Needs a Little better upkeep and eye for detail ...... hand shower in the shower cubicle in my room was leaking during my stay ..... couple of bulbs in the room were non functional ..... service was good staff were helpful

Rooms were very small. First room I stayed in was nice and clean but the second room had pretty gross bathroom, and the flush didn't work very well. The laundry machine was clogged with tons of powered detergent, and the service was not great. It was passable, but not for the amounts of money they charged.

What is good about this hotel is that it's very close to downtown you can read (Oriental Pearl Tv Tower). That's a very big advantage for this hotel, especially when you come for the first time in Shanghai. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood next to the Suzhou River. The service was good. Breakfast was relatively bad comparing to other Holiday inn hotels.

The hotel was clean and tidy. Not noisy at all, we were able to rest well. It is about 5mins walk to the closest Metro station. The buffet breakfast has mostly Asian food but it is possible to select enough food to be full. Note there are not much restaurants or shops close to the hotel. The closest takeout restaurants are about 900m plus away.

The staff at the entrance of the restaurant is very nice and accommodating.

I stay Aloft this January for 7 days. A Special thanks to their staff who took care and helped me while I had a problem with the language and currency. Very good hotel with good facilities. Has good rooms with efficient room service. They use robots to deliver water bottles. They have gym a d conference rooms. It also has laundry machines which is free for hotel customers. It has heater in the ground floor which gives you warm welcome. It has continental breakfast with lots of options. Very nice hotel with best view from 12th floor. The room is bigger than others in the centre of Shanghai, they provide full utilities such as gym, washing area,… and good breakfast!! This hotel was perfect for me! The location is superb ,just a short walk to the subway and within walking distance to the famous Bund, with easy access to many of Shanghai’s top attractions. I loved the vibrant vibe of the area, it felt lively, safe, and very convenient.

The hotel was located close to most of the tourist sites. The staff were very helpful and the facilities were clean. There was a seven eleven around the corner.

Excellent cosy hotel! Great value! Very clean . Well located at less than 15mins walk to the Bund. Great well thought out features in the rooms w comfy beds. The best part is that they provide a small but quality breakfast spread and fruits provided throughout the day and a nice supper nightly. We were so well fed . And a surprise gift at the end during checkup. Highly recommended!
