Nice hotel. Suite we had was clean and spacious. Had a bit of a musty odour as did the hallway of the hotel. Front desk clerk from England was very friendly. The concierge wasn’t as knowledgeable as I’d expect but very friendly. Pool and hot tubs are great. Should have a sign on pool bar to advertise when they’ll open. Overall had a great stay. Gorgeous views!!

Amazing location. Staff friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms well appointed and bed really comfortable. Lift having an issue which created delays as accomodation booked out. Pool and hot bath AWESOME but noise from pool area every evening was a bit annoying.

The room was great. The staff were also kind. The rooms were obviously quality and condition for the price. But the resort's side facilities seemed to be less than expected. I think there was no special benefits to stay while staying there, except for the room and the pool

Stayed in the Three Bedroom Suite which had a really good layout and great patio table on the deck for a relaxing breakfast. Great service and we enjoyed the outside hot tub and pool. The pool is great for kids as it's not too deep for the majority of it allowing for easier play.
My one complaint about the room was that the shower stalls are a bit tight and the shower handle style makes the situation worse as it is easy to bump and mess up the temperature setting. Personally I'd toss the tub in one of the bathrooms as it causes the issue.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sutton Place Hotel at Revelstoke and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The hotel itself is nestled in a picturesque location, providing a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail and the rustic yet luxurious decor that perfectly complemented the mountain ambiance. The cozy bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and waking up to the breathtaking mountain from my window was truly magical. The resort's amenities were outstanding. The indoor pool provided a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the mountains.

Room was equipped with kitchenette that allows us to cook simple meals at ease. The hotel is literally right infront of the gondola and view is amazing. We were able to relax and chill at the balcony with our friends and room was big enough to accommodate many people. The bathroom was amazing, the hotel provided us fresh towels and small complimentary mini size shampoo and body wash. And let's not forget that they even provided us makeup wipe as well!
Just one thing that wasn't satisfied was that our room wasn't tidied by the time we came back around 4pm. Though our friends were still in the room till 9am but tried to call customer service several times to have the room cleaned.
But overall its a pretty good place to stay.

A very nice hotel with underground parking with charging plugs too for EVs. There is a welcome drink but no breakfast included. Rooms are good and spacious. Lot of facilities like heated outdoor pool and heated footpaths. Best for skying activities.

There was only one fry pan in the unit and it was too large to use easily on the two burner stove. Should have two smaller fry pans, and a smaller stove top pot as well. Stove top burners and oven did not seem to work that well, should be checked. Ice maker in fridge would be appreciated as well, saves going to ice machine on a different floor for ice. Overall enjoyed my stay, but would like to return knowing the unit was more accommodating.

Had an awesome experience here... amazing resort that feels like a mini Whistler village. So many activities and things to do. Staff are very helpful accommodating, and meet ur needs or requirements. Had an amazing time skiing with my first time here and enjoying fresh powder. The pool and hot tubs were good but there should be more hottubs placed in different areas of the resort to reduce overcrowding and wait times. Food and liquor choices were very good with multiple restaurants and bars in the area.

What an awesome hotel, location (esp. building 2 with the ski in and out by the baguette shop), access to the gondola, apres and dinner right across the walkway, the facility itself is not only beautiful, but in good shape too. Hot tub experience every night was awesome too. Only comment - it's a bit expensive. Obviously you get a lot for your money, but still...
