. Right in the edge old Quebec and a close walk to many of the beautiful sights, shopping, and restaurants. The room was spacious and well appointed. Nice little hotel . I noticed it serves a lot of working crews from CN and other business class travelers . As for us , a family of 4 it offers a nice room with comfortable beds . Our room looked like it was recently renovated. And it was quite modern... Small but definitely enjoyable. There isn't much to do around here so it has a low walking score in my opinion . But it helped the kids calm down...
Can you occasionally hear people waking in the hallway? Yes, but who cares? This place excels with the best hotel bed I have ever experienced. I slept through the night and woke up well rested and I wish I just could take that bed home. The Room and bathroom were spotless. Bathroom has good lighting and strong water pressure in the rain shower. Also the parking is free.
Lovely room, crispy sheets, wonderful restaurant on-site. Great value for the price
Clean and nice rooms, pet friendly and even offered a dog bed and 2 treats, would stay here again for sure
The environment is spotless and quiet. However, for the price, service, and attachments as a standard and expensive hotel should have, it doesn't have any of those services. So for travelers, I would recommend it if you are new to the city.
