Hansen Inn, Winnipeg1 / 28

Hansen Inn
Winnipeg, 150 Sherbrook St., R3C 2B4 Winnipeg, Canada 🧭 Map
The room was very clean and the house was very quiet. The only downside was the lack of linens (towels, face cloths or even hand towels) in the bathroom. The bed had a new mattress but the frame was old and squeeked every time i moved.
Outside motion light constantly going off and on. No air conditioning. Deadbolt on the back door not installed correctly. Stairs down to the washroom a little to small and to narrow. Great place to go if you want to spend a night and save a dollar. But for me staying over 7 days in the heat and humidity not so much.
Sandman Signature Winnipeg Airport Hotel & Suites, Winnipeg1 / 50

Winnipeg, 1760 Sargent Ave 🧭 Map
We had a very pleasant stay at the Sandman Hotel. The location is very near to the airport which is convenient for a 1-night stay when arriving late to Winnipeg. The room was very clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable. Good wifi connection and very nice hotel personnel.
The staff are exceptional and so are the house keepers! I booked a room on short notice and quickly got one. I had a ridiculously late flight that I needed to stay in Winnipeg for 2 days. I asked for the cheapest room possible and the clerk done an awesome job meeting my needs. There are 2 things I was looking forward to 1, Complimentary water bottles and 2, free continental breakfast. Other than that...
Hotel property and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds in rooms, however there was no water pressure when you turn om the hot water. We didnt love the pool area, was quite small and crowded. There were only 2 chairs for seating. Could probably add two more. Doors in the property were often jamming causing them to be difficult to open.
Close to the airport, we stayed here because we had a ridiculously early morning flight. We booked a jacuzzi room, which increases my expected relative standard. It had an entrance/living room/kitchenette space, then doors to the bedroom/jacuzzi (with the ensuite attached off the bedroom). They really should have ventilation fans above the jacuzzi - not great airflow, got a bit humid, but at least...
Was booked here for work and it was my first time staying at this hotel. I was pleased with the very comfortable bed and with the quietness of the room. I didn’t hear doors or people in halls. While in the workshop at the banquet room the service was awesome and the food was great. It’s so good there I have booked my group of 15 people for our upcoming workshops there for four nights👍🏼
The 24 hour Denny's was prime and the free shuttle to airport was bless

I have lost count of how many times I have stayed here. Everything about them is superb. The Residence Inn too is exceptional. A trial will convince you.
Everything at this Fairfield was just as reliable and comfortable as I’ve come to expect from the brand — clean rooms, friendly service, and a smooth, easy stay. What made this visit truly meaningful was the reason behind it. I returned to Winnipeg with my son to watch a Jets game — his team, and the reason this trip even happened. It was my first time back since leaving 16 years ago, and walking...
The television wasn't working, so I decided to troubleshoot it... When I pulled out the dresser to get access to the rooms cable box there was active mouse traps on the floor underneath the dresser with peanut butter on the trip plate .. while there were no mice during my stay it was a bit concerning... So I kept all my clothes and stuff in my suitcase and elevated off the floor... Also the train tracks...
Family Trip We had an excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Check in was very easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t bring a pack n play with us and they brought one up to us. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have seen. There were SO many options it was fantastic. The dining area, lobby, and pool area were extremely clean. There...
The hotel is very modern, clean, and is close to a lot of great stores and restaurants! They have a great selection for breakfast food and it was delicious. Only two complaints were that they only had bold flavoured coffee(which is completely a preference complaint), and they had used some kind of scent/essential oil in the room and it was very overpowering to the point where we had to leave the door...
The bedsheet and comforter were quite gross, with a lot of visible stains. However, aside from that, the rest of the accommodation and the overall stay were really good.

Location was in close proximity to shopping areas but not too close. It provided a peaceful, quiet environment.
Excellent service all days I spend here, very helpful and friendly staff.only problem is there is no public laundry room being here for 8 days it gave some issues. Restaurant is great in staff and menu choices.
We reserved an executive level room. The 24hr free access to the executive lounge was very nice. Unlimited soft drinks, water, juice and snacks. Also appetizers and wine on certain hours. The gym is well stocked for a hotel gym. The pool water was a bit too chilly, including the hot tub. The hot tub was definitely not the normal expected temperature. Therefore, only a 4 rating instead of a 5. The...
My stay at the Hilton was amazing. After having flights cancelled unexpectedly they were so helpful and accommodating! The staff was informative and kind especially Saksam and Preet! My room was comfortable clean and beautiful. I can't thank the staff at the Hilton enough for making my stay safe and comfortable in such crazy travel times!!
We attended a convention here. Reports are that the rooms are very nice. The restaurant is a bit upscale but food is still good and portions are reasonable. Conference facility is quite nice. Sound system is very good.
Great banquet facility with full catering services. Perfect venue for a smaller convention or function. Extremely courteous staff, well-maintained facility. Convenience store on-site for conference essentials. Free parking for convention attendees. Good selection of fresh food options for events.

Stayed at the Humphry Inn & Suites in Winnipeg while we were in town for Boxing Nationals (it was the selected team hotel) and overall it was a really solid experience. Check-in and staff interactions were friendly throughout the stay. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it felt like a good place to recover after long days at the tournament. A nice bonus was the Roku streaming TV in the...
I stayed in Humphry Inn & Suites in May 2025. This family-run hotel is not fancy, but it’s functional, central, and reliable — especially for rail travellers. The dated decor and average breakfast are balanced by good service, convenience, and practical amenities. Perfectly ok for a short stay in downtown Winnipeg. For my full review, check out my video diary in my YouTube Channel.
Room was cleaned and organized. Had a good stay. Although, Should have some water bottles in the room. The core part what made disappointed about this stay was a parking charges. As a part of customer service, parking should be free for customers. This was my first time ever when I paid for parking at the hotel. Management needs to look into that for better customer experience and more crowd towards...
During my stay, I witnessed Pauline go above and beyond to help a guest who had lost his phone. She was incredibly patient, even using her own phone to assist, and made sure he got it back. The man was stressed at first but left very happy thanks to her. That’s true customer service — Pauline is the reason I’d recommend this hotel. She’s the best!
we expect the swimming pool as described on the hotel photos gallery. but surprised with pool closed permanently. so why still post those pool photos
Good location. Breakfast available which is good. Overpriced though.

It is clean and simple . Has everything needed . Pretty quiet at night and it’s really closed by groceries and shops . Good breakfast as well. Will come back again next time round.
All good except the hotel would not refund the extra night I booked accidentally only minutes after I make the booking on *******… it would have cost an additional three hundred dollars to make a change. ******* blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed ******* but I was left to pay for an additional night I did not need.
Everything was great besides one major thing. NO SMART TV. other than that the rooms are beautiful, the staff are friendly, breakfast is amazing, lots of options.
Very nice hotel stay This has to be one of the best hitels in Winnipeg, especially for the price. The suites are very spacious. The breakfast is excellent.
Hygiene can be better, service is good

Clean and tidy, nothing to complain about
It was a pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was ok 👍
Very good choice, I recommend staying here again
This hotel is a good choice for a business trip with my boyfriend. It is just an ordinary domestic budget hotel, not too expensive, and not lower than three-star standards. Don't expect too much, the rest is fine.
Awesome salt water pool with a fun slide. Room was nice sized and staff were kind and helpful

The hotel was wonderful. Comfy, quiet and everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you!
Absolutely the most fabulous staff! We stayed numerous times, and I am so extremely grateful for Victoria and Melanie! They assisted me in every way, with my husband, who had medical issues, and we felt completely at home! Such a family oriented business, very welcoming, top notch customer service, and always a smiling face! They really care about you at the Days Inn! We look forward to our stays here...
The front desk staff was very accommodating, the rooms where very well kept and clean. My family and I got 2 rooms side by side and the night staff and day staff went above and beyond what we expected. This was the first time we have had a free hot breakfast that was actually quality in the last 2 years. This was our first stay here and we will definitely be staying again. I will also add that while...
Excellent staff, very friendly, and helpful. I stayed for two days during the snowstorm, they removed the snow in timing matter, price change daily. Price is very reasonable, but it’s a older building, not really noise free building. Bedding is comfortable, very clean room, as well nice bathroom. Excellent for people who flying out or in. My company put me in this hotel for safety reason (weather)
Great place! Great staff! Nice and clean!
Amazing stay at this hotel - we worked all around Canada and stays in many Days Inn and this is in our top three list! Amazing breakfast - we always looked forward to it and would compare to this as one of the golden standards. Customer service was great - Oksana (forgive me if I forgot your name correctly) is amazing! Only one thing I would recommend is to get rid of the gym machine you have for more...

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a room. They compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! Stayed at the Clarion the night before and the night of our wedding. Nice and centrally located. The lady at the check in gave us a free late check out and an upgrade to a hot tub king suite, which was perfect as there was ample space for the ladies to have their hair and makeup done. The bed and pull out couch were insanely comfy. Fireplace was romantic and great for the photographer to get some beautiful...
The parkade is currently closed for construction and temporary parking is across the street although there is a pickup/ drop off right in front of the hotel entrance. The front desk staff are very polite and the room is very quiet despite it's being a weekend. We had a junior suite which has a king bed and pull out couch. The suite is very spacious with a separate living room and doors separating the...
Price is good for location and for a room—next to mall and pancake house. Our washroom had a leaky floor and when it flushed, sewer water would seep through the tiles. They fixed it when we let them know. Blankets are quite thin… would recommend warm pajamas. Still, our room had a big window and was pretty spacious. Just didn’t feel super clean… esp after toilet fiasco lol Not a bad place and I would...
We did the Girls Night Out package and were treated very well. Rooms are beautiful. Spa was great. Would like to see enough towels an robes in room for number of guests booked. Had to ask for more. Otherwise great!

We had a great time in the Mainstay hotel! Rooms are big and nice! Everything worked properly! I liked that we had kitchen in the room and I could cook. Want to say thanks to each of staff in the hotel, specially to Meg! He always was so helpful, smiling, greeting everytime. Thank you!
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was exceptional, and I want to give a special shout-out to Meg for providing excellent customer service.
Highly recommended. Everything was wonderful from Meg at the front desk who went out of his way to help us lost travellers, to the terrific rooms that have a full, extremely clean, kitchen to fluffy comforters on comfortable beds, to excellent security. I wish there was a MainStay Suites in every town. Truly felt like home.
My wife and I enjoyed a five night stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, especially Meg at the front desk. It’s and added bonus to have a shuttle available to and from the airport. Great selection (included) for breakfast to get the day started. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Beautiful rooms. Full kitchenette. Spacious and quite quiet. Close to the airport and reasonably close to a mall and grocery stores. I will definitely be staying here next time I need a hotel to stay at. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.
Very nice place to stay. Clean and classy. Plus the lobby has a munchies alcove, equipped with lighters if you need one. Would stay again.

We stayed one night in a king suite, the room was very clean. The bed was very clean. The bed was soooo comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open. Although the lady bugs everywhere for some weird reason in every place we've been to in Manitoba. So I didn't so much like that crawling up my leg first thing on the morning. Service was non existing. Every time I went to front. No one was there. Which...
Check in and service was great, room was nice other than blood looking stain on the light above the bed and our neighbours yelling at 4am, pool and hot tub were nice and clean.
A nice overnight stay. My dog (and I) appreciated all the grassy areas around the hotel. My family LOVED the addition of pool toys/floaties. Was such a welcome surprise after a long day in the car, when we arrived to the pool area. The kids were able to have way more fun. Comfy beds and clean. Would stay here again.
We stayed here for 4 nights, started out as two but ended up staying longer. They were fantastic in letting us check in early and check out late. Had our two cats with us and it all worked out great. The room was perfect size for us as well as the cats and definitely pet friendly. The staff were all friendly and extremely accommodating.
Free coffee and muffins. Lots of vending machines.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Motel 6. The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing! The hot tub and pool area was great. We will definitely be coming back again!

We loved our experience at the Country Inn. The hotel is dated but still clean and the staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. So accommodating and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
Was greeted by friendly staff and a nice entry room. The free breakfast was a little small but very good quality and a great selection of what was available. Our rooms were clean when we arrived and toiletries were well stocked. Beds were a little hard but the nice pillows made up for that. Internet seemed to work well and there were plenty of outlets for charging. A great experience and would recommend...
Reception was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and large. Maybe a little dated. Lots of choice for breakfast.
Was a nice room. The staff was very nice and even phoned us to remind us of check out time is soon . had a decent amount of food to choose from.
I have stayed here on a couple of occasions. I have enjoyed it both times. There are ample plugs for electronics and the wifi works well. The room is clean and comfortable. The rate per night is on the low end.

I spent 3 nights here, clean and nice room. Great breakfast included and there was a bar there. Well located.
Overall good experience. My only source of complaint is the heating. Its centrally controlled and felt like it was not on at all. Called the service desk to complain about the coldness in our suite. We were told that it usually activates on every 1 to 2 hours. Never felt the heat all through out the night. It was a rough night for the family and I. One super positive is the free breakfast. Good breakfast
Decent location, excellent value for the price, comfortable beds. I like how it was close enough for me to bike to the park across the street or down town. Good food and drink options around. The room smelled a little smokey though. I slept on the back side facing away from the street, and it wasn't noisy.
Loud, they had a live band playing. Clean facilities. Comfy bed.
The service is great. The staff is great. Everything is within walking distance. And they give you a full breakfast in the morning.
Nice place great sound system and good people working there. Washrooms need upgrading and if you want coffee in the pub at night forget it. All places serving alcohol should have coffee available.

a great hotel with very wonderful people who can always help and pleasant staff
Clean free breakfast no lost and found so check room before checkout. Finders keepers.
Small, clean hotel. Parking can be a little challenging as it's shared with a few other stores/restaurants. Rooms are a nice size and beds are very comfortable, however the walls are thin. We had some not so considerate neighbors at 3am, thankfully my husband and 2 kids slept through the very loud conversations being held next door.
Very pleasantly surprised by this Econo Lodge! For under $100, it is great value, nicely renovated rooms, comfy beds, well insulated for noise. Staff is super friendly, especially Stuart and his manager. I think this place would rate higher if not for the busy parking lot (it is in a plaza), but I rated it 5 because it exceeded my expectations regardless. The lot is large, so worst case you will...
