It was another wonderful stay at this hotel. Thanks to Catherine during check in and the helpful front desk staff Zoe and Bianca. We love the pool and jacuzzi and the room upgrade was a lovely surprise. My daughter loved walking around the garden and my son loved the kids’ pool. I always enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi. We had a paid reservation for a week, and the airline canceled our flight by one day. We asked CTRIP and Kerry Hotel to pay us for this additional night and presented flight cancellation documents, but they refused. We lost $800... Pretty pathetic service.

Many weekends were spent relaxing there. This is a great hotel, good value, generous amenities. the only opinion is that the check-in and check-out time is unacceptably long.

Amazing place to stay. Especially for Indians as they have a great Indian chef. The rooms are large and spacious and the stay here is very comfortable. They have a SPA, gym and swimming pool as well as a tennis court.

Gym’s pretty legit. It’s located in Tower 2, 3rd floor. Tower 2 is basically towards the right side looking at the front desk. The only downside, theres no bottled water here.

The location is excellent. Cross the road is the metro station. There is a collect locker for Taobao just outside the side entrance of the hotel.  Our bedsheet was stained during the stay and the hotel quickly rectified the issue. I would recommend this hotel and service staff Annie.

Clean rooms located in a busy area. I have problems because the bathtub is transparent. I took a taxi from Longyang Road Station on the linear train, but the back and forth journey changed three times. Picking up from the hotel is safe for landing from the hotel parking lot. Be careful when driving from Longyang Road Station.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the bay and the bed and sheets were comfortable. Located in the very center, excellent accessibility. The buffet restaurant was also good, there was a lot of choice, the food was great.

Very nice hotel. Awesome room with a great view! Amazing breakfast that is included! Only downside is there is construction on the first 9 floors so those are currently closed. Also, the clubs/ bars on the top floors are not very used, so not a lot of people in them.

View from the room is good (of course not from the lower floors). Service is excellent. During the daytime and if you have not turned on DND, the housekeeping crew will make rounds asking if you need anything. Location is excellent as well, next to the People's Park and shopping malls nearby, and next to the pedestrian walkway that will lead you all the way to the Bund.

St. Regis Shanghai Jingan is the best property in St. Regis, which I had the pleasure of experiencing. The staff are friendly and attentive and the butler team goes above and beyond. A morning wake-up call with an espresso in hand, a hearty breakfast buffet and some of the best views in Shanghai are all here! It's only two years old and is brand new itself and everything looks right.
