Revelstoke, 2100 Oak Drive 🧭 Map
This place is an absolute dream. Dinner was amazing, service was fantastic, room was clean, location is amazing. 10/10 definitely returning. Breakfast buffet has room for improvement, but all in all, excellent experience.
Awesome hotel!! The room was spotless and tidy. The location was beautiful and private but also so close to the town that you are able to go and do stuff without any trouble. The house keepers and front desk people were so helpful and kind throughout the entire stay. Honestly the best hotel me and my family have ever stayed at. The price for the hotel was amazing especially because with their quality...
Was absolutely a beautiful place outside. The inside was just as nice when walking in .the room was clean and fresh with a king bed . . The view was superb. The restaurant food and service were fantastic. The patio had closed, but they allowed us to stay and enjoy the quiet . Instead of going inside . I would say this was a very relaxing, enjoyable 2 days. We will be back ..
After breaking down in Revelstoke we were forced to stay the night. The only room left in town was at the Coast Resort. While the cost was quite pricey we were given a 25% discount. Chelsea and Adam provided the best service with a complimentary ride down town and cookies brought to our room before bed. The restaurant has amazing views of the mountains and the food was great. Being served like this...
We have travelled from Victoria to Calgary twice in the past year for surgery on our dog. Picked them for our stopping point in both directions as listed as dog friendly. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Lots of dogs in and out each of our 4 stays. Staff are great, very accommodating and seem to genuinely like dogs. About a 10 minute drive into town centre. Great patio to sit and eat or...
This is one of my favorite places I've stayed in Revelstoke. The restaurant is fantastic, and the overall vibe of the hotel is great. Mt Begbie brewing is right down the road from the hotel which was also a bonus!

Amazing location. Staff friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms well appointed and bed really comfortable. Lift having an issue which created delays as accomodation booked out. Pool and hot bath AWESOME but noise from pool area every evening was a bit annoying.
The room was great. The staff were also kind. The rooms were obviously quality and condition for the price. But the resort's side facilities seemed to be less than expected. I think there was no special benefits to stay while staying there, except for the room and the pool
Nice hotel. Suite we had was clean and spacious. Had a bit of a musty odour as did the hallway of the hotel. Front desk clerk from England was very friendly. The concierge wasn’t as knowledgeable as I’d expect but very friendly. Pool and hot tubs are great. Should have a sign on pool bar to advertise when they’ll open. Overall had a great stay. Gorgeous views!!
Stayed in the Three Bedroom Suite which had a really good layout and great patio table on the deck for a relaxing breakfast. Great service and we enjoyed the outside hot tub and pool. The pool is great for kids as it's not too deep for the majority of it allowing for easier play.
My one complaint about the room was that the shower stalls are a bit tight and the shower handle style makes the situation...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sutton Place Hotel at Revelstoke and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The hotel itself is nestled in a picturesque location, providing a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and...
A very nice hotel with underground parking with charging plugs too for EVs. There is a welcome drink but no breakfast included. Rooms are good and spacious. Lot of facilities like heated outdoor pool and heated footpaths. Best for skying activities.

Beautiful hotel in a picture perfect, calm and remote setting with great views all around. Staff was friendly.
Spotless, spacious rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was good, my wife loved the waffle machines. We stayed a couple of nights to explore the area (mountain biking, hiking) and would have liked to stay a bit longer.
I wanted to make sure I left a review because after reading this resorts reviews I felt it was important. My husband and I came for one night on the way to banff and we were suppose to stay two nights in banff but we ended up cutting our banff trip short to return. We ended up getting the cutest pet friendly cabin that had a hot tub on the deck. We took advantage of the rental shop on site and rented...
The hotel is quite nice and very comfortable, but dated and needs a refresh. The rooms were nice. The grounds need some TLC, a little landscaping would go a long way. The location is great, even though it's a short drive out of town it's worth it. Overall we would stay again.
Beautiful, large rooms. Very friendly staff. Everything was clean and looked good. 4 stars because Hot tub was closed and the kitchen wasn't serving dinner. Which is a bummer when it's located so far away from Revelstoke proper.
We were really surprised how nice the rooms were and lodge in general. Rustic but super clean and huge room, with a fireplace. Staff was very accommodating big pool for my little guy was so perfect.
The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond for us during our stay. The rooms were clean and had a wide range of cooking utensils provided as well as a bbq. The private hot tub was the perfect way to unwind and relax after a big day out on the mountain. I have nothing negative to say about our stay and I can't wait to come back for another trip.

The Explorers Society Hotel
Revelstoke, 111 First Street W 🧭 Map
Our son has worked in a few hotels so we have to go check where he works. Passing through Revelstoke we had to experience Explorer's society hotel. Nice quaint rooms. Staff are exceptionally friendly and aim to please all of their customers. We were there for the ski season. They have great facilities that even include ski storage and boot drying racks . The rooms are a comfortable, the comp breakfast...
A great find. Staff was more than helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. From the details through out the hotel, you can tell that someone put a lot of time and effort executing their dream.
I am just passing through Revelstoke, but I think I would travel TO Revelstoke to stay at The Explorers Society. Beautifully designed and thoughtful accommodations! Warm, friendly and meticulously kept. There is so much care taken to every detail of the site and room, a 'boutique hotel' as it should be. Can't wait to come back!
Be sure to check out 'the boiler room' in the basement if it is open! A...

Clean rooms, however the hotel seems to have been designed with inadequate sound proofing on the road side. Very loud with the semi’s coming down/going up the hill all night if you are a light sleeper. AC unit appears to be on a motion sensor too, we couldn’t get the room to stay cool unless you cranked the temp down, then it became frigid.
We were driving to and from Tofino and stayed at the Ramada both in the way there and back. It is a nice hotel with a large breakfast. The service was very friendly. My only issue is the pool area is so hot and the chlorine in the pool is really strong so you can only stay in the area for short amounts of time. The water slide seems to be fun for all ages. The location is so easy and you are...
We had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious, the internet was fast, and the beds were comfortable. Plus the pillows were actually great (something most hotels can’t seem to get right.) The pool area was clean and towels were well stocked. And the waterslide was lots of fun for our teens. Highly recommend this hotel.
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. The door to the room was a bit loud and may have needed some adjustment, but it wants a big bother. It was a decent breakfast, and the pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded. Waterslide was super fast for adults, so some kids at the bottom in the pool were sometimes close to getting hit. The guest laundry was the cleanest...
Good continental breakfast - appreciated the couple of gluten free options and dairy alternative. Clean and comfy room with modern decor and a good view. The waterslide is fun! Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Room was clean, beds super comfy, hot tub was nice but could have been warmer. Great breakfast in the morning with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and so much more. Enjoyed our stay would stay again.

Great little spot with tidy rooms, amazingly friendly staff and convenient location if you want to walk to downtown and explore, eat, drink, etc. The ground floor rooms are pretty compact, but if you are needing more size they do have some larger ones above the office. Highly recommended 👍
Beware! All smart features have been disabled on their televisions. No YouTube, or any streaming apps of any kind.
The owner disabled these features and left us with cable TV. I'm not even kidding.
For $200 a night in 2024, I expect access to these common features.
Nice staff, clean rooms.
Accessible location with a parking spot. Very friendly staff, comfy beds, modern bathrooms. There is almost constant train noise, so it might not be the best location if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast selection can be improved but it wasn’t a big deal for us.
Reasonably priced rooms! The rooms were a tiny bit small but they were clean and modern. Well maintained rooms with car parking right in front of most rooms. The checkin experience was good! They provided grab and go breakfast and they have variety of drinks to offer throughout the day!
Quick check-in, exceptionally clean, and by far the comfiest mattresses and duvets I've slept on at any hotel/motel in the past year and a half. We spent a night in a single queen bedroom. The room was small, but incredibly functional with lots of storage available.
Breakfast is a hard boiled egg, yogurt, apple, and granola bar -- we didn't expect to have any food so it was a nice treat. Lobby space...
We had a great 4 day stay here. Newly renovated and clean, very nice people and centrally located. We were not expecting much as just staying to ski Revelstoke and we were delightfully surprised. Would certainly stay here again and recommend.

A pretty decent place with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the place smelled clean overall. Good breakfast. Easy check in and out.
I felt good staying for two nights at this place. Wish the pool hrs were longer. I would recommend this place if you are looking somewhere nice with a good price.
First time staying here. Friendly and helpful staff. Appreciate the Clean, smell good beddings and comfortable sleep and stay in the room with mountain view 🙏🏻 keep it up . Light Breakfast was included. Everything is close by and walking distance. Activities are drive away too. We felt safe too. 😊 thanks 🙏🏻
My husband and I spent a night here and found the room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety. I left a piece of jewelry behind and it was mailed to me with no cost.
Overall a good stay for the price. The hot tub was under maintenance but the small pool was fun for the kids. Our room was great for our family having 3 beds. The breakfast was good, I just wish there were some more gluten free options for myself. The rest of my family was able to eat well though.
The problem only lies with the pool /hot tub. Hot tub is only Luke warm and the pool has so much green slime all the way around the bottom of pool. About 3" wide. Hotel dumped so much bleach in pools that your eyes burned entering the pool area. So nasty 🤧
I stayed here first time for weekend it was great service and beautiful room. Very clean like extremely clean. Very nice small breakfast and close to timmies and Dennys. Both times were excellent in all ways. Look forward to my next stay.

the hotel is clean, has two hottubs, located near the river path - nice to walk the dogs. it is also dog-friendly. rooms are spacious, a decent breakfast. the staff was nice
We have stayed at Days inn the last three times we were in Revelstoke with our dog. The hotel is a little older but overall it's comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly, everything was working properly, , equipped with outdoor and indoor hot tubs, 5min of driving away from downtown. The price is not bad per night so I am mostly satisfied about our stay here and would definitely stay again. The...
This is a bit of a conflicted review. We were there for several weeks for work, and overall decent. Great hot tubs, nice rooms, very average continental breakfast. We had ongoing issues with refrigeration that cost us a LOT of money and prep time that in my
Opinion was not dealt with adequately by management. I also had a very negative ( and chilly) experience getting locked out because my room key...
You need a clean place to sleep for the night? This is just the ticket. Nothing fancy here. Very comfortable beds, everybody really liked them! It's got good A/C, enough curtains to black out everything if you want to sleep in and despite the train being just on the other side of the building, didn't hear anything all night.
The breakfast is simple but functional, it'll get you going for the day. I...
Comfortable bed, nice sized room, and nice hot tub. Breakfast was a bit carb heavy and the bathroom was quite cramped. But overall an enjoyable stay.
Nothing too special or fancy, which is what you want to sometimes when travelling. It's clean, staff are welcoming, the indoor and outdoor hot tubs are in good condition and large. Location is convenient if visiting for a ski trip, only a 5 minute drive to the city centre where there are lots of restaurants. Happy with my stay.
