This is a very nice hotel and a great price. We had a long layover and stayed here. It was convenient to the airport since our flight left at 5:30 am. I also highly recommend the Blue Marble restaurant. The food was delicious. Chef quality. The sevice was excellent as well. You will not go wrong staying at the Grand or having dinner in the restaurant.

Staff could barely speak english its appalling that staff like this are the first thing customers see. But it's amazing that if you are of East Indian or Pakistani descent the difference. Not to mention the prices for snacks. $3 for a chocolate bar $7 for small chips is gouging customers.

The Staff were great, and the sleeping area and entertainment area of the room was rather spacious and clean, loved the view of the runways at the airport. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom, the bathtub looked like it had seen better days. Added bonus is its within 5minutes walking distance to the airport which made my early departure really easy with no need to worry about travel.

The room was clean and nice to stay in, very comfortable bed. We were 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) but only had 4 towels, one tiny bodywash tube and no kettle in the room. Got in my room room was cold had to turn on the heater. The heater was loud, very loud to the point it impeded my ability to fall asleep quickly. The hotel had the best breakfast buffet hands on. Didn't eat a lot because I didn't had time however. The only major con you have to know is that PARKING IS NOT FREE it cost around 15 $ it's more than 10% the price of the room I had. Would rate 3.5

I stayed at this hotel because of an early morning appointment. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was quaint and clean. See it depends, if you just need a clean, spacious room to sleep with basic necessities at reasonable rates then it's for you. Staff is very appreciative. Location is superb . Went to the Bar. Very impressed that the cooking staff are still wearing masks & the chicken wings were big and good. Didn’t care for the onion rings though. Wonderful bed and breakfast with even lovelier hosts! Great place to feel welcome, feel cozy, as if you're at home away from home. The estate is beautiful with a big backyard facing the river.
