Ramada by Wyndham Revelstoke

We stayed here for the night last night June 9,2023. At first I noticed the hallway was a unkept (needed a vacuuming for sure) but I ignored it as it was after 11pm. Our room also needed a vacuum and the furniture looked scraped up. I was not impressed by the beds and am almost certain the bedding was not changed. The pillows on the bed smelled like oily hair and there was dirt and stains on both bed sheets and on one set of comforters (by the way you need zip up covers) the dirt on the one duvet was hidden under their accent throw. I wanted to call and ask for new bedding but my husband was tired and didn't want to deal with it as most hotels don't have housekeeping on staff. Thankfully i bring my own pillow and i switched duvets from the other bed. The sink was clogged and the shower curtain was stained up and gross. This is unacceptable, especially when you pay $250 a night. We won't be staying there again.

Hot tub down, one slow elevator for 4 floors causing lineups and using stairs with little kids, doors left open around the perimeter as we watched people not staying at the hotel use the pool and breakfast. Other than that the place was an average hotel with a decent “complementary” breakfast. The pool was nice and the water slide was a hit. Check in was slow. We spent 300 dollars on a room that I’d say was way over priced. Next time I will save money, get the same room and not have to take the stairs 4 floor’s. I will stay elsewhere and use the pool.
