Nice hotel. Service is okay.

Stayed here for a week. Had a great time. Most of the staff are english speaking and very kind too. Rooms are comfortable with all modern amenities. Located close to shopping malls and couple 24/7 super market. If you would like to explore through metro, it is also very close. Loved the location. Food was great. Nothing negative to write

Very convenient location, Starbucks just next door and walking distance to Subway station (Line 13) within 3minutes. But still took me 2 hours to take the subway from Pudong airport to the hotel due to some transfers from line 2 to line 13. If you are not in a hurry and enjoy to experience some local commute, the cost-performance of hotel is very high. The closest international airport is HongQiao...

Many weekends were spent relaxing there. This is a great hotel, good value, generous amenities. the only opinion is that the check-in and check-out time is unacceptably long.

Amazing place to stay. Especially for Indians as they have a great Indian chef. The rooms are large and spacious and the stay here is very comfortable. They have a SPA, gym and swimming pool as well as a tennis court.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Rooms were excellent and service was great. Food option were great even for a vegetarian in China. Staff was very helpful and provided assistance for travel and taxi. Location is excellent.

Nice hotel. All the options for breakfast; europeian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese of course. Rooms very large and nice beds. A bit on the hard side, but if that is what you fancy, it is your thing. Check in an check out service swift and to the point, no delays. Overall a nice place to stay with your colleagues, friends and family.

We went to the Wan Li restaurant for dinner and one of their private rooms. We were greeted at the front of the restaurant by a very friendly host. The staff during dinner was very professional and attentive. We ordered a wide variety of items across the menu, each of which was delicious. City view room in olriginal building was superb, not juat the view l. I am tall so large bath was much appreciated, everything worked well. Breakfast amazing, Jade Lounge bar at t op of new building classy, overall this lived up to the 5 star experience promised!

If Shanghai, then exclusively in Shangri-La in Pudong. It was one of the first hotels in the region. The especially exclusive area in the old building truly has an indescribable charm. The only thing you can't take home with you is the fantastic smell of the hotel. We did ask about it, you can actually buy it, but at $200 a bottle, we left it with a memory.

Breakfast has a reasonably good spread, and the orange juice is one of the better ones as some places offer orange drink rather than orange juice.

So pretty, we stayed in a really nice suite and it was a great experience. The breakfast buffet and cocktail hour (for diamond members) against a beautiful chinese tea garden completes the stay.

Personally, I wouldn't spend that kind of money on breakfast, but, on that I was not decision maker. My favorite Doubletree. I always get a free upgrade to an executive suite in the East Wing. The garden is beautiful and the Executive Lounge access is a big plus.

The location was absolutely perfect. Just down the road and across the bride you were at the Bund. The rooms had lots of space and the service was really good. Great facilities and great meals.

I STAYED IN THISD HOTEL FOR 7 NIGHTS. OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. Restaurant is very much limited in offering vegetarian/vegan foods, outside the hotel certain people loitering and offering massage services can be a bothersome. Overall it is an excellent location and property.

Comfortable rooms with full amenities. Only stayed 2 nights. Shower can be tricky to use! Pull the ring down on the hose under the faucet to turn shower on. They almost need a sign. Easy access to temple metro station. Restaurants within walking distance. Super serious security and parking enforcement outside of hotel.

The room was clean, and WiFi was so fast and stable. It takes about 7~8 minutes from Jing'an temple station on foot. Highly recommended.
