Such a great stay. Check in and check out or smooth and quick. Staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs and helps provide a great service during the different meal times and afternoon teas provided by the hotel. The rooms are very clean with great space and fully functioning TVs light system, and bathroom. Highly recommended others we shall be staying again soon.

I recently stayed at double tree hotel for a 3 night getaway, and overall, it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick, and I was offered a welcome cookies while waiting — a nice touch!

Really good value for money, you get what you paid for.

The Rayfont was always a bearable 2 star hotel. Now it's more like a slum. It seems renovations have been going on for many years. Guests are 'greeted' by a filthy elevator, a smelly, dilapidated room, a noisy unusable air conditioner, a hard bed and woken up by jackhammering. You couldn't pay me to stay here. The only salvageable parts are the location and ability to take a shower.

Room nice, big balcony. Service good! The breakfast a little poor in my opinion, don’t ask too much.. but only bananas as fruits(?) Anyway, considering the price… I’ll be back 😁 I can buy some fruits myself 😅

Stayed there for 5 weeks, good rooms, nice swimming pool and a great balcony in the 31st floor. Just need to renew some parts but a perfect price for a long term stay.

My stay at Portman Ritz Carlton was good. The location is perfect, very close to everything. Also, I was able to check in earlier than the usually time which I loved. On a bad note, the outside pool bar isn’t open which is a bummer as I would have loved to enjoy a cocktail by the pool while relaxing. Nevertheless, it was perfect stay and I would stay again in the future. 😎

The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything I needed. The meals were absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed every bite. It was our first time in Shanghai and in The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai. We had an amazing experience and wonderful time. The hotel location is in the heart of Shanghai, not too far from main attractions and at the same time the area is not overcrowded with tourists. Above-average upscale western style hotel in the heart of downtown Shanghai. Good access to shopping transportation and local city center sites. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The internet is not as fast as it should be but works reasonably well. Rooms and common areas are clean and up-to-date. Recommended for your stay in downtown Shanghai.

The best characteristic of the hotel is the location. It's central to anywhere you would want to go in Shanghai. It was another wonderful stay at this hotel. Thanks to Catherine during check in and the helpful front desk staff Zoe and Bianca. We love the pool and jacuzzi and the room upgrade was a lovely surprise. My daughter loved walking around the garden and my son loved the kids’ pool. I always enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi. Lunch buffet was worth it. Looking forward to our next staycation.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, supplies are great. Location is complicated, it's close to everything, but not as easy to get a cab especially at working traffic hours. Service is not as professional as Marriott hotels.

Always happy to return to Renaissance. Big spacious hotel room with great service and good breakfast buffet spread. A small complaint will be full restaurants during breakfast times and took me a few mins to find an empty table twice. Booked many times this hotel at my short stays. Always friendly and attentive (english is ok). Price goes higher depending on the season but location is good for a stay of 1-2days and biz trips. Extended the original one night reservation to two due to the coziness and location of the hotel. I had a comfortable stay at the Jin Jiang Tower. The location is great—close to shopping streets and the metro, which made getting around easy. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the city. Staff were polite and helpful, though not all spoke fluent English. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in central Shanghai.

At Hyatt Shanghai I had the best reception experience I've had in a long time, with efficient service and convenient luggage storage. Rooms provide breathtaking views, and the vibrant rooftop party is a standout experience. Perfect location. However, breakfast is not included, which might be a drawback for some. I highly recommend choosing it.

Extremely good stay - clean, even under the bed, nice service and good breakfast - maybe a bit underestimated as per capacities (too many people, too less tables and eg juices) but other than that very customer friendly (we were granted a late checkout 2pm).

I had requested for plates for dinner to the room service. The room service on the call gave us the reason that their staff is running busy at that moment and will send the plates after 30minutes.

St. Regis Shanghai Jingan is the best property in St. Regis, which I had the pleasure of experiencing. The staff are friendly and attentive and the butler team goes above and beyond. A morning wake-up call with an espresso in hand, a hearty breakfast buffet and some of the best views in Shanghai are all here! It's only two years old and is brand new itself and everything looks right.

Nice but not as nice as the others of this brand I have been to. Service and facilities are not as good, location is great.

Many weekends were spent relaxing there. This is a great hotel, good value, generous amenities. the only opinion is that the check-in and check-out time is unacceptably long.

Amazing place to stay. Especially for Indians as they have a great Indian chef. The rooms are large and spacious and the stay here is very comfortable. They have a SPA, gym and swimming pool as well as a tennis court.

Gym’s pretty legit. It’s located in Tower 2, 3rd floor. Tower 2 is basically towards the right side looking at the front desk. The only downside, theres no bottled water here.

The hotel is very new, decorated in pleasant colors. It is located on the corner of the 37th floor, and the guest room has a very beautiful view of the Huangpu River. It is worth staying on a business trip to Shanghai.

Clean rooms located in a busy area. I have problems because the bathtub is transparent. I took a taxi from Longyang Road Station on the linear train, but the back and forth journey changed three times. Picking up from the hotel is safe for landing from the hotel parking lot. Be careful when driving from Longyang Road Station.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the bay and the bed and sheets were comfortable. Located in the very center, excellent accessibility. The buffet restaurant was also good, there was a lot of choice, the food was great.

Very nice hotel. Awesome room with a great view! Amazing breakfast that is included! Only downside is there is construction on the first 9 floors so those are currently closed. Also, the clubs/ bars on the top floors are not very used, so not a lot of people in them.

View from the room is good (of course not from the lower floors). Service is excellent. During the daytime and if you have not turned on DND, the housekeeping crew will make rounds asking if you need anything. Location is excellent as well, next to the People's Park and shopping malls nearby, and next to the pedestrian walkway that will lead you all the way to the Bund.
